Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic for wiping. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic for removing skin keratin.
In skin aging, a phenomenon in which the stratum corneum (hereinafter referred to as aging stratum corneum), which is supposed to become debris and debris in normal metabolism, stays without desquamation often appears. The aged keratin is in a hard and dry state, and its moisturizing ability is significantly reduced. Aging keratin also contains melanin pigments to be excreted. Therefore, if the aged stratum corneum stays without desquamation, the stratum corneum as a whole becomes firm and thickened, the skin loses moisture and smoothness, and further changes to a dull appearance with reduced transparency.
From the above situation, it is considered that the skin can be restored to its original moisture and smoothness by removing the dead skin cells, and dullness can be improved. Cosmetics intended for this effect are cosmetics for wiping. The “cosmetic for wiping” of the present invention refers to a cosmetic used mainly for removing aging keratin, restoring the original moisture and smoothness to the skin, and improving dullness.
In order to achieve this purpose, conventionally, a method of physically removing with a scrubbing agent or the like (Patent Document 1) and a method of blending an alkali component such as potassium hydroxide or potassium carbonate (Patent Document 1) 2), methods of blending α-hydroxy acids used in chemical peeling (Patent Document 3) Attempts are made by chemical dissolution or blending of plant extracts having an exfoliating effect (Patent Document 4) I have been.
However, the method of physically removing or exfoliating by the chemical dissolving action of an acid, an alkali, or the like has a problem that skin irritation is strong and itching or redness occurs.
On the other hand, exfoliation by a plant extract having an exfoliating effect has little irritation to the skin, but a sufficient exfoliating effect has not yet been obtained.
On the other hand, it has been reported that an extract of a plant of the genus Valerian has an effect such as a hair growth effect, an anti-dandruff itching effect, a skin irritation relieving effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect (Patent Documents 5 and 6). It is known that a spinach extract and a gardenia extract have an anti-inflammatory effect and an antibacterial effect, and are components widely used in cosmetics (Patent Documents 7 and 8). Copper gluconate, copper chlorophyll, and the like are known to have a cell activating effect and a collagen and elastin producing effect when ingested from the skin (Patent Documents 9 and 10). However, the effects of these components alone or in combination that facilitate removal of aging keratin when formulated into a cosmetic have not been known or even suggested.
The present invention has been made in view of the above prior art, and has as its object to provide a cosmetic for wiping having a high exfoliating effect and having no safety problems such as irritation.

"Evaluation of safety"
"Evaluation method"
Using a lotion prepared according to the prescription of the example and the prescription of the comparative example, a method of randomly using samples by 20 specialized female panelists was used. More specifically, for one sample, after washing the face, a half face was wiped with cotton containing a certain amount of lotion, and the used cotton was air-dried for 2 days, and the degree of stain on the cotton was compared. The next wipe test was performed two weeks after the last wipe.
[Evaluation criteria]
The change in tingling, itching, redness, etc. felt within 2 hours after wiping was scored by one person on a scale of 5 out of 5 and evaluated. The total score was divided into four grades and evaluated.
Formulations containing no component (A) as in Comparative Examples 1 to 3, and other plant extracts known to have the same medicinal effects as component A, and formulations using glycyrrhetinic acid 2K, which also has an anti-inflammatory effect, instead Did not provide satisfactory exfoliating effect and safety. Satisfactory exfoliating effect is obtained with the formulation containing no component (B) as in Comparative Examples 4 to 6, and the formulation using aloe vera leaf extract or grapefruit extract having the same anti-inflammatory effect and antibacterial effect as component B. And safety was not obtained. The formulations without the component (C) as in Comparative Examples 7 to 9, and the formulations replaced with 2Na adenosine triphosphate and 2Na glucose phosphate, which have the same cell activating effect and collagen producing effect as the component C, are satisfactory. No significant exfoliating effect or safety was obtained. From these results, it can be seen that by combining the components (A), (B), (C), and (D) as in the examples, a high exfoliating effect can be obtained, and the effect has been conventionally known. As described above, the effect was higher than that of the cosmetic for wiping off alkali (Comparative Examples 10 and 11). Moreover, in addition to the high exfoliating effect, it was also found that it had higher safety than conventional cosmetics for wiping off alkalis.
