Description
Claims (6)
- 所定のレール区間におけるレール表面の凹凸を所定の期間に亘って測定する工程と、
前記所定のレール区間におけるレール表面の凹凸の測定値の経時変化を分析する工程と、
前記所定のレール区間と異なる他のレール区間におけるレール表面の凹凸を測定する工程と、
前記経時変化の分析結果と、前記他のレール区間におけるレール表面の凹凸の測定値とに基づき、前記他のレール区間における任意の時点でのレール表面の凹凸を予測する工程と、
前記他のレール区間における任意の時点でのレール表面の凹凸の予測値に基づき、転動音の予測を行うソフトウェアであるTWINSを利用して前記他のレール区間における任意の時点での転動音を予測する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする転動音予測方法。 - 前記転動音は、レール、まくらぎ及び車輪から放射される転動音である請求項1に記載の転動音予測方法。
- 前記所定の期間は、前記所定のレール区間においてレール表面の削正が行われた後の期間である請求項1又は2に記載の転動音予測方法。
- 前記所定のレール区間におけるレール表面の凹凸の測定は、複数の異なる時点で行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転動音予測方法。
- 前記経時変化の分析は回帰分析であり、該回帰分析の結果と、前記他のレール区間におけるレール表面の凹凸の測定値とに基づき、前記他のレール区間においてレール表面の削正が行われた時点を推定する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の転動音予測方法。
- 前記他のレール区間における所定の時点でのレール表面の凹凸の予測値に基づき、前記他のレール区間においてレール表面の削正が行われた後に任意の期間が経過した時点での転動音を予測する請求項5に記載の転動音予測方法。
