Description
Claims (18)
- 被検体に関する医用画像データセットに含まれる前記被検体の特定領域の可視化を制限するために前記医用画像データセットを処理する処理部であって、
前記処理部は、
前記医用画像データセットを処理して前記被検体の皮膚と寝台との第1の境界と前記皮膚と空気との第2の境界とを検出し、
前記第1の境界と前記第2の境界とに基づいて前記被検体の皮膚表面を検出し、
前記医用画像データセットに含まれる複数の解剖学的標識点を検出し、
前記複数の解剖学的標識点と前記皮膚表面とに基づいて、前記皮膚表面のうちの、可視化を制限する前記特定領域を決定する、
を具備する医用画像処理装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の外観の可視化を制限する、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の外観の可視化を制限するために前記特定領域を覆う、又は前記特定領域の外観を修正するために前記特定領域を仮想衣服で覆う、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の外観の可視化を制限するために、前記特定領域に対応するボクセル、前記特定領域に隣接するボクセル、及び前記特定領域の近傍のボクセルのうちの少なくとも1つの可視化を制限する、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の外観を修正するために、前記特定領域の各ボクセルの画素値を所定の画素値に設定する、請求項4記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の外観の可視化を制限するために、前記特定領域を第1のレンダリングパラメータでレンダリングし、前記特定領域以外の他の領域を第2のレンダリングパラメータでレンダリングする、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の外観の可視化を制限するために、前記特定領域を前記特定領域のためのプリセットでレンダリングし、前記特定領域以外の他の領域を前記他の領域のためのプリセットでレンダリングする、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、ユーザからの指示に従って、前記特定領域が可視化された他の表示画像を前記医用画像データセットに基づいて生成する、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、
前記医用画像データセットに基づいて2次元画像データセットを生成し、
前記2次元画像データセットに含まれる前記特定領域を決定する、
請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の可視化を制限するために、前記特定領域の少なくとも一部へのアクセスを制限する、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の可視化を制限するために、前記医用画像データセットのうちの前記特定領域を含む部分領域を判定し、前記部分領域へのアクセスを制限する、請求項10記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記部分領域へのアクセスを制限するために、前記医用画像データセットの前記部分領域と他の領域とを個別に格納し、及び前記部分領域内のボクセルを修正する、の少なくとも一方を行う、請求項11記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記部分領域へのアクセスを制限するために、
前記医用画像データセットの前記部分領域を暗号化し、
前記医用画像データセットの前記部分領域をパスワードで保護し、
前記医用画像データセットの前記部分領域に対してセキュリティ設定を適用し、
前記医用画像データセットの前記部分領域へのアクセスを、ユーザプロファイル、患者プロファイル、ハンギングプロトコル、処理デバイス、表示デバイス、所在地、表示プログラム、及びレンダリングプログラムのうちの少なくとも1つに応じて制限する、
請求項11記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記特定領域が前記医用画像データセット内に存在するか否かを判定し、前記部分領域へのアクセスが、前記特定領域が存在するか否かの判定に応じて制限される、請求項11記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の可視化を制限するために、レンダリング設定へのアクセスを制限する、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の可視化を制限するために、前記複数の解剖学的標識点に基づいて前記医用画像データセットを解剖的図譜に位置合わせすることにより、前記医用画像データセット内の少なくとも1つの解剖学的領域を画定する、請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記特定領域の可視化を制限するために、前記特定領域に前記解剖学的領域を関連付ける、請求項16記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 被検体に関する医用画像データセットを受信する工程と、
前記医用画像データセットに含まれる前記被検体の特定領域の可視化を制限するために前記医用画像データセットを処理する工程と、
ことを具備する医用画像処理方法であって、
前記処理する工程は、
前記医用画像データセットを処理して前記被検体の皮膚と寝台との第1の境界と前記皮膚と空気との第2の境界とを検出する工程と、
前記第1の境界と前記第2の境界とに基づいて前記被検体の皮膚表面を検出する工程と、
前記医用画像データセットに含まれる複数の解剖学的標識点を検出する工程と、
前記複数の解剖学的標識点と前記皮膚表面とに基づいて、前記皮膚表面のうちの、可視化を制限する前記特定領域を決定する工程と、を有する、
医用画像処理方法。
