Description
選択的触媒還元システムは、触媒が内部に設けられた反応器に、排ガスと還元剤とを共に通過させながら排ガス中の窒素酸化物と還元剤とを反応させ、窒素と水蒸気とに還元する処理を行う。
選択的触媒還元システムでは、窒素酸化物を低減させるための還元剤として、尿素(urea)やアンモニア(NH3)を使用している。
それにより、尿素の分解効率を向上させるため、分解チャンバに、別の電気ヒータ又はバーナで加熱された流体を供給し、分解チャンバの内部温度を分解反応温度まで昇温させ、分解チャンバにおける尿素の安定的な分解により生成されたアンモニア(NH3)とイソシアン酸(HNCO)を、反応器に供給する方法が使用されている。
上述の構成によれば、本発明の一実施例に係る選択的触媒還元システム201を含む動力装置101は、還元剤を生成し、排ガス中の窒素酸化物を低減するために消費されるエネルギの利用効率を全体的に向上させることができる。
第1の流量制御弁711は、過給機バイパス流路620と分岐流路630との分岐点と、過給機バイパス流路620とメイン排気流路610との合流点との間に設けられる。
即ち、本変更例では、1つの三方流量制御弁の代わりに、2つの流量制御弁711、712を使用する以外は、本発明の一実施例と同様な構成及び動作原理を有する。
図1に示されるように、制御部700は、第1の温度センサ811及び第1の流量計812が測定した温度情報及び流量情報に基づき、分岐流路630を介して分解チャンバ500に供給される熱量の算出を行う。
Claims (11)
- メイン排気流路を介して排出される排ガス中の窒素酸化物(NOx)を低減させる選択的触媒還元システムにおいて、
前記メイン排気流路上に設けられた過給機より後方の前記メイン排気流路上に設けられた反応器と、
前記メイン排気流路上に設けられ、前記反応器に移動する排ガスに還元剤を噴射する還元剤噴射部と、
供給された還元剤前駆体を分解して前記還元剤噴射部に供給する還元剤を生成する分解チャンバと、
前記メイン排気流路から分岐して前記過給機を迂回した後、再度前記メイン排気流路に合流する過給機バイパス流路から分岐して前記分解チャンバと連結された分岐流路と、
前記分解チャンバに外気を供給する外気供給流路と、
前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、外気を吸入するブロワと、
前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、前記ブロワが吸入した外気を加熱する加熱装置と、
前記過給機バイパス流路及び前記分岐流路を移動する排ガスの流量を制御する流量制御弁と、を含み、
前記流量制御弁は、前記過給機バイパス流路と前記分岐流路との分岐点と、前記過給機バイパス流路と前記メイン排気流路との合流点との間に設けられた第1の流量制御弁と、前記分岐流路上に設けられた第2の流量制御弁と、を含む選択的触媒還元システム。 - 前記過給機バイパス流路と前記分岐流路との分岐点の前方の前記過給機バイパス流路上に設けられる過給機バイパス弁をさらに含む請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- 前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、前記分岐流路を介して前記分解チャンバに移動する排ガスが前記外気供給流路へ逆流するのを防止する逆流防止弁をさらに含む請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- 前記流量制御弁は、前記過給機バイパス流路と前記分岐流路との分岐点に設けられた三方流量制御弁である請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- メイン排気流路を介して排出される排ガス中の窒素酸化物(NOx)を低減させる選択的触媒還元システムにおいて、
前記メイン排気流路上に設けられた過給機より後方の前記メイン排気流路上に設けられた反応器と、
前記メイン排気流路上に設けられ、前記反応器に移動する排ガスに還元剤を噴射する還元剤噴射部と、
供給された還元剤前駆体を分解して前記還元剤噴射部に供給する還元剤を生成する分解チャンバと、
前記メイン排気流路から分岐して前記過給機を迂回した後、再度前記メイン排気流路に合流する過給機バイパス流路から分岐して前記分解チャンバと連結された分岐流路と、
前記分解チャンバに外気を供給する外気供給流路と、
前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、外気を吸入するブロワと、
前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、前記ブロワが吸入した外気を加熱する加熱装置と、
前記過給機バイパス流路及び前記分岐流路を移動する排ガスの流量を制御する流量制御弁と、
前記分岐流路上に設けられた第1の温度センサ及び第1の流量計と、
前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、前記ブロワにより吸入される外気の流量を測定する第2の流量計と、
前記外気供給流路上に設けられ、前記加熱装置を経た外気の温度を測定する第2の温度センサと、を含む選択的触媒還元システム。 - 前記第1の温度センサ、前記第1の流量計、前記第2の温度センサ及び、前記第2の流量計から伝達された情報に基づき、前記流量制御弁の開閉、及び、前記ブロワ及び前記加熱装置の動作の制御を行う制御部をさらに含む請求項5に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の温度センサ及び前記第1の流量計から得た情報に基づき、前記分岐流路を介して前記分解チャンバに供給される熱量を算出し、算出された熱量が、前記分解チャンバにおいて還元剤の生成に必要となる熱量に追従するように、前記流量制御弁の開度を調節する請求項6に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の温度センサ及び前記第1の流量計から得た情報に基づき、前記分岐流路を介して前記分解チャンバに供給される熱量を算出し、算出された熱量が、前記分解チャンバにおいて還元剤の生成に必要となる熱量より低い場合、前記ブロワと前記加熱装置を稼動させ、前記外気供給流路を介して前記分解チャンバに熱量を追加的に供給する請求項6に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2の温度センサ及び前記第2の流量計から得た情報に基づき、前記外気供給流路を介して前記分解チャンバに供給される熱量を算出し、
前記制御部は、前記分岐流路を介して供給される熱量と、前記外気供給流路を介して供給される熱量との和が、前記分解チャンバにおいて還元剤の生成に必要となる熱量に追従するように、前記ブロワと前記加熱装置の稼動程度を制御する請求項8に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1の温度センサ及び前記第1の流量計から得た情報に基づき、前記分岐流路を介して分解チャンバに供給される熱量を算出し、算出された熱量が、還元剤の生成に必要となる熱量を超過する場合、前記流量制御弁を制御して、前記分岐流路に移動する排ガスの流量を減少させる請求項6に記載の選択的触媒還元システム。
- 窒素酸化物(NOx)含有排ガスを排出するエンジンと、
前記エンジンが排出した排ガスが移動するメイン排気流路と、
前記メイン排気流路上に設けられた過給機と、
前記メイン排気流路から分岐して前記過給機を迂回した後、再度前記メイン排気流路に合流する過給機バイパス流路と、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の選択的触媒還元システムと、を含む動力装置。
