Description
Claims (6)
- アルゴン線凝固探針であって、
該探針は、
アルゴンガス入口ポートを有する近位端から、アルゴンガス及びプラズマ線が放出されるアルゴンガス出口ポートを規定するテーパーを有する遠位端まで、長手方向の軸線に沿って延在する本体と、
該本体に相互接続されるとともに、該長手方向の軸線に関して等距離に配置され、弧状の形状で該本体の下を長手方向に延びる一対の対向するチャネルを規定する台座
とを含み、
該台座は、該長手方向の軸線を取り囲む面に沿って延在する中央部材と、該本体と反対の方向に、かつ、該長手方向の軸線に関して該本体に沿って長手方向にある該中央部材の端から側方に延在する一対のフランジとを備えると共に、
該本体は、該一対の対向するチャネルを規定すべく、該長手方向の軸線に関して該本体に沿って長手方向に延在し、かつ、該一対のフランジから離れて間隔をおく一対の肩部を更に備える
探針。 - 前記一対のチャネルの各々は、前記本体の近位端に向かう第1の直線部分と該本体の遠位端に向かう第2の弧状部分とを含む請求項1に記載の探針。
- 前記一対のチャネルのそれぞれの第1の直線部分は、前記本体の近位端から該本体の遠位端まで前記長手方向の軸線に向かって延在する請求項2に記載の探針。
- 前記一対のチャネルのそれぞれの第2の弧状部分は、前記本体の近位端から該本体の遠位端に向かって、前記長手方向の軸線から離れて湾曲する請求項3に記載の探針。
- 前記弧状部分は、前記アルゴンガス出口ポートと前記チャネル内の位置にロボットフィンガを配置できる該チャネルの直線部分との間に、所定の後退距離を提供する停止部を規定する請求項4に記載の探針。
- 前記一対のチャネルは、前記遠位端より前記近位端において、互いに、かつ、前記長手方向の軸線に近接する請求項5に記載の探針。
