下付き文字iは、特徴ベクトルが適用されるドアの識別を示す。
予測的特徴=B0+B1(ドア開放サイクル数)+B2(開閉サイクルにわたる平均外部温度) (式4)
係数B1及びB2はそれぞれ、ドア開放回数及び平均外部温度に対する予測的特徴の相対感度を表す。係数B0は変化のない項であり、0℃で未使用の新品のドアの予測的特徴の値を表している。係数の各々は、ロバスト線形回帰及び他の方法を使用して、すべてのドアに対して求めることができる。上述したように、長期的傾向の判定は、使用量がドアの状態に影響を与えることを示している。
Claims (5)
- 車両構成要素の状態を判定するための方法であって、
異なるドア状態にモータ電流測定値の一又は二以上の特徴をマッピングする関数を記憶するステップと、
所定期間にわたってドアについて前記モータ電流測定値を取得するステップと、
開いた状況から閉じた状況のドアの動き又は閉じた状況から開いた状況のドアの動きを含む前記所定期間の間の前記ドアの少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルを識別するステップと、
前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルの間に発生した前記モータ電流測定値を選択するステップと、
前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルの間に得られる前記モータ電流測定値から前記特徴を算出するステップと、
を含み、前記算出は、
前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルを、異なる状況に分割するステップであって、各状況は、モータ電流、ドアのコマンド及び動作状況の一又は二以上に基づいて、異なる所定の規則を用いて識別される、ステップと、
各状況の前記モータ電流測定値を識別するステップと、
識別した前記各状況の前記モータ電流測定値に基づく前記モータ電流測定値の時系列表現を用いて、前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルにおける各状況の前記モータ電流測定値の前記特徴を識別するステップを有する実行と、及び、
グラフ上に前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルについての前記モータ電流測定値をプロットするステップと、
関数データ解析を使用して、前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルについてのプロットされた前記モータ電流測定値に曲線を当てはめることにより、前記モータ電流測定値のプロファイルを生成するステップと、
前記モータ電流測定値のプロファイルに基づいて、前記モータ電流測定値の前記特徴を識別するステップを有する実行とのうちの一つを含み、方法は、さらに、
前記モータ電流測定値の前記特徴を用いて前記関数を訓練するステップと、
前記関数において、前記モータ電流測定値の前記特徴を前記ドアの状態にマッピングするステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記モータ電流測定値の前記特徴の少なくとも一つを前記異なるドア状態にマッピングする前記関数を判定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、さらに、前記モータ電流測定値の前記特徴の判定の前に、前記ドアの単一の開閉サイクルについての前記モータ電流測定値を状況に分割するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、さらに、前記少なくとも一つの開閉サイクルについての前記モータ電流測定値の前記状況を判定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異なるドア状態のそれぞれは、汚れの存在、潤滑油の不足、一又は二以上のボルトの緩み、前記ドアとは無関係である物体の存在及びレールの変形の一つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
