Claims (14)
- 放射線治療の分割照射の合間に断続的に標的領域から灌流情報を収集するよう構成される撮像装置と、
前記灌流情報に基づき前記標的領域の灌流レベルを決定するよう構成される処理モジュールと、
前記灌流レベルを前記標的領域のための治療アクティビティと相関させることによって前記標的領域のための治療プランを提供するよう構成される立案モジュールと
を有し、
残りの分割照射の治療アクティビティは、前記治療プランに基づき調整され、
前記灌流レベルを前記標的領域のための治療アクティビティと相関させることは、前記治療アクティビティが放射線治療若しくは化学療法との併用であるのかどうか、及び前記灌流レベルが腫瘍又は正常組織のいずれにおける灌流レベルであるのかに基づくものであり、
また前記撮像装置のプローブを、該プローブがアクティブな放射線治療放射線ビームと干渉しないように位置付けるよう構成される位置決めモジュールを更に有するものである、
灌流画像化システム。 - 前記治療アクティビティは、腫瘍灌流レベル及び正常組織灌流レベルのうちの少なくとも1つを最適化パラメータとして使用することで調整される、

請求項1に記載の灌流画像化システム。 - 放射線治療の分割照射の合間に断続的に標的領域から灌流情報を収集するよう構成される撮像装置と、
前記灌流情報に基づき前記標的領域の灌流レベルを決定するよう構成される処理モジュールと、

前記撮像装置が、放射線治療の分割照射の合間に断続的に標的領域から灌流情報を収集するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記灌流情報に基づき前記標的領域の灌流レベルを決定するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記灌流レベルを前記標的領域のための治療アクティビティと相関させることによって前記標的領域のための治療プランを提供するステップと
を有し、
残りの分割照射の治療アクティビティは、前記治療プランに基づき調整され、
前記灌流レベルを前記標的領域のための治療アクティビティと相関させることは、前記治療アクティビティが放射線治療若しくは化学療法との併用であるのかどうか、及び前記灌流レベルが腫瘍又は正常組織のいずれにおける灌流レベルであるのかに基づくものであり、
