Description
1.アンカと孔の基底との間の測定は、
−超音波、例えば、伝播時間の測定により行う。
2.検出要素と基準要素との間の測定:
−基板に内蔵された又は基板表面上(例えば、孔の基底上、孔の壁上、又は孔の外側)の基準要素、例えば、磁石又は鉄筋とアンカ上の検出要素、例えば、磁界検出器;
−基板に内蔵された又は基板表面上の検出要素とアンカ上の基準要素。
3.アンカと孔の壁の間の測定
−例えば、カメラ又は形状のスキャニングによる孔の壁の表面構造の検出。
Claims (13)
- 基板(5)の孔(99)にアンカ(1)を留め付けるため、の前方領域(32)に留め付け領域(22)を有する前記アンカ(1)と、引張力を導入するため、後方領域(33)に荷重受け具(18)と、を備えた留め付けシステムであって、
前記基板(5)の基準位置から前方領域(32)までの距離を測定するためのセンサ(40)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする留め付けシステム。 - 前記センサ(40)は前記アンカ(1)に組み込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記センサ(40)の少なくとも1つの要素が前記アンカ(1)から分離されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記アンカ(1)はボルト(10)を備え、前記基板(5)の基準位置から前記ボルト(10)の前記前方領域(32)までの距離を測るための前記センサ(40)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記アンカ(10)は拡張アンカであり、前記ボルト(10)に設けられる前記ダボ本体(20)の拡張体(12)とともに、前記留め付け領域(22)で前記ボルト(10)に隣接する、拡張スリーブであるダボ本体(20)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記センサ(40)の少なくとも1つの要素は前記ボルト(10)に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記センサ(40)は、前記ボルト(10)の前面から発信する信号を送信するための送信要素(41)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至6の何れか1つに記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記送信要素(41)は前記ボルト(10)の前端面(31)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記センサ(40)は、前記基板(5)により反射される信号を検出するための受信要素(42)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記受信要素(42)は前記ボルト(10)の前記前端面(31)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の留め付けシステム。
- 前記留め付けシステムは、前記アンカ(1)の発生し得る変位を判定するために、前記センサ(40)により生成される信号を異なる時点で評価することができる評価装置(43)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の留め付けシステム。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか1つに記載の留め付けシステムが設けられ、前記基準位置からの前記前方領域(32)の前記距離と相関する信号が、前記センサ(40)により生成される、ことを特徴とする測定方法。
- 前記基準位置からの前記前方領域(32)の前記距離と相関する前記信号は、発生し得る前記アンカ(1)の変位を異なる時点において判定するために評価される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の測定方法。
