Description

加熱対象物質を供給リザーバから第1加熱領域に搬送すること、
第1加熱領域において物質を予熱すること、
予熱された物質を第1加熱領域から第2加熱領域に搬送すること、
第2加熱領域で物質を加熱して蒸気を生成し、一般的には該蒸気が凝結してエアロゾルを形成することを含む方法を提供する。

Claims (14)
- 吸入器(1)としての電子タバコ、パーソナルヴェポライザ、または電子蒸気供給システムにおける、加熱対象物質であるリキッド(L)またはゲルからエアロゾル及び/または蒸気(V)を生成するための加熱システム(3)であって、
前記吸入器(1)の一部である本体部材(7)の外周部またはその周囲に形成されるとともに、前記加熱対象物質を受け取るように構成され、その内部で該物質を予熱するための少なくとも1つの第1発熱体(14)が設けられた第1加熱領域(5)と、
前記本体部材(7)の外周部またはその周囲に形成されるとともに、前記第1加熱領域(5)から予熱された物質を受け取るように構成され、その内部で該物質を加熱するための少なくとも1つの第2発熱体(19)が設けられた第2加熱領域(16)を備え、
前記第1加熱領域(5)は、供給リザーバ(4)から前記加熱対象物質を受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つの第1加熱キャビティ(6)から構成され、前記第2加熱領域(16)は少なくとも1つの第2加熱キャビティ(17)から構成された加熱システム(3)。 - 前記第2加熱領域(16)は、予熱後に、予熱された物質(L)を前記第1加熱領域(5)から前記第2加熱領域(16)に移動させるための1つ以上の溝または流路(18)を介して前記第1加熱領域(5)と流体連通している請求項1記載の加熱システム(3)。
- 前記第1加熱領域(5)は略円環形である請求項1又は2記載の加熱システム(3)。
- 前記第2加熱領域(16)は前記本体部材(7)の軸方向に延びている請求項1乃至3記載のいずれかの加熱システム(3)。
- 前記第2加熱領域(16)は多数の第2加熱キャビティ(17)を含み、各第2キャビティ(17)は、前記物質が気化する際の該物質のための膨張チャンバを形成または提供する請求項1乃至4記載のいずれかの加熱システム(3)。
- 各第1発熱体(14)は前記第1加熱領域(5)内に配置され、各第2発熱体(19)は前記第2加熱領域(16)内に配置され、該第1及び第2発熱体(14,19)はそれぞれ本体部材(7)上に支持された請求項1乃至5記載のいずれかの加熱システム(3)。
- 前記第1及び第2加熱領域(5,16)を、前記加熱対象物質の供給リザーバ(4)を形成するチャンバと共に収容するハウジング(9)をさらに備え、プラグまたはバッフル部材(11)により、前記供給リザーバ(4)を前記第1加熱領域(5)から分離し、これらの間を流体連通させる請求項1乃至6記載のいずれかの加熱システム(3)。
- 前記第1加熱領域(5)は、前記加熱対象物質を、前記供給リザーバ(4)から送り機構を介して受け取るように構成され、前記送り機構は、前記流体連通における毛細管現象及び流体圧力の1つ以上を含む請求項7記載の加熱システム(3)。
- 前記送り機構は、前記供給リザーバ(4)から前記第1加熱領域(5)への前記物質の送り速度を変化させるように構成されている請求項8記載の加熱システム(3)。
- 加熱対象物質であるリキッド(L)またはゲルからエアロゾル及び/または蒸気(V)を生じさせる、電子タバコ、パーソナルヴェポライザ、または電子蒸気供給システムの一部である吸入器(1)であって、請求項1乃至9記載のいずれかの加熱システム(3)を含む吸入器(1)。
- 吸入器(1)としての電子タバコ、パーソナルヴェポライザ、または電子蒸気供給システムにおいて、加熱対象物質であるリキッド(L)またはゲルを加熱する方法であって、
前記加熱対象物質を、供給リザーバ(4)から、該物質を受け取る少なくとも1つの第1加熱キャビティ(6)から構成され、前記吸入器(1)の一部である本体部材(7)の外周部またはその周囲に形成される第1加熱領域(5)に搬送すること、
前記第1加熱領域(5)において前記物質を予熱すること、
予熱された前記物質を、前記第1加熱領域(5)から、少なくとも1つの第2加熱キャビティ(17)から構成され、前記本体部材(7)の外周部またはその周囲に形成される第2加熱領域(16)に搬送すること、
前記第2加熱領域(16)で前記物質を加熱して蒸気を生成することを含む方法。 - 前記物質を予熱する工程及び/または前記物質を加熱する工程は、1つ以上の電気発熱体(14,19)により行われる請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記加熱対象物質を供給リザーバ(4)から第1加熱領域(5)に搬送する工程は、毛細管現象及び流体圧力の少なくとも一方を含み、及び/または前記予熱された物質を第1加熱領域(5)から第2加熱領域(16)に搬送する工程は、毛細管現象及び流体圧力の少なくとも一方を含む請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 前記第1加熱領域(5)で物質を予熱する工程及び/または前記第2加熱領域(16)で物質を加熱する工程は、周期的または間欠的に行われる請求項11乃至13記載のいずれかの方法。
