Claims (7)
- 測定対象物からの透過光又は反射光が少なくとも入射するものであり、入射する光の第1偏光成分については回折し、入射する光の第1偏光成分とは異なる第2偏光成分については回折せずに透過するように構成された第1回折格子と、
前記第1回折格子で回折された光のスペクトルを受光する第1受光素子と、
前記第1回折格子において回折せずに透過した光が入射するように設けられ、前記第1回折格子を透過した光の前記第2偏光成分を回折するように構成された第2回折格子と、
前記第2回折格子で回折された光のスペクトルを受光する第2受光素子と、を備え、
前記第1回折格子において回折された光が、前記第2回折格子を経由せずに前記第1受光素子に入射するように構成されたことを特徴とする分光器。 - 前記第1回折格子及び前記第2回折格子が透過型回折格子である請求項1記載の分光器。
- 前記第1回折格子と前記第1受光素子との間に設けられた第1レンズと、
前記第2回折格子と前記第2受光素子との間に設けられた第2レンズと、を備えた請求項1又は2記載の分光器。 - 前記第1偏光成分がTM偏光成分であり、前記第2偏光成分がTE偏光成分である請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の分光器。
- 請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の分光器と、
少なくとも前記第1受光素子の出力信号に基づいて、波長ごとの分布を示すスペクトル信号を出力するスペクトル信号出力部と、を備えた光学検査装置。 - 請求項5記載の光学検査装置と、
光入射端から入射した光が光射出端から前記第1回折格子へ射出されるように構成された光ファイバ機構と、
近赤外光を射出する光源と、
前記光源から射出された光を測定光と参照光に分岐させる分岐機構と、
前記分岐機構により分岐された参照光を前記光入射端へ入射させるように構成された参照光学系と、
前記分岐機構により分岐された測定光を前記測定対象物へ照射するとともに、前記測定対象物で生じた反射光を前記光入射端へ入射させるように構成された測定光学系と、を備えたOCT装置。 - 前記第1受光素子の出力に基づいて第1断層画像を生成するとともに、前記第2受光素子の出力に基づいて第2断層画像を生成する解析部をさらに備えた請求項6記載のOCT装置。
