Description
上記旋回搬送板の下面に、上記電子線の照射により発生する放射線を遮蔽するとともに当該旋回搬送板の中心軸を囲う筒状遮蔽体が取り付けられ、
上記筒状遮蔽体に、通気空間が形成されるものである。
上記複数の円弧状遮蔽板が、旋回搬送板の中心軸から見て互いに重複する部分を有するものである。
上記導入筒が、放射線を遮蔽する材料で構成され、旋回搬送板に上記容器を受け渡す開口を有し、
上記導入筒の開口から旋回搬送板に向けて放射線を遮蔽する庇状遮蔽体が設けられるものである。
Claims (4)
- 容器を搬送しながら電子線の照射により滅菌する電子線滅菌設備において、上記容器を円経路で搬送する旋回搬送板と、この旋回搬送板に搬送されている際には電子線が照射されない上記容器に電子線を照射する電子線照射装置とを備える電子線滅菌設備であって、
上記旋回搬送板の下面に、上記電子線の照射により発生する放射線を遮蔽するとともに当該旋回搬送板の中心軸を囲う筒状遮蔽体が取り付けられ、
上記筒状遮蔽体に、通気空間が形成されることを特徴とする電子線滅菌設備。 - 上記筒状遮蔽体が、複数の円弧状遮蔽板を有し、
上記複数の円弧状遮蔽板が、旋回搬送板の中心軸から見て互いに重複する部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子線滅菌設備。 - 通気空間が、複数の円弧状遮蔽板の間であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子線滅菌設備。
- 外部から容器を導入する導入筒が設けられ、
上記導入筒が、放射線を遮蔽する材料で構成され、旋回搬送板に上記容器を受け渡す開口を有し、
上記導入筒の開口から旋回搬送板に向けて放射線を遮蔽する庇状遮蔽体が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電子線滅菌設備。
