Claims (6)
- 処理対象水としての原水が流入する上部チャンバ;
膜蒸留工程による処理水が生産される下部チャンバ;
上部チャンバと下部チャンバとの間に具備される膜蒸留分離膜;
前記上部チャンバの内部空間に具備され、上部チャンバに流入した原水を加熱する太陽熱集熱器;
前記下部チャンバの下端の一方側に具備されて浮力を提供するフロート;を含み、
上部チャンバと下部チャンバとの温度差によって膜蒸留分離膜上の原水が蒸気化し、原水の蒸気が膜蒸留分離膜を透過して下部チャンバに移動し、下部チャンバに移動した蒸気が凝結して処理水が生産され、
前記上部チャンバの一方側に原水が流入する原水流入口が具備され、前記太陽熱集熱器は複数の気孔が設けられた板状に形成され、
前記太陽熱集熱器は垂直基準で上部チャンバの原水流入口と膜蒸留分離膜との間に具備され、
上部チャンバの原水流入口を介して流入した原水は太陽熱集熱器上に供給されて加熱され、加熱された原水は太陽熱集熱器に設けられた複数の気孔を介して膜蒸留分離膜上に供給され、
原水に含まれている気泡は、浮上分離されて、太陽熱集熱器の気孔から外部へ排出される、
ことを特徴とするフロート型膜蒸留装置。 - 前記上部チャンバの原水流入口にフィルタ部材が具備され、
原水はフィルタ部材を通ってから原水流入口を介して太陽熱集熱器上に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフロート型膜蒸留装置。 - 前記下部チャンバの底面に蒸気を凝結させて処理水を生産する冷却板がさらに具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフロート型膜蒸留装置。
- 前記フィルタ部材は、原水に含まれている汚染物質をろ過し、粒子状ろ過材またはろ過膜の形態で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフロート型膜蒸留装置。
- 前記フィルタ部材は、吸着材で構成され、またはろ過材と吸着材とが組み合わされて構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフロート型膜蒸留装置。
- 処理対象水としての原水が流入する上部チャンバ;
膜蒸留工程による処理水が生産される下部チャンバ;
上部チャンバと下部チャンバとの間に具備される膜蒸留分離膜;
前記上部チャンバの内部空間に具備され、上部チャンバに流入した原水を加熱する太陽熱集熱器;
前記下部チャンバの下端の一方側に具備されて浮力を提供するフロート;を含み、
上部チャンバと下部チャンバとの温度差によって膜蒸留分離膜上の原水が蒸気化し、原水の蒸気が膜蒸留分離膜を透過して下部チャンバに移動し、下部チャンバに移動した蒸気が凝結して処理水が生産され、
前記上部チャンバの一方側に原水が流入する原水流入口が具備され、前記太陽熱集熱器は複数の気孔が設けられた板状に形成され、
前記太陽熱集熱器は垂直基準で原水流入口の上部に具備され、
上部チャンバの原水流入口を介して流入した原水は膜蒸留分離膜上に供給されて加熱され、
原水に含まれている気泡は、浮上分離されて、太陽熱集熱器の気孔から外部へ排出されることを特徴とするフロート型膜蒸留装置。
