Description
本出願は、閉塞装置(Occlusive Device)と題する2013年1月14日出願の米国仮出願番号第61/752,373号に対して優先権が主張された、閉塞装置(Occlusive Device)と題する2013年3月14日出願の米国特許出願番号第13/831,516号に対して優先権を主張し、これらは、その全体が参照されることにより本明細書に援用される。
Claims (7)
- 血管奇形部を充填して閉塞するための装置において、
互いに接続されて全長を延長した、連続的に配置された複数の閉塞装置を備え、
前記複数の閉塞装置はそれぞれ、
血管奇形の内面を拡張し且つ前記内面に適応するように構成され、内側に折り重なる管状編組体を備えた遠位部と、
前記遠位部に接続し、前記遠位部から伸び、且つ、巻き付けて前記内側に折り重なる遠位部内の空間を充填するコイル部材を備えた近位部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記管状編組体が30度から150度までの編組角度を形成するように編組されたワイヤを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記管状編組体が68度から143度までの編組角度を形成するように編組されたワイヤを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記管状編組体が複数のワイヤを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記管状編組体がハイドロゲルをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記管状編組体が円筒、直線状テーパ、ステップテーパ、矩形、楕円形、トランペット形状、噴水、隆起形状および可変ピッチから成る群から選択された形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 電解研磨された領域をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
