Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a tool for drawing down used when replacing electric wire facilities such as a transformer installed at a high place, and a construction method of exchanging electric wire facilities using the tool for drawing down.

When replacing the transformer, which is one of the electric wire facilities, two workers individually use indirect hot-line tools, and one worker holds an arbitrary part in the extension direction of the underline, While maintaining the holding interval, the other worker cuts the underline. Further, the cut end of the underline after cutting was fixed at an arbitrary position while the transformer was being replaced in order to prevent an electric shock accident.

In the construction method as described above, there is a problem that the work efficiency is poor and the construction cost is increased because the work is performed by two people, a person holding the underline and a person cutting the underline. In addition, the worker himself / herself must hold the underline to be cut, and there is a fear of an accident when the worker's hand is out of order. Furthermore, a step of fixing the underline after cutting to an arbitrary position is added, which causes an increase in construction cost.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has a low-cost, high-efficiency work, and a drawing-out tool capable of ensuring safety during work, and a construction method for replacing electric wire equipment such as a transformer. Is to provide.

The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a drawing line tool used for replacement of a high-level electric wire facility such as a transformer connected to a drawing line, comprising a separation member and two holding members. The separating member is formed to be long along the extension direction of the underline, and is extendable and contractible in the extension direction of the underline, and the expansion and contraction means slides in the direction of contraction and extension in use, and at any position. It can be positioned, slides gradually if a slight force is applied in the direction of contraction, and will not slide unless the lock is released in the direction of extension. The holding members are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the separating member. It is characterized by being attached to the part and holding the underline.

The invention according to claim 2 of the present invention is a process in which each holding member provided on both sides of the separation member grips each of the portions spaced apart in the extension direction of the underline, and holds the underline with each holding member. Then, a step of cutting an arbitrary portion between the holding members in the underline, a step of unlocking the expansion / contraction means, extending the separation member, and separating the cut end of the underline held by each holding member, each holding A step of closing the cut end of the underline held by the member with an insulating member, replacing the existing wire equipment with a new one, applying a slight force in a direction to shrink the expansion and contraction means to shrink the separation member, and The method is characterized in that the cut ends of the underlines to be held by the holding members are connected to each other, the respective holding members are removed from the underlines, and the electric wire equipment at a high place is replaced through the above steps.

According to the onset bright, the respective holding member is provided on both sides of the separation member, a portion spaced intervals extending direction of the pull down line, the angle of the holding member in response such as curvature and torsion of the cuts line leveling When the underline between the holding members is cut, the cut underline is connected to the separation member and the holding members in a continuous state. This eliminates the need for the worker to hold the underline when cutting the underline, and allows one worker to perform the work, thereby reducing the construction cost. Furthermore, since the underline can be held in a stable state with only the tool without the support of the operator himself, the safety of work at high places can be ensured. Further, the step of fixing the cut end after cutting the underline to another electric wire facility or the like is omitted, so that the work efficiency at the time of replacement is increased.

According to the onset bright, a telescopic is separating members in an extending direction of the pull down line, a structure can be positioned at any position when stretching. From this, when the underline is cut, the distance between the cut ends of the underline can be increased by releasing the lock of the expansion / contraction means and extending the separation member to separate the distance between the holding members, It is possible to sufficiently secure insulation when the underline is cut. Further, at the time of reconnection of the underline, the cut ends of the underline can be abutted with each other by slightly applying a force in the direction of contracting the expansion / contraction means to shorten the separation member and shorten the distance between the holding members. When the underline is reconnected, the cut end of the underline can be inserted into the straight sleeve to secure the connection.

(A) and (b) are side views showing another embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a tool 1 for drawing down of the present invention is described based on a drawing.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drawing tool 1 according to the present embodiment is roughly divided into a separating member 2, one holding member (holding member) 3 a disposed on both sides of the separating member 2, and the other holding member. And a member (holding member) 3b.

Referring to FIGS. 2A and 2B, the separation member 2 is a long rod-shaped body, and has insulation by a resin in the present embodiment. Further, a slide adjusting unit (expandable / contractible means) 5 is provided so that a part of the separation member 2 slides in the longitudinal direction so that the separation member 2 can be extended and contracted to adjust the length. Further, the expansion and contraction of the slide adjusting portion 5 of the separation member 2 can be performed stepwise by applying a slight force in the direction of contracting the separation member 2, but not sliding unless the lock is released in the direction of extension. Has become. Support shafts 4, 4 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the separation member 2, respectively, and the support shafts 4, 4 have a substantially circular cross section. Here, in the present embodiment, the one in which the expansion and contraction of the slide adjustment unit 5 is performed within a range of about 40 mm is adopted. This is because it is only necessary to secure an interval at which the cut ends E of the underline D do not come into contact with each other, so that the range of expansion and contraction of the slide adjustment unit 5 does not need to be set so wide.
Reference numeral 11 denotes a knob that facilitates grasping the slide adjusting unit 5 with the indirect hot-line tool F.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 3 (b) and 3 (c), each of the one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member 3b has two gripping arms 6 and 6 on both sides of the separating member 2. Although not shown, the urging member applies an urging force in a direction in which the two gripping arms 6 and 6 are always closed. The one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member 3b are attached by rotatably supporting the two gripping arms 6, 6 with the support shafts 4, 4 of the separating member 2, and the above-mentioned support is provided. It is divided into a gripping action part 6a and an operation part 6b with the shaft parts 4, 4 interposed therebetween. Of these, a grip member 7 is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the gripping action portion 6a, and the grip member 7 has a semicircular contact surface with the underline D. When sandwiched between the gripping action portions 6a, 6a, the underline D can be gripped so as not to come out. In addition, the operating portions 6b, 6b are provided with irregularities 8 at locations where they are gripped by the indirect hot-line tool F. It can be securely supported and can be operated reliably.

The underlining tool configured as described above is used as follows.
As a first procedure, as shown in FIG. 4A, the underline D is gripped by the one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member 3b of the underlining tool 1 according to the present embodiment using the indirect hot-line tool F.
As a second procedure, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the underline tool 1 is attached to the underline D as described above, one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member are indirectly hot-lined with the tool F. The lead wire D gripped between the lead wire 3b is cut.
As a third procedure, as shown in FIG. 4C, the lock of the expansion / contraction means (slide adjustment unit 5) is released, the separation member 2 is extended, and the other grip member 3b is pulled away from the one grip member 3a. As a result, the cut ends E of the underline D do not come into contact with each other.
As a fourth procedure, as shown in FIG. 4D, one cut end of the underline D is held while the underline D is gripped by the one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member 3b of the underlining tool 1. The insulated terminal caps 9, 9 are fitted to the part E and the other cut end E, respectively.
Through the above-described first to fourth procedures, the work of separating the underline D in the replacement work of the electric wire facility P at a high place is completed.

Next, the procedure of the work of reconnecting the underline D after the completion of the replacement work of the high-level electric wire facility P will be described below.
As a first procedure, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the insulated terminal caps 9, 9 fitted to the respective cut ends E, E of the lead wires D separated from each other before the replacement work of the electric wire facility P described above. , Respectively, and a slight force is applied in a direction to shrink the expansion / contraction means (slide adjusting section 5) to shrink the separating member 2 and draw the other holding member 3b toward the one holding member 3a.
As a second procedure, as shown in FIG. 5B, one cut end E and the other cut end E of the exposed underline D are put into the linear sleeve 10, respectively.
As a third procedure, as shown in FIG. 5C, the straight sleeve 10 is rolled to connect the underline D.
As a fourth procedure, as shown in FIG. 5D, the one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member 3b are removed from the underline D, and the underline tool 1 is collected.
Through the above-described first to fourth procedures, the reconnection work of the underline D in the replacement work of the electric wire facility P at a high place is completed.

As described above, the use of the tool 1 for underlining according to the present embodiment has the following functions and effects.
By gripping the underline D with the one gripping member 3a and the other gripping member 3b, respectively, even if the underline D is cut, the underline D is continuously connected via the separation member 2, so that the underline D Since the worker does not need to hold the underline D at the time of cutting, the work can be performed by one worker, and thus the construction cost can be reduced. Further, since the underline D can be held in a stable state with only the tool without being supported by the operator himself, the safety of work at a high place can be ensured. Further, since the step of fixing the cut ends E, E after cutting the underline D to another electric wire facility or the like is omitted, the work efficiency at the time of replacement is increased.
Further, after cutting the underline D, the other gripping member 3b is unlocked by the expansion / contraction means (slide adjustment unit 5) along the longitudinal direction of the separation member 2, and is slid in the separating direction, and then positioned at that position. Since it can be fixed, the cut ends E, E of the underline D can be separated from each other to prevent unexpected contact. Further, when the replacement of the electric wire equipment P is completed , a slight force is applied to the other gripping member 3b in the detached state along the longitudinal direction of the separating member 2 in a direction to shrink the expansion / contraction means (slide adjusting section 5). By sliding in the direction of contraction, the cut ends E, E of the underline D can be brought closer to each other, so that the cut ends E, E of the underline D can be abutted with each other, and the underline D can be redrawn. At the time of connection, the cut ends E, E of the underline D can be reliably inserted into the straight sleeve 10 and connected.

In the underlining tool 1 of the present invention, as for the separation member 2, in the above embodiment, both ends in the longitudinal direction can be slid and fixed at the telescopic and telescopic positions, but only one of the telescopic members is telescopic. The structure may be as follows. Even when formed in this manner, as in the above-described embodiment, one of the drawn lines D is cut during the replacement work of the electric wire facility P while being continuously connected to the cut drawn line D via the separation member 2. This can be performed in a state where the end E and the other cut end E do not become free. Further, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the angle of the holding members 3a and 3b from the separating member 2 can be freely changed, and the separating member 2 can be fixed at that position. it can. The illustrated one has a structure in which the rotation connecting portion 12 is exposed and the angle of the other holding member 3b can be changed. When formed in this manner, when the underline tool 1 of the present invention is gripped by the indirect hot-line tool F and transported to a high place, the underline tool 1 can be brought almost vertically to a high place. Can reduce the burden of transportation. Further, in the above embodiment, the one holding member 3a and the other holding member 3b have a configuration in which the underline D is gripped, but may be a configuration in which the underline D is sandwiched. There is no limitation as long as it can hold the underline D so as not to come off.
