Description
Claims (13)
- 眼科処置において使用するための光プローブの製造方法であって、
フェルールの遠位部分の周りにカニューレを位置決めするステップであって、光ファイバーが、少なくとも部分的に前記フェルールを通って、前記カニューレの遠位部分内に配置された光学素子の方へ延在する、ステップと、
前記カニューレにレーザエネルギーを適用することによって、前記フェルールに前記カニューレを結合するステップと、
を含み
前記フェルールに前記カニューレを結合するステップが、前記カニューレおよび前記フェルールにかみ合い変形を生成することを含み、
かみ合い変形を生成することが、前記フェルールに凹部を生成することと、前記カニューレに半径方向内向きの突起を生成することとを含み、
前記フェルールに前記カニューレを結合するステップが、前記カニューレと前記フェルールとの間に配置された結合剤によって、前記フェルールの前記凹部に前記カニューレの前記突起を間接的にかみ合わせることを含む、方法。 - 前記カニューレを位置決めするステップが、
光通信のために前記光ファイバーと前記光学素子を位置合わせすること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - かみ合い変形を生成することが、
前記フェルールに対する前記カニューレの縦方向の変位を制限するインターロック特徴を生成すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記かみ合い変形を生成するのに好適な前記レーザエネルギーの波長、パワー、パワー密度、パルスパターン、ピーク照射量、パルス持続時間、およびスポットサイズのうちの少なくとも1つを選択するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記フェルールに前記カニューレを結合するステップが、
前記カニューレの周囲に前記レーザエネルギーを適用すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記レーザエネルギーが、前記カニューレの前記周囲に断続的に適用される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザエネルギーが前記カニューレの前記周囲に連続的に適用される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 光プローブであって、
フェルールと、
前記フェルールの遠位部分の周りに配置されたカニューレであって、前記カニューレおよび前記フェルールは、前記カニューレおよび前記フェルールにおけるかみ合い変形によって、連結されている、カニューレと、
少なくとも部分的に前記光プローブ内に位置決めされた光ファイバーであって、光源からの光を受光し、かつ前記光を、前記カニューレの遠位部分内に位置決めされた光学素子へ案内するように構成されている、光ファイバーと、
を有する、光プローブ
を含み、
前記変形が、レーザで生成された変形であり、
前記かみ合い変形が、前記フェルールにおける凹部と、前記カニューレ内の半径方向内向きの突起とを含み、
前記カニューレの前記半径方向内向きの突起が、前記カニューレと前記フェルールとの間に配置された結合剤によって、前記フェルールの前記凹部に間接的にかみ合う、眼科手術装置。 - 前記カニューレが、前記フェルールと同軸に位置決めされている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記変形が、前記フェルールに対する前記カニューレの縦方向の変位を制限するインターロック特徴を画成する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記かみ合い変形が、前記カニューレの周囲に断続的に配置される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記かみ合い変形が、前記カニューレの周囲に連続的に配置される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 光を生成するように構成された光源と、
前記光源と光通信する光プローブであって、
フェルールと、
前記フェルールの遠位部分の周りに配置されたカニューレであって、前記カニューレおよび前記フェルールは、前記カニューレおよび前記フェルールでのかみ合い変形によって、連結されている、カニューレと、
少なくとも部分的に前記光プローブ内に位置決めされた光ファイバーであって、前記光源から前記光を受光し、かつ前記光を、前記カニューレの遠位部分内に位置決めされた光学素子に案内するように構成されている、光ファイバーと、
を含む、光プローブと
を含み、
前記変形が、レーザで生成された変形であり、
前記かみ合い変形が、前記フェルールにおける凹部と、前記カニューレ内の半径方向内向きの突起とを含み、
前記カニューレの前記半径方向内向きの突起が、前記カニューレと前記フェルールとの間に配置された結合剤によって、前記フェルールの前記凹部に間接的にかみ合う、眼科手術システム。
