Description
必須の構成成分として、本明細書の潤滑組成物は、1つ以上のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油を含む。
更に、潤滑剤組成物は、酸化防止剤、耐摩耗添加剤、洗剤、分散剤、摩擦調整剤、粘度指数改善剤、流動点抑制剤、腐食抑制剤、消泡剤、極圧添加剤、金属不動態化剤、及びシール固定/シール相溶化剤などの1つ以上の性能添加剤を更に含んでもよい。
LSPI事象を測定するために使用される試験プロトコルは、2.0Lの排気量を有する現代のターボチャージ直接噴射式ガソリン機関に対して準定常状態試験を実行することを伴った。試験は、低速早期着火現象が発生することが知られる機関条件での動作を含んだ。この条件で、機関制御を固定して、機関設定による結果の歪みを防止した。この条件について、機関を、25,000回の機関サイクル(1回の試験区分)間定常状態で保持した。この順序を16時間の期間にわたって反復して、結果の統計的関連性を確保した。試験の測定基準は、機関の4つ全てのシリンダ内の燃焼圧力を測定すること、及び低速早期着火が発生する燃焼サイクルを特定することであった。それらのサイクルを計数し、25,000回の機関サイクルウインドウ当たりのサイクルの平均数を使用して、各油の挙動を定量化した。

Claims (4)
- ターボチャージ火花点火内燃機関内の低速早期着火(LSPI)の発生を低減するための潤滑組成物中でのフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油の使用であって、前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が、最大8.5mm 2 /秒の100℃での動粘度を有する、前記使用。
- 前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が、2〜12mm2/秒の100℃での動粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が、少なくとも2.5mm2/秒の100℃での動粘度を有する、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
