Description
まず、本発明の第1の実施例について説明する。図1は本発明に係る第1の実施例である内視鏡装置の使用例を表す図であり、硬性腹腔鏡装置111とともに、ガスポート157を備えたトロッカー161、送気チューブ156が記載されている。これら硬性腹腔鏡装置111、トロッカー161、送気チューブ156によって、患者の体内を観察するための硬性腹腔鏡システム11が構成される。なお、図2は図1の硬性腹腔鏡装置111を側面から見た断面図である。
以下、本発明の第2の実施例について説明する。図3は本実施例に係る硬性腹腔鏡装置211を用いた硬性腹腔鏡システム21を表す図であり、硬性腹腔鏡装置211、気腹針257、送気チューブ256が記載されている。図3が示すように、硬性腹腔鏡装置211は、光学視管221、収容部231、収容部231に保持されたガスボンベ251、光学視管221の基端部側に接続された液晶モニタ付きハンディビデオカメラ271を備えている。そして、図示しないが、光学視管221には実施例1と同様に、照明光学系のライトガイドケーブル及び観察光学系のレンズが内蔵されている。

Claims (10)
- 観察光学系及び照明光学系を備えた光学視管を有する硬性腹腔鏡装置であって、
前記光学視管には、前記照明光学系に照明光を提供する光源と気腹のためのガスを供給するガスボンベを収容する収容部が、前記光学視管、前記光源および前記ガスボンベを剛性を有する一体として保持可能に設けられていることを特徴とする、
硬性腹腔鏡装置。 - 前記収容部は、前記光学視管を使用者が保持する際に把持するための把持部であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の硬性腹腔鏡装置。 - 前記収容部は、前記ガスボンベの弁を開閉する弁操作部を備えていることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の硬性腹腔鏡装置。 - 前記収容部は、前記光源の電源および/または前記ガスボンベを着脱可能なように形成されていることを特徴とする、
