Description
The present invention constructs a soundproof house and a soundproof house, which are buildings that are temporarily provided during work to prevent sound from leaking outside by surrounding the entire work target. The present invention mainly relates to a soundproof sheet used for the above.
For example, to dismantle a building or the like, the building is destroyed and fragmented using a heavy machine such as a power shovel at a demolition site, and the resulting waste is separated and discarded by an appropriate method.
When such dismantling work is performed in the vicinity of a residential area, a hospital, a school, or the like, a problem of noise is likely to occur. Since a building often includes a material such as glass that generates a loud sound when dismantled, the sound generated during dismantling work often has a level of noise. In the past, there have been a number of cases in the past where complaints have arisen from neighbors etc. when dismantling work was performed without any special allowance.
2. Description of the Related Art A soundproofing house is used as one of techniques for preventing the noise generated by an operation such as the demolition of a building from spreading to the surroundings.
A soundproof house is a temporary building made around the time when work is performed, surrounding a target area (eg, the entire building to be demolished) where work is performed.
Some soundproofing houses are, roughly speaking, huge temporary tents. After assembling columns, beams, and roofs with rod-shaped aggregates, they are covered with a membrane to create a soundproof house.
Of course, if the mere film material covers the soundproof house, the soundproof effect is small. Therefore, the following two approaches are mainly used.
The first is to use what is also called a high soundproofing sound-insulating material, which is filled and sealed with a cotton-like or sponge-like sound-absorbing material having soundproofing performance between the double-layered film materials. Things.
The second is a soundproofing panel made of, for example, gypsum board or wood, or a panel in which they are mounted on a metal frame, for example. By mounting the panel on an aggregate or the like, the entire wall of the soundproof house is covered with the soundproof panel, or in some cases, the entire roof is similarly covered with the soundproof panel.
The method using the above-mentioned soundproofing film material has an advantage that it is relatively easy to mount the soundproofing house or its aggregate material.
However, since the soundproofing film material needs to be wound up or folded when transporting or the like, the thickness cannot be increased so much, and the sound absorbing material to be filled between the double film materials. It cannot be filled as much as necessary for the soundproofing film material to have high soundproofing performance. On the other hand, when the amount of the sound absorbing material to be filled between the two membrane materials is increased, the portability is deteriorated. In addition, since the sound absorbing film material covers the sound absorbing material with the film material, the sound that hits the sound insulating film material is not absorbed by the sound absorbing material of the sound insulating film material but is reflected by the film material outside the sound absorbing film material. That is, especially in the case of considering portability, the soundproofing film material is often not sufficient in terms of essential soundproofing performance.
In addition, the above-described soundproof panel is generally superior to the soundproof film material in terms of soundproof performance in many cases.
However, it is troublesome to attach a large number of generally rectangular soundproof panels to the aggregate of the soundproof house using bolts and the like in a grid pattern, using bolts or the like. Installation work is troublesome. Further, when soundproof panels having different sizes and thicknesses are used, different jigs are required when attaching them to the aggregate of the soundproof house.
An object of the present invention is to propose a film material which has a high soundproofing effect, is easily attached to the soundproofing house, and has high portability, and also proposes a soundproofing house to which such a material is applied. That is another task.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present inventor proposes the following invention.
The present invention relates to a film material main body that can be wound or folded, and provided on one surface of the film material main body, when the film material main body is attached to a soundproof house, a rectangular with a predetermined thickness. The sound-absorbing mat is configured to be detachably fixed to each of the sound-absorbing mats in a state where most of its inner surface is exposed, and is flexibly configured so that the winding or folding of the membrane main body is not impossible. A plurality of fixing members for fixing the sound-absorbing mats in such a manner that their longitudinal directions are kept substantially horizontal and are arranged vertically in parallel.
The film material according to the present invention is adapted to be attached to, for example, a pillar of a soundproof house. The film material main body constituting the film material has a fixing member, and the sound absorbing mat can be detachably attached to the fixing member of the film material attached to the soundproof house. The fixing of the membrane material to the aggregate such as the pillars constituting the soundproof house according to the present invention may be the same as the method of fixing the film material to the soundproof house described in the related art, and is not particularly difficult. Further, fixing the sound-absorbing mat to the film material does not require bolts or jigs, and is not particularly difficult. Therefore, if this film material is used, it is easy to attach the sound absorbing mat to the soundproof house.
Further, the sound absorbing mat fixed to the fixing member of the film material according to the present invention has a state in which most of the inner surface is exposed. In the present application, the inner surface of the sound absorbing mat means a surface facing the inside of the soundproof house. Therefore, in the soundproof house made using the film material of the present invention, the inner surface of the sound-absorbing mat to which the sound in the soundproof house is applied does not cover all or any part of the mat. Therefore, the soundproof performance is high. Since the sound-absorbing mats fixed to the fixing member of the film material keep their longitudinal directions substantially horizontal and are vertically aligned, the soundproof performance of the soundproof house made using the film material of the present invention is achieved. This is even more so.
Further, the film material main body of the present invention can be wound or folded. Further, the fixing member fixed to the film material main body is configured to be flexible so that the winding or folding of the film material main body is not made impossible. As a result, the film material of the present invention can be rolled up or folded as a whole. When constructing a soundproof house, or when disassembling a soundproof house, with the membrane material of the present invention and a number of sound absorbing mats attached thereto removed, and with the former wound or folded, It is possible to transport the film material and the sound absorbing mat. In other words, the film material of the present invention, or a film material set in which the film material of the present invention is combined with a sound-absorbing mat detachably attached thereto is highly portable.
The specific configuration of the fixing member is not limited as long as it is as described above. Considering that the fixing member is required to have flexibility, it is easy to use the fixing member as one of a fixing string which is a string or a band-shaped film material formed as a band-shaped film material. The film material constituting the film material may be made of the same material as the film material main body which is the film material, but it is not necessary to be so.
Although not limited thereto, the fixing members may be paired so as to fix the sound absorbing mat at both ends in the longitudinal direction or in the vicinity thereof. By doing so, the sound absorbing mat can be attached to the film material of the present invention in a stable state.
There is no particular limitation on the shape of the film material main body. The film material body may be rectangular, more specifically, a rectangle whose longitudinal direction is the vertical direction when used (for example, the film material of the present invention is attached to a pillar and is substantially vertical). Good. In this case, the fixing members may be paired at the same height at both ends in the short direction or in the vicinity thereof. According to this, it is easy to keep the sound absorbing mats in a state where their longitudinal directions are substantially horizontal and to arrange them vertically.
As described above, the fixing member may be a band-shaped film material. In this case, both ends of a portion of the band material used for fixing one of the sound absorbing mats may be fixed to the film material main body. In this way, a loop surrounded by the outer surface of the film material and the inner surface of the film material main body is formed between both ends of the film material used for fixing one sound absorbing mat. By simply inserting the rectangular end of the sound-absorbing mat or the vicinity thereof into the loop, the sound-absorbing mat is detachably fixed to the fixing member while keeping the longitudinal direction substantially horizontal. It can be easily realized. Of course, the cross section of the above-mentioned loop is shaped and sized so that when the end of the sound absorbing mat or its vicinity is inserted inside it, the membrane material can be fixed by the loop made of the fixing member and the band material. Is done.
In this case, the film material may be long, and may be fixed to the film material main body at both ends in the length direction and at a plurality of predetermined positions in the middle of the length direction. Alternatively, the film material may be divided into lengths necessary for fixing one sound-absorbing mat, and both ends in the length direction of each of the divided film materials may be fixed to the film material body. good. That is, each of the band members may be fixed to the film body at both ends in the length direction. Either of them can be adopted, but considering the number of fixing points of the film material and the film material main body, it is considered that the former is easier to manufacture and the manufacturing cost is lower.
The film material may have elasticity in its length direction. According to this, the cross section of the above-mentioned loop formed between the fixing member which is a band material and the film material main body is inserted into the end or the vicinity thereof at the sound absorbing portion. By making it one size smaller than the cross section of the mat, when the end portion or the vicinity of the sound absorbing mat is inserted into the loop, the fixing of the sound absorbing mat by the fixing member and the film material main body constituting the loop becomes more efficient. It can be strong. Moreover, the cross section of the sound absorbing mat is not always constant. For example, when higher soundproof performance of the soundproof house is required, the thickness of the sound absorbing mat may be increased. If the fixing member made of a film material has elasticity in its length direction, there is a slight change in the cross-sectional shape of the sound-absorbing mat, although there is a limit due to its elasticity. Even if the sound absorbing panel is changed in the prior art, the sound absorbing mat can be detachably fixed to the same film material without the necessity of changing the jig which is necessary when the structure of the soundproof panel is changed. .
As described above, the fixing member of the present invention may be a pair of two in order to fix the sound absorbing mat at both ends or in the vicinity thereof. In this case, between the pair of fixing members, the sound-absorbing mat is supplementarily detachably fixed, so that even when the sound-absorbing mat is fixed, most of the inner surface of the sound absorbing mat is exposed. It is possible to provide an auxiliary fixing member which is configured to be in a state in which the film material body is rolled up or folded so as not to be impossible.
That is, two or more fixing members may be combined into three or more.
The film material described above can be used to construct a soundproof house. One example is a soundproof house for preventing sound leakage from a predetermined target range, which covers a plurality of pillars surrounding the target range and adjacent ones of the pillars. And a sound absorbing mat attached to the fixing member of the film material.
In this case, the film material of the present invention may be used in place of a conventional film material having no fixing member. Further, the film material of the present invention may be used so as to be located inside a conventional film material having no fixing member.
In any case, if the film material of the present invention is used to cover between adjacent ones of the columns, it is used to cover the space between adjacent columns with a plurality of film materials. Alternatively, it may be used so as to cover one or more adjacent ones between adjacent pillars with one film material. If the soundproof house has a roof, the film material of the present invention can naturally be used for covering the roof.
The present inventor also proposes the following soundproof house construction method as an invention for solving the problems of the present invention.
The method is a method for constructing a soundproof house for preventing sound leakage from a predetermined target range, and winding between adjacent ones of a plurality of pillars surrounding the target range. Or a process of covering with a foldable film material main body, and, on the inner surface of the film material main body, a sound absorbing mat of a predetermined thickness, with most of the inner surface being exposed, Fixing the sound-absorbing mat to the film material main body, wherein the needle portion of the pin having a needle portion as a needle and a head having a diameter larger than that of the needle portion is included. By passing through the outer surface of the film material main body and further penetrating the sound absorbing mat.
In this case, the film material main body used may be a simple film material used when constructing a soundproof house or tent in the related art. In this method, a sound absorbing mat is fixed to the inner surface of the film material. The sound-absorbing mat is fixed to the surface of the membrane material body facing the inside of the sound-proof house in order to bring out the sound-proof performance. Since the fixing method is such that the needle of the pin penetrates the film material main body and the sound absorbing mat collectively, the fixing of the sound absorbing mat to the film material main body is easy.
In such a method for constructing a soundproof house, it is possible to bend the tip of the needle portion that has penetrated the sound absorbing mat, so that the sound absorbing mat can be securely fixed to the film material main body. . Further, it is also possible to bend the tip of the needle portion penetrating the sound absorbing mat after penetrating the hole of the washer. According to this, the sound absorbing mat can be more firmly fixed to the film material main body by the washer.

The
The soundproof house is made to surround a target area, which is an area where some work that produces sound is performed. For example, a range surrounded by a dotted line in FIG. 3 is a target range. Although not limited to this, the target range in this embodiment is assumed to be a rectangle.
Although not shown, the target range includes, for example, an abandoned building. Some work that produces noise is, for example, the removal of a waste building.

After the
The
In this embodiment, the width of the

The example described above is the case where the
It is assumed that the
Also in this case, the size and the shape of the loop and the size and shape of the cross section of the
