Description
項1.胴体と、胴体に結合される少なくとも1つの翼とを備える航空機において、少なくとも1つの翼が複合構造体を有し、複合構造体は、ベース装入体及び外側チャネル装入体であって、外側チャネル装入体が内側半径及び外側半径を有する、ベース装入体及び外側チャネル装入体と、内側半径に隣接して内側半径を減少させるプライの装入体とを備える、航空機。
項2.外側チャネル装入体に隣接する内側チャネル装入体を更に備える項1の航空機。
項3.プライの装入体間に層間フィラーセグメントを配置することによりプライの装入体を互いから離間させてT断面半径を形成するように構成されるセグメント化層間半径フィラーを更に備える項1または項2の航空機。
項4.内側半径を更に減少させるプライの装入体を外側チャネル装入体に隣接してベース装入体に更に備える項1から3のいずれか一項の航空機。
項5.内側半径の全体にわたってあるいは内側半径に隣接して交互配置されて内側半径を減少させるプライ装入体の複数のポケットを更に備える項1から4のいずれか一項の航空機。

Claims (15)
- ベース装入体及び外側チャネル装入体であって、前記外側チャネル装入体が内側半径及び外側半径を有する、ベース装入体及び外側チャネル装入体と、
前記内側半径と前記外側半径との間に位置すると共に、前記内側半径に隣接して前記内側半径を減少させるプライの装入体と、
を備え、
前記プライの装入体は交互配置プライ構成を備える複合構造体。 - 前記外側チャネル装入体に隣接する内側チャネル装入体を更に備える、請求項1に記載の構造体。
- 前記プライの装入体間に層間フィラーセグメントを配置することにより前記プライの装入体を互いから離間させてT断面半径を形成するように構成されるセグメント化層間半径フィラーを更に備える、請求項1または2に記載の構造体。
- 前記層間フィラーセグメントは、短繊維、一方向テープを含むテーププライ、ファブリックプライ、ガラス繊維、連続プライ、金属片、または、これらの組み合わせを備える、請求項3に記載の構造体。
- 前記内側半径を更に減少させるプライの装入体を前記外側チャネル装入体に隣接して前記ベース装入体に更に備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 前記内側半径の全体にわたってあるいは前記内側半径に隣接して交互配置されて前記内側半径を減少させるプライ装入体の複数のポケットを更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 前記内側半径を更に減少させるために前記ベース装入体と前記外側チャネル装入体との間に貼り付けられるとともに前記内側半径に隣接して貼り付けられるファブリック・接着内側ラップを更に備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 前記外側チャネル装入体がC形状断面を有する複合補剛材を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 前記ベース装入体及び前記外側チャネル装入体が航空機複合構造体を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の構造体。
- 面積減少半径フィラーを有する複合構造体を形成するための方法において、
ウェブ部、フランジ部、及び、半径フィラー領域を有する外側チャネル装入体を形成するステップであって、前記外側チャネル装入体が内側半径及び外側半径を有するステップと、
前記外側チャネル装入体の前記ウェブ部をベース装入体に接合するステップと、
前記内側半径を減少させるためにプライの装入体を前記内側半径と前記外側半径との間に、且つ前記内側半径に隣接して加えるステップと、
減少した前記内側半径に実質的に対応する半径を有する半径フィラーを前記半径フィラー領域に結合するステップと、
前記複合構造体を加工して前記面積減少半径フィラーを有する複合構造体を形成するステップと、
を備え、
前記プライの装入体は交互配置プライ構成を備える方法。 - 前記複合構造体を加工する前に、前記外側チャネル装入体に隣接して内側チャネル装入体を接合するステップを更に備える、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記プライの装入体間に層間フィラーセグメントを配置することにより前記プライの装入体を互いから離間させてT断面半径を形成するように構成されるセグメント化層間半径フィラーを使用するステップを更に備える、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記複合構造体を加工する前に、前記内側半径を更に減少させるプライの装入体を前記外側チャネル装入体に隣接して前記ベース装入体に加えるステップを更に備える、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側半径を減少させるためにプライの装入体を前記内側半径に隣接して加える前記ステップは、前記内側半径を減少させるプライ装入体の複数のポケットを前記内側半径の全体にわたってあるいは前記内側半径に隣接して交互配置するステップを備える、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合構造体を加工する前に、前記内側半径を更に減少させるために前記ベース装入体と前記外側チャネル装入体との間にファブリック・接着内側ラップを貼り付けるとともに前記内側半径に隣接してファブリック・接着内側ラップを貼り付けるステップを更に備える、請求項10から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
