Claims (26)
- 電池を脱着するために通信装置本体に設けられた電池収納部を塞ぐ電池蓋であって、
バンド部材を貫装可能なバンド通し部と、
前記通信装置本体に対して脱着可能に係合する係合部と、
前記通信装置本体と前記電池蓋とを螺合して固定するためのねじ止め機構の一部とを備え、
前記通信装置本体に形成された突出部と係合する突出片が形成され、
前記ねじ止め機構の一部は、前記突出片に設けられる、電池蓋。 - 前記ねじ止め機構の一部は、前記通信装置本体に形成されためねじと螺合可能なおねじである、請求項1に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記おねじの頭部に形成された溝または当該頭部の外形状は、前記通信装置本体において用いられているおねじの頭部に形成された溝または当該頭部の外形状とは異なる、請求項2に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記ねじ止め機構におけるおねじの頭部に形成された溝は、プラス形状またはマイナス形状であり、
前記通信装置本体において用いられているおねじの頭部に形成された溝は、三又形状である、請求項3に記載の電池蓋。 - 前記ねじ止め機構におけるおねじの頭部に形成された溝または当該頭部の外形状は、前記通信装置本体から前記電池蓋が取り外された際に当該通信装置本体において外部に露出するおねじの頭部に形成された溝または当該頭部の外形状と少なくとも異なる、請求項3または4に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記ねじ止め機構の一部は、前記通信装置本体に形成されためねじと螺合可能なおねじが貫装可能であり、当該おねじの呼び径より内径が大きい穴部である、請求項1に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記ねじ止め機構の一部は、前記通信装置本体に設けられたおねじと螺合可能に形成されためねじである、請求項1記載の電池蓋。
- 前記通信装置本体との位置関係が特定の関係を満たした場合に当該通信装置本体と係止する係止部を、さらに備え、
前記電池蓋は、前記ねじ止め機構と前記係止部とによって前記通信装置本体に固定される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。 - 1つの前記ねじ止め機構の一部と1つの前記係止部とは、前記通信装置本体に装着した場合において前記電池収納部を介して反対側となる位置に設けられる、請求項8に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記1つのねじ止め機構の一部が設けられる位置と前記係止部が設けられる位置とを結ぶ方向は、前記バンド通し部に通す場合の前記バンド部材の貫装方向とほぼ平行である、請求項9に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記通信装置本体に設けられて前記電池を収納する収納部を密閉するためのパッキンと、前記通信装置本体と係合した場合に接合する平面部が形成される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド通し部は、前記バンド部材を貫装するための通し穴が少なくとも2つ形成される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド通し部は、前記2つの通し穴に1本のバンド部材が貫装される、請求項12に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド通し部は、前記バンド部材を貫装するための通し穴が少なくとも2つ形成され、
前記ねじ止め機構は、前記2つの通し穴の間に設けられる、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。 - 前記バンド通し部は、所定の樹脂で形成される、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 前記電池蓋の形状は、前記通信装置本体の外枠形状とほぼ一致する、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド通し部に貫装された前記バンド部材を、さらに備える、請求項1乃至16のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド部材は、前記バンド通し部に貫装された状態でリング状に形成され、
前記バンド部材は、前記リングの大きさが調整可能なリングサイズ調整機構を備える、請求項17に記載の電池蓋。 - 前記リングサイズ調整機構は、前記リングの大きさを無段階で調整可能である、請求項18に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記リングサイズ調整機構は、前記バンド部材の一部に設けられ、当該バンド部材における任意の他部を挟持することによって前記無段階調整を可能とする挟持機構を含む、請求項19に記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド部材は、前記リング状となった前記バンド部材から余った当該バンド部材の先端部を固定する固定部材を、さらに備える、請求項18乃至20のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 前記バンド部材は、繊維製である、請求項17乃至21のいずれか1つに記載の電池蓋。
- 電池を脱着するために通信装置本体に設けられた電池収納部を塞ぐ電池蓋であって、
バンド部材を貫装可能なバンド通し部と、
前記通信装置本体に対して脱着可能に係合する係合部と、
前記通信装置本体と前記電池蓋とを螺合して固定するためのねじ止め機構の一部とを備え、
前記ねじ止め機構の一部は、前記通信装置本体に形成されためねじと螺合可能なおねじであり、
前記おねじの頭部に形成された溝または当該頭部の外形状は、前記通信装置本体において用いられているおねじの頭部に形成された溝または当該頭部の外形状とは異なる、電池蓋。 - 電池を脱着するために通信装置本体に設けられた電池収納部を塞ぐ電池蓋であって、

第1係合部、前記電池蓋を係止する第1係止部、および前記電池収納部を備える第1主部と、
前記第1主部から突出し、第2係合部および前記電池蓋と螺合する第1ねじ部を備える突出部とを含み、
前記電池蓋は、
その外面に設けられたクリップ部またはバンド部材を貫装可能であり当該外面に設けられたバンド通し部と、
前記第1係合部と係合する第3係合部および前記第1係止部と篏合する第2係止部を備える第2主部と、
前記第2主部から突出し、前記第2係合部と係合する第4係合部および前記第1ねじ部と螺合する第2ねじ部を備える突出片とを含む、通信装置。
