Claims (15)
- 使い捨てモジュールと耐久性モジュールとを備える流体流回路システムであって、
前記使い捨てモジュールは、
複数の開口を有するハウジングと、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置される分離器と、
前記ハウジングの内部と外部とを前記複数の開口を介して連通する複数の流路とを含み、前記複数の流路は複数の平面に沿って配置され、
前記耐久性モジュールは、前記ハウジング、前記分離器、前記複数の流路の少なくとも1つと係合するように構成された積載プラットフォームを含み、
前記積載プラットフォームは少なくとも部分的に前記耐久性モジュールの残りから独立して並進運動が可能である、流体処理のための流体流回路システム。 - 前記複数の流路は、少なくとも第1の平面内の第1の流路と、少なくとも第2の平面内の第2の流路とを備える、請求項1に記載の流体流回路システム。
- 前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面は互いに平行に配置されている、請求項2に記載の流体流回路システム。
- 分離器駆動モータは前記積載プラットフォーム上に配置されて前記分離器と係合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の流体流回路システム。
- 前記複数の流路は、前記分離器と前記分離器駆動モータが係合される時、前記積載プラットフォームの対応するクランプ、および/または、前記耐久性モジュールの残りの対応するポンプに隣接して配置される、請求項4に記載の流体流回路システム。
- 前記耐久性モジュールの残りは、そこから前記積載プラットフォームが独立して動くように構成される、少なくとも1つのポンプを含む、請求項1に記載の流体流回路システム。
- 前記耐久性モジュールは、15インチから18インチ未満の範囲の高さと12インチから18インチ未満の範囲の幅を有する静止体を含む、請求項1に記載の流体流回路システム。
- 複数の開口を有するハウジングと、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置される分離器と、前記ハウジングの内部と外部とを前記複数の開口を介して連通し、複数の平面に沿って配置されている複数の流路を含む使い捨てモジュールを耐久性モジュール上に積載する方法であって、
前記使い捨てモジュールを前記耐久性モジュールの積載プラットフォーム上に積載することと、
前記複数の流路の少なくとも1つを前記耐久性モジュールのポンプの少なくとも1つと係合させるために前記積載プラットフォームを前記耐久性モジュールの残りに対して並進運動させることとを含む、方法。 - 前記複数の流路は、少なくとも第1の平面内の第1の流路と、少なくとも第2の平面内の第2の流路とを備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面は互いに平行に配置されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの流路は、前記使い捨てモジュールの前記ハウジングの壁に固定された管ガイドによって適所に確保されている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- さらに第3の平面内の第3の流路を備え、前記第3の平面は前記第1の平面と前記第2の平面を横断するように配置されている、請求項10に記載の流体流回路アセンブリ。
- 分離器駆動モータは前記積載プラットフォーム上に配置されて前記使い捨てモジュールの前記分離器と係合するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の流路は、前記分離器と前記分離器駆動モータが係合される時、前記積載プラットフォームの対応するクランプ、および/または、前記耐久性モジュールの対応するポンプに隣接して配置される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記耐久性モジュールは、15インチから18インチ未満の範囲の高さと12インチから18インチ未満の範囲の幅を有する静止体を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
