Description
The present invention relates to a compressor unit that supplies a target gas, which is a boil-off gas, from a LNG storage tank of a ship to a demand destination.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2011-517749, a compressor has been developed in which boil-off gas generated from LNG (Liquidated Natural Gas: liquefied natural gas) is boosted and supplied to a demand destination such as an engine. .
0114)。 By the way, as a compressor used in an LNG ship, a refueling type compressor is used (for example, paragraph 0021 of JP-A-2018-128039 and paragraph 0114 of JP-A-6371930).
Usually, the oil used in the compressor is discharged from the compressor in a state of being mixed with the boil-off gas, and then separated and recovered from the boil-off gas by an oil separator. However, in recent years, the demand for clean boil-off gas has been increasing, and a device has been devised so that oil can be more reliably captured using an activated carbon filter or the like in addition to an oil separator. As disclosed in paragraph 0024 of US Patent Application Publication No. 2018/0066802, an oil slinger and an oil wiper packing are provided to prevent movement of oil between the compression cylinder and the compression frame. Sometimes.
On the other hand, as disclosed in paragraph 0019 of JP-A-2017-89595, a labyrinth piston type reciprocating compressor that does not require lubricating oil has been developed. However, since the labyrinth seal type generally has no contact between the piston and the cylinder, there is a problem that gas in the compression chamber is more likely to leak than the piston ring seal type. In particular, when a high-pressure gas is compressed, this problem becomes remarkable.
An object of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a compressor unit.
A compressor unit according to one aspect of the present invention is installed in a ship, and is configured to recover a target gas that is a boil-off gas from an LNG storage tank of the ship and supply at least a part of the target gas to a demand destination. . The compressor unit includes a plurality of compression stages for sequentially increasing the pressure of the target gas, a plurality of dampers provided between the plurality of compression stages, for suppressing pressure fluctuation, and a crank for driving a piston of each compression stage. Mechanism. Each of the compression stages from the first compression stage to the compression stage immediately before the final compression stage among the plurality of compression stages is connected to a piston and the piston, and transmits the power of the crank mechanism to the piston. A rod, a cylinder part that houses the piston and forms a compression chamber, a first seal part that seals between the piston and the cylinder part, and that surrounds the piston rod and is sucked into the cylinder part. A second seal portion for preventing the target gas from flowing toward the crank mechanism, and surrounding the piston rod closer to the crank mechanism than the second seal portion, and lubricating oil in the crank mechanism is A wiper portion for preventing the cylinder portion from entering; and a pipe between the wiper portion and the second seal portion. Attached to Tonroddo, and further comprising a suppressing oil slinger entry into the cylinder portion of the lubricating oil. The last preceding compression stage and the last compression stage have a tandem structure in which a cylinder portion of the final compression stage is provided on a cylinder portion of the last previous compression stage. . The piston in the immediately preceding compression stage and the piston in the final compression stage having a smaller diameter than the piston are integrally formed. The final compression stage shares the piston rod, the second seal portion, the wiper portion, and the oil slinger with the immediately preceding compression stage . At least in the final compression stage, the first seal portion has a piston ring group provided on the outer peripheral portion of the piston to seal between the piston and the cylinder portion, and is configured in a contact type. In at least one last compression stage, the second seal portion has a plurality of case portions disposed between the cylinder portion and the piston rod, and a plurality of rings held by the plurality of case portions. And a contact type. A compressor unit in which all the first seal portions and the second seal portions are oilless.
According to the above configuration, the reliability of the compressor unit can be improved. That is, since the wiper portion and the oil slinger are provided, it is possible to prevent the lubricating oil in the crank mechanism from entering the cylinder portion and being mixed into the target gas. In addition, since all the first seal portions and the second seal portions are oil-free, lubricating oil is prevented from being mixed into the target gas. If these seals are simply oilless, the load applied to these seals will be excessive. However, since a plurality of dampers for suppressing pressure fluctuations are provided between the compression stages, these seal portions are not exposed to large pressure fluctuations. Since these seal portions can maintain a shape that exerts a sealing function even when lubricating oil is not supplied, the compressor unit confine the target gas in the compression chamber and compresses the target gas in the compression chamber with high reliability. can do. Since at least the first seal part and the second seal part of the final compression stage are of a contact type, the compression stage having the contact type first seal part and the second seal part has a sealing property even under a high pressure environment. Maintained, gas leakage through these seals is suppressed.
With regard to the above configuration, in the final compression stage, only the space opposite to the crank mechanism with the piston interposed therebetween may be a compression chamber.
With respect to the above configuration, in the final previous compression stage, a space on the opposite side of the piston and the crank mechanism is a non-compression chamber, and a space on the crank mechanism side of the piston is compressed. The cylinder cooling channel section may include a through hole formed in the cylinder section.
The non-lubricated type is used in an environment where heat is more likely to be generated as compared to the lubricated type. According to the above configuration, by supplying the cooling fluid to the cooling flow path surrounding the cylinder, the first seal can be efficiently cooled.
In the above configuration, a case cooling channel may be formed in the plurality of case portions in the at least one last compression stage. Water or antifreeze may be used as the cooling fluid supplied to the case cooling channel.
According to the above configuration, the oilless type is used in an environment in which heat is more likely to be generated as compared with the oiled type. According to the above configuration, the second seal portion can be efficiently cooled by flowing the cooling fluid through the case cooling channel.
Regarding the above configuration, in all the compression stages, the first seal portion has a piston ring group provided on the outer peripheral portion of the piston to seal between the piston and the cylinder portion and is of a contact type. You may. According to the above configuration, the sealability can be further improved as compared with a non-contact type seal (labyrinth seal).
With respect to the above configuration, the main component of the ring material of the first seal portion of the final compression stage and / or the second seal portion of the compression stage immediately before the final compression stage is either PEEK or PI or It may be composed of both, or one or both of them may be mixed with PTFE.
According to the above configuration, the pressure resistance of the piston ring in the final compression stage can be improved.
With respect to the above configuration, the pressure difference in the space before and after the wiper portion in the crank mechanism may be substantially zero.
According to the above configuration, the load on the wiper unit can be reduced.
10. The compressor unit according to claim 9, wherein the pressure in the space is substantially equal to the atmospheric pressure.
According to the above configuration, a sealed structure is required in the crankcase if the pressure of the space is to be made higher than the atmospheric pressure. However, if the pressure is the atmospheric pressure, the structure becomes unnecessary, and the cost can be reduced.
With respect to the above configuration, the compressor unit may further include a bypass line that returns the target gas to the upstream side across the compression stages.
According to the above configuration, by providing the bypass line, it is possible to operate under the optimal operation conditions.
In the method for stopping a compressor unit according to another aspect of the present invention, the above-described compressor unit includes a check valve provided in a discharge-side flow path of the final compression stage, and a further downstream side than the check valve. A pressure-reducing line connected to the discharge-side flow path on the side of the compressor, and an on-off valve provided in the discharge-side flow path downstream of the pressure-reducing line. When the unit is stopped, the pressure in the cylinder section of the final compression stage is reduced by closing the on-off valve and opening the depressurization line.
According to the above configuration, by closing the on-off valve, it is possible to prevent the gas from flowing backward from the demand destination at the time of depressurization, and to provide the check valve to the compressor unit side. It is also possible to prevent the gas from flowing backward. In addition, by opening the on-off valve as required when releasing by the pressure release line, it is also possible to release pressure on the demand side.

The

The

The
The
The
The

When the
At this time, in each of the compression stages 201 to 205, the lubricating oil used for the crank mechanism tries to move to the
Further, an
In the first to fourth compression stages 201 to 204, the suction and discharge of the target gas in the two
While the
When the
When the on-off
As described above, the
Further, since the first and
As described above, in the
In the
In the
Unlike the prior art, the
The internal pressure of the
In the

FIG. 13 is a schematic plan view showing another example of the cylinder cooling
