Description
前記部材を支持するための前記部材または要素を通過させるための軸線方向ボアと、
前記ボアの中に開口しており、ブッシングの実質的に半径方向の変形を可能にするように設計された貫通スロットと、
前記本体の穴の相補的なねじ山にブッシングをねじ込むための外側ねじ山と、
を備える少なくとも1つのブッシングを備え、
前記ブッシングは、これがねじ込まれる場合に前記部材または支持体が前記ボアの内部に取り付けられ移動され得る第1の位置から、前記ブッシングが半径方向に拘束され、前記部材または支持体にしっかりと取り付けられ、したがってそれがブッシングに対して固定される第2の位置まで、実質的に半径方向に変形するように前記本体と協働するように設計されることを特徴とする、制御リングを提案する。

弾性変形可能な手段が、前記パッドを前記ケーシングに押し付けるために、パッドと本体との間に挿入され、
前記弾性変形可能な手段は、前記ロッドの周りに取り付けられる少なくとも1つの圧縮ばね、たとえばコイルばねを備え、
前記ブッシングは、前記本体の前記穴の円錐台形部分と協働して該ブッシングを取り付けできるように設計される、少なくとも1つの実質的な円錐台形部分を備え、
前記ブッシングは、前記外側ねじ山を備える円筒形部分を備え、
前記本体は、前記本体をタービンエンジンのケーシングの周りに回転させるために、作動手段に接続されるように設計された手段を備える。

Claims (11)
- タービンエンジンの可変ピッチベーンの段のための制御リングであって、ケーシングの周りに延在することを意図した環状本体と、前記可変ピッチベーンのピボットに接続されるように設計された手段と、前記本体をセンタリングし、案内するように前記ケーシングと協働するように設計され、固定手段によって本体に固定されるケーシングを圧迫するための少なくとも1つの圧迫部材を備える手段と、を備え、前記固定手段が、
前記圧迫部材を支持し且つ前記圧迫部材を通過させるための軸線方向ボアと、
前記ボアの中に開口しており、ブッシングの実質的に半径方向の変形を可能にするように設計された貫通スロットと、
前記本体の穴の相補的なねじ山にブッシングをねじ込むための外側ねじ山と、
を備える少なくとも1つのブッシングを備え、
前記ブッシングは、これがねじ込まれる場合に、前記圧迫部材が前記ボアの内部に取り付けられ移動され得る第1の位置から、前記ブッシングが半径方向に拘束され、前記圧迫部材にしっかりと取り付けられ、したがってそれがブッシングに対して固定される第2の位置まで、実質的に半径方向に変形するように前記本体と協働するように設計されている、制御リング。 - 前記圧迫部材が、前記ボアに軸線方向に係合される円筒形ロッドを備える、請求項1に記載の制御リング。
- 前記圧迫部材が、ケーシングを圧迫するための少なくとも1つのパッドを備える、請求項2に記載の制御リング。

- 弾性変形可能な手段が、前記パッドを前記ケーシングに押し付けるために、パッドと本体との間に挿入される、請求項3に記載の制御リング。
- 前記弾性変形可能な手段が、前記円筒形ロッドの周りに取り付けられる少なくとも1つの圧縮ばねを備える、請求項5に記載の制御リング。
- 前記ブッシングが、前記本体の前記穴の円錐台形部分(56c)と協働して該ブッシングを取り付けできるように設計される、少なくとも1つの実質的な円錐台形部分を備える、請求項1に記載の制御リング。
- 前記ブッシングが、前記外側ねじを備える円筒形部分を備える、請求項7に記載の制御リング。
- それぞれの可変ピッチベーンが当該可変ピッチベーンの半径方向の外端にブレードおよび円筒形ピボットを備える可変ピッチベーンの環状列を備え、可変ピッチベーンのピボットのための取付穴を備える環状ケーシングをさらに備える、タービンエンジンの可変ピッチベーンの段であって、前記ピボットが、請求項1に記載の制御リングにレバーによって接続されることを特徴とする、段。
