Claims (5)
- 金属スクラップ浸漬装置であって、耐熱材料の側壁及び底壁を備えた開口形チャンバと、前記チャンバの前記側壁又は前記底壁に設けられていて溶融金属を受け入れる入口と、前記チャンバの前記底壁に設けられた出口と、前記チャンバの前記側壁に隣接して位置する傾斜路とを有し、前記傾斜路は、前記側壁に隣接して位置する第1の縁部及び第2の縁部を有し、前記第1の縁部と前記第2の縁部との間に位置する前記傾斜路の表面は、凹面であり、前記傾斜路は、前記出口の周囲で螺旋状に延び、内側柱状体が前記チャンバ内に中央キャビティを画定し、前記傾斜路の前記第2の縁部は、前記内側柱状体と交差し、前記内側柱状体は、前記チャンバの前記底壁から離れた端壁を有し、前記端壁は、少なくとも2つの丸形縁部を有する、スクラップ浸漬装置。
- 前記凹面は、不連続であり、平坦な又は凸状の傾斜路の部分によって中断されている、請求項1記載のスクラップ浸漬装置。
- 前記傾斜路は、水平領域と傾斜領域の両方を有する、請求項1記載のスクラップ浸漬装置。
- 前記端壁は、その周囲全体にわたって2つの丸形縁部を有し、前記傾斜路の表面は、実質的に連続して湾曲している、請求項1記載のスクラップ浸漬装置。
- 前記傾斜路及び前記内側柱状体は、断面で見て全体として逆S字形を成している、請求項4記載のスクラップ浸漬装置。
