Description
Claims (8)
- ユーザの心臓活動を監視する方法において、
ユーザにより装着される健康センサにおけるフォトプレチスモグラフィPPGセンサにより心拍時間データを検出するステップと、
前記健康センサにおけるモーションセンサにより運動データを検出するステップと、
心拍時間データを含む前記PPGセンサの出力データを分析し、不整脈の疑いのある期間を検出するステップと、
前記不整脈の疑いのある期間が検出されるとき、前記PPGセンサの出力信号における運動アーチファクトを回避するため、前記健康センサが配置される身体部分との特定の運動プロトコルを操作するよう前記ユーザにメッセージを出力するステップと、
前記特定の運動プロトコルの間の、心拍時間データと、健康センサの位置及び向きを含む運動データとを検出するステップと、
前記特定の運動プロトコルの間に検出された運動データを分析し、前記ユーザが前記特定の運動プロトコルに従っているかどうかを決定するステップと、
前記特定の運動プロトコルの間に検出された心拍時間データを分析し、不整脈の疑いのある期間を検出するステップと、
前記特定の運動プロトコルの間の前記PPGセンサの出力データのデータテンプレートを生成するステップであって、前記データテンプレートが、前記特定の運動プロトコルの間の前記運動データも含む、ステップと、
前記不整脈の疑いのある期間が有効な不整脈期間であるかどうかを医療専門家が決定することができるよう、前記データテンプレートと、参照として機能する少なくとも1つの以前に生成されたデータテンプレートとを表示するステップと、
前記特定の運動プロトコルの間に検出された不整脈の疑いのある期間、及び前記データテンプレートを前記外部デバイスに転送するステップとを有する、方法。 - ユーザの症状を入力するステップと、
前記PPGセンサの出力データにおける心拍数のリズムの不規則性を検出するステップと、
前記PPGセンサの出力信号、前記心拍数データ、前記運動データ及び前記不整脈の疑いのある期間と共に、前記ユーザの症状及び前記心拍数のリズムの不規則性を表示するステップとを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記不整脈期間が、心房細動期間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記不整脈期間が、心休止期間、頻脈期間、徐脈期間又は心室上不整脈期間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザの心臓活動を監視するシステムであって、
心拍時間データを検出するフォトプレチスモグラフィPPGセンサと、前記ユーザの運動データを検出するモーションセンサと、心拍時間データを含む前記PPGセンサの出力データを分析して、前記ユーザの不整脈の疑いのある期間を検出する制御ユニットとを含む健康センサであって、
前記健康センサが、前記不整脈の疑いのある期間が検出されるとき、前記PPGセンサの出力信号における運動アーチファクトを回避するため、前記健康センサが配置される身体部分との特定の運動プロトコルを操作するよう前記ユーザにメッセージを出力し、
前記健康センサは、前記特定の運動プロトコルの間に、心拍時間データと、健康センサの位置及び向きを含む運動データとを検出し、
前記制御ユニットが、前記運動データを分析して前記ユーザが前記特定の運動プロトコルに従ったかどうかを決定し、前記特定の運動プロトコルの間に検出された心拍数時間データを分析して不整脈の疑いのある期間を決定し、
前記健康センサは、前記特定の運動プロトコルの間の前記PPGセンサの出力データのデータテンプレートを生成し、前記データテンプレートが、前記特定の運動プロトコルの間の前記運動データも含む、健康センサと、
前記不整脈の疑いのある期間が有効な不整脈期間であるかどうかを医療専門家が決定することができるよう、前記データテンプレートと、以前に生成されたデータテンプレートとを表示する表示ユニットと、
前記健康センサにより転送される、前記特定の運動プロトコルの間に検出された不整脈の疑いのある期間及び前記データテンプレートが記憶される記憶ユニットとを有する、システム。 - 実行されるとき、請求項5に記載のユーザの心臓活動を監視するシステムに請求項1に記載のユーザの心臓活動を監視する方法を実行させるためのプログラムコード手段を含む心臓活動監視コンピュータプログラム。
- 前記健康センサが、前記ユーザにより装着されるウェアラブル健康センサである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記健康センサが、前記ユーザにより装着されるウェアラブル健康センサである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
