Description

The present invention relates to a joint for indirect drainage installed in a drainage path in order to indirectly drain drainage from equipment into a drain pipe.

For example, in a device such as a gas water heater having a latent heat recovery mechanism, drainage wastewater, which is condensed water derived from gas combustion, is generated by a mechanism that improves the thermal efficiency as compared with the related art. Such drain drainage is regulated so as to be indirectly drained to a predetermined drainage facility in consideration of adverse environmental effects. This indirect drainage is a method in which a drainage path is once opened to the atmosphere to prevent backflow of drainage due to sanitary problems, and then drained along a drainage path to a drainage facility. And various joints for indirect drainage are used in order to indirectly drain the drainage from the equipment into the drainage pipe.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an indirect drainage device (indirect drainage joint) (A) for indirectly draining drainage from equipment into a drain pipe. The indirect drainage device (A) has a main body (2) in which a drain outlet space (1) is formed, and a substantially upper and lower side and a lower side from the periphery of the inlet (2b) of the main body (2). The insertion guide (3) into which the pipe (B) extending from the device is inserted, and when the pipe (B) is inserted, it is bent by being pushed by the pipe (B), and the elastic force generated by the bending deformation is And an elastic piece (3b) for holding the pipe (B). An inflow port (2b) is formed at the center of the upper surface (2A) of the main body (2). On the side surface of the main body (2), a vent (2c) is formed for communicating the inside and the outside. In the lower part of the main body (2), an outlet (2d) is formed through which drained water that opens downward is discharged. In the joint for indirect drainage (A), drainage from the equipment flows in through the inflow port (2b), passes through the drainage space (1) of the main body (2), and flows from the outflow port (2d) to the drainage pipe. Discharge. On the other hand, when the waste water flows backward from the drain pipe, the waste water is discharged from the vent (2c) on the side surface of the main body (2) and does not reach the device side. In addition, the code | symbol of patent document 1 was shown in ().

In the joint for indirect drainage of patent document 1, the inflow port (2b) and the outflow port (2d) are arrange | positioned through the drain port space (1). And the waste_water | drain which flowed out from the inflow port (2b) flows down directly to an outflow port (2d) through the drain port space (1). Therefore, the drainage that flows down from the inlet (2b) passes through the drainage space (1) and reaches the receiving part of the outlet (2d), so that splashing occurs and the water splashes outside the drainage space (1). There was a fear. In particular, when the amount of drainage from the equipment is large, when strong drainage vibrations occur, or when the joint for indirect drainage is inclined, the drainage flowing out from the inlet (2b) to the outlet space (1) It was a problem that it spreads to the side and scattered to the side through the vent (2c), and the floor or the like was soiled.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joint for indirect drainage that suppresses scattering of drainage from equipment and indirectly drains to a drain pipe, and equipment using the joint for indirect drainage. The flowing water cylinder portion 102 is a straight cylindrical body integrally connected to the lower end side of the inflow portion 101. The flowing water cylinder portion 102 is reduced in diameter from the lower end of the cylindrical inflow portion 101 and extends downward. A circular water passage 102 a is opened at the upper end of the water flow tube portion 102 and communicates with the upstream connection port 101 a of the inflow portion 101. Furthermore, an outlet 102b that allows the drainage from the upstream side connection port 101a to flow downward through the water port 102a is opened at the lower end of the water flow tube portion 102. The outlet 102b has a circular shape having a radius r1. Moreover, the flowing water cylinder part 102 is extended | stretched by predetermined length so that it may adjoin to the receiving part 106 inside the surrounding wall part 103. FIG. In other words, the outflow port 102b at the lower end of the water flow tube portion 102 is separated from the receiving portion 106 by a predetermined distance d.

The peripheral wall 103 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction, and connects the lower portion of the inflow portion 101 and the upper portion of the receiving portion 106. More specifically, it extends downward from the lower surface of the flange 101 b of the inflow portion 101 and is integrally connected to the edge surface of the receiving port 106 a of the receiving portion 106. A plurality (two in this embodiment) of openings 104 are formed on the side of the peripheral wall 103 so as to open the drainage path to the atmosphere. Thereby, the drain outlet space 105 is defined inside the peripheral wall 103. And it is extended in the direction of an axis inside drainage space 105 so that flowing water cylinder part 102 may be inserted in peripheral wall part 103. FIG. The opening 104 is formed in a rectangular shape on both the front surface and the back surface, and the peripheral wall 103 is notched from the upper end to the lower end. That is, the opening 104 opens from the base end (or lower end of the inflow portion 101) to the upper end of the receiving portion 106. As a result, the opening 104 opens from the receiving port 106a to the upper side of the outlet 102b, and at least a part of the outer surface of the flowing water cylinder 102 is exposed to the side from the opening 104 together with the outlet 102b. In this embodiment, since the ratio of the opening part 104 is larger than the ratio of the flesh part of the peripheral wall part 103, the peripheral wall part 103 may be interpreted as a connection part or a connection wall. The peripheral wall portion 103 is configured so that a cylindrical net 110 can be mounted on the outer peripheral surface thereof. That is, the mesh body 110 is covered around the peripheral wall 103, and the opening 104 is covered with the mesh body 110. The net 110 prevents the insects and dust from entering the drain space 105.

The receiving part 106 is arrange | positioned under the surrounding wall part 103, and is comprised by the cup shape so that the waste_water | drain from the outflow port 102b may be received. More specifically, the receiving portion 106 is formed in a short cylindrical shape on the upper side and has a diameter reduced in a tapered shape on the lower side. At the upper end of the receiving portion 106, a receiving opening 106a that opens upward in a circular shape is provided. The inner diameter (radius r2) of the receiving port 106a is larger than the inner diameter (radius r1) of the outlet 102b. Moreover, the receiving port 106a and the outflow port 102b are separated by a predetermined distance d. Since the peripheral wall portion 103 and the receiving portion 106 are integrally connected to each other, the boundary between them can be appropriately interpreted. However, in the present embodiment, the receiving edge 106 on the lower side of the opening 104 is received. The peripheral edge of the receiving port 106a.

The drainage portion 107 is integrally connected to the lower end of the tapered portion of the receiving portion 106. The drainage portion 107 communicates with the receiving portion 106 and functions to discharge the wastewater flowing in from the receiving portion 106 from the indirect drainage joint 100 to the drainage facility. The drainage portion 107 is a cylindrical body having a diameter smaller than that of the receiving portion 106, and has a downstream connection port 107a at the lower end thereof. The indirect drainage joint 100 is connected to the connection portion 13a of the drain pipe 13 through the downstream side connection port 107a.

As shown in FIG. 4, the joint for indirect drainage 100 is configured by joining an upper member 100a and a lower member 100b. An inflow portion 101 and a flange 101b are integrally formed on the upper member 100a. A peripheral wall portion 103, a receiving portion 106, and a drainage portion 107 are integrally formed on the lower member 100b. The engaging claw 101c in the vicinity of the lower end of the inflow portion 101 of the upper member 100a engages with the engaging hole 103a formed in the vicinity of the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 103, and the upper end edge of the peripheral wall portion 103 abuts on the lower surface of the flange 101b. The upper member 100a and the lower member 100b are joined. These members may be joined by fitting, or may be integrally bonded with an adhesive or the like. That is, since the joint for indirect drainage 100 can be configured integrally, it has a simple configuration.

In this embodiment, the joint for indirect drainage 100 was produced by molding from a synthetic resin. However, this invention is not limited to this, You may form the joint for indirect drainage with other raw materials, such as a metal and glass. In the present embodiment, the upper member 100a and the lower member 100b as separate bodies are combined, but the entire joint for indirect drainage may be integrally formed.

Next, with reference to FIG. 5 thru | or FIG. 7, the structure of the apparatus installation structure 10 for draining drain drain from the apparatus 11 indirectly to the drain pipe 13 via the joint 100 for indirect drainage of this embodiment is demonstrated. . FIG. 5 is an overall view schematically showing the device installation structure 10. FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the device installation structure 10. FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of the device installation structure 10.

The device installation structure 10 includes a device 11, an indirect drainage joint 100 connected upstream to the device 11, and a drain pipe 13 connected downstream of the indirect drainage joint 100. As shown in FIG. 5, in the device installation structure 10, the device 11 is fixed to the wall surface of the building. A cylindrical discharge portion 11a for discharging drainage drainage extends from the lower surface of the device 11 (see FIG. 6). A drain pipe 13 is installed below the device 11. That is, in the device installation structure 10, a drainage path is formed between the discharge part 11 a of the device 11 and the drainage pipe 13 for indirectly draining drainage from upstream to downstream.

As shown in FIG. 6, a joint 12 is screwed to the discharge part 11 a, and the joint 100 for indirect drainage is connected to the discharge part 11 a of the device 11 through the joint 12. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the connection portion 12 a of the joint 12 is fitted into the upstream connection port 101 a of the joint for indirect drainage 100, so that the inflow portion 101 can discharge waste water. It is connected to the part 11a. In the present invention, if the diameter of the upstream connection port matches the diameter of the equipment discharge portion, the joint may be omitted and the joint for indirect drainage may be directly connected to the equipment. And the two opening parts 104 of the joint 100 for indirect drainage open to the front and back, and the drainage path is open | released by this external part 104 to external space. At this time, the outlet tube 102 extends toward the receiving port 106a in the drain port space 105, the outlet 102b and the receiving port 106a are separated by a distance d close to each other, and the outlet 102b is exposed from the opening 104. Yes. In other words, the opening 104 opens between the outflow port 102b and the receiving port 106a.

Further, the periphery of the peripheral wall portion 103 of the joint for indirect drainage 100 is covered with a net-like body 110. The mesh body 110 is formed of a stretchable fine mesh sheet formed in a cylindrical shape, and is attached to the peripheral wall portion 103 in an expanded state. Thus, when the mesh body 110 closes the opening 104, the internal space and the external space of the joint for indirect drainage 100 are separated or separated with the mesh body 110 interposed therebetween. That is, insects and dust are prevented from entering the drain outlet space 105 by the net 110.

And the joint 100 for indirect drainage is connected to the drainage pipe 13 in the downstream. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the connection portion 13 a of the drain pipe 13 is inserted into and connected to the downstream connection port 107 a that extends below the drain portion 107. The drain pipe 13 is composed of a sub drain pipe extending vertically and horizontally below the device 11 and a main drain pipe extending vertically to drain water from the sub drain pipe into the drainage facility. Therefore, in this equipment installation structure 10, the drainage generated from the equipment 11 is indirectly drained to the drain pipe 13 (drainage facility) via the joint for indirect drainage 100.

FIG. 8 shows a form in which drainage from the device 11 is drained through the joint for indirect drainage 100. As shown in FIG. 8, when the discharge amount and momentum of the drainage drainage from the device 11 are strong, the drainage outlet 102b of the flowing water tube portion 102 becomes splashed water, swells or scatters outward in the radial direction and flows out. Sometimes. In the indirect drainage joint 100 of the present embodiment, the flowing water cylinder portion 102 is close to the receiving portion 106 in the drain port space 105, and the outflow port 102b is opposed to the receiving port 106a. And the central axis of the outflow port 102b has faced the center of the larger diameter receiving port 106a. Thereby, the waste water flowing out from the outlet 102 b is stably guided to the receiving portion 106 without being scattered outside the opening 104. In general, in order to prevent the waste water falling from the outlet 102b from being scattered outside the opening 104, the distance d between the outlet 102b of the outlet cylinder 102 and the outlet 106a of the receiver 106 is determined as the drain space. It is preferable that it is approximately half or less of the height of 105 (distance between the base end of the flowing water cylinder portion 102 and the upper end of the receiving portion 106).

FIG. 9 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, in the present embodiment, the central axis of the joint for indirect drainage 100 is O, the radius (or opening half width) of the outlet 102b is r1, the radius (or opening half width) of the receiving port 106a is r2, and the outlet. The distance between 102b and the receiving port 106a was defined as d, and the assumed drainage scattering angle was defined as α. The scattering angle α indicates an angle in the traveling direction of drainage that swells or scatters outward from the front end edge of the inner wall surface of the outlet 102b. In other words, in a cross-sectional view, the drainage flows along the extension line L of the inner wall of the straight flowing water cylinder 102 and scatters so as to swell outward from the extension line L at the scattering angle α. Based on the predicted scattering angle α, a scattering prevention angle α0 (> α) that can prevent the wastewater from scattering is set. The scattering prevention angle α0 is an angle between a line connecting the lower end inner edge of the outlet 102b and the upper end inner edge of the receiving port 106a and the extension line L. That is, even if the drainage splashes up to the scattering prevention angle α0, it is trapped at the inner edge of the receiving port 106a and the splashing is prevented from jumping out. The scattering prevention angle α0 can be determined by the interrelationship of the outlet radius r1, the receptacle radius r2, and the distance d. More specifically, the scattering prevention angle α0 is expressed by a relational expression [tan (α0) = (r2−r1) / d]. When the outlet radius r1 and the outlet radius r2 are set to predetermined values, the distance d always satisfies the relational expression [d <(r2-r1) / tanα] corresponding to the changing scattering angle α of the drainage. Thus, it is preferable that the outflow port 102b and the receiving port 106a are disposed close to each other.

FIG. 10 shows a form in which the waste water flowing backward from the drain pipe 13 is discharged from the drain outlet space 105 of the joint for indirect drainage 100 in the equipment installation structure 10. As shown in FIG. 10, when the drain pipe 13 rises upstream via the discharge portion 107, the receiving portion 106 is filled with drainage, and the drainage overflows from the receiving port 106 a via the opening 104. Thus, when the waste water flows backward, the outlet 102b and the receiving port 106a are separated by the distance d, so that the waste water overflowing from the receiving port 106a is discharged from the opening 104 without touching the outlet 102b. When the water pressure of the wastewater flowing backward is weak, the outflow port 102b and the receiving port 106a may be separated from each other even a little. For example, the distance d may be about 1 mm. However, in consideration of the case where the water pressure of the wastewater flowing backward is strong, the distance d is preferably as large as possible while corresponding to the scattering angle α of the wastewater. That is, as the scattering prevention angle α0 is larger, the wastewater can be more reliably prevented from scattering. However, when the distance d decreases and the wastewater flows backward, the possibility that the wastewater touches the outlet 102b increases. . Therefore, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the distance d is set so that α0 is 30 degrees to 70 degrees by predicting a general wastewater scattering range. However, the present invention is not limited to the above numerical range. Moreover, since the discharge amount per hour increases as the size (opening area) of the opening 104 at the upper edge of the receiving port 106a increases, it is possible to discharge while suppressing the rise of the backflowing waste water.

In this embodiment, r1 is about 8 mm, r2 is about 14 mm, and d is about 6 mm. Α0 is determined to be about 45 degrees. That is, scattering of the waste water having a scattering angle α up to 45 degrees is suppressed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the water flow tube portion 102 may be further extended so that the flow outlet 102b and the receiving port 106a are brought closer to each other, and the scattering prevention angle α0 may be further increased so as to have a margin for the water splash. Alternatively, the flowing water cylinder 102 may be shortened to suppress the scattering prevention angle α0 and increase the distance d.

Hereinafter, the effect in the joint 100 for indirect drainage of one Embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.

According to the joint for indirect drainage 100 of the present embodiment, the drainage cylinder portion 102 is received in the drainage port space 105 so that the outlet 102b of the drainage tube portion 102 and the receptacle 106a of the receptacle 106 are separated in the axial direction. By extending toward 106 a, the flowing direction of the drainage is guided to the receiving port 106 a by the flowing water cylinder portion 102. That is, when the outflow port 102b and the receiving port 106a are close to each other, waste water falling from the outflow port 102b can be allowed to flow into the receiving port 106a without being scattered outside the opening 104. In addition, the outlet 102b and the receiving port 106a are separated by a predetermined distance d, and the opening 104 extends between and above the outlet 102b and the receiving port 106a so that the flowing water tube portion 102 together with the outlet 102b extends from the opening 104. At least a part of the outer surface of is exposed. That is, when the outlet 102b and the receiving port 106a are separated by a distance d, wastewater overflowing from the receiving port 106a when drainage flows backward can be discharged from the opening 104 without touching the outlet 102b. That is, the joint for indirect drainage 100 of the present embodiment can indirectly drain to the drain pipe 13 while suppressing scattering of drainage from the device 11.

Furthermore, according to the joint 100 for indirect drainage of this embodiment, the upstream connection port 101a is connected to the apparatus 11 via the joint 12, and the downstream connection port 107a is connected to the connection part 13a of the drain pipe 13. Therefore, only the opening 104 formed in the peripheral wall portion 103 opens the drain pipe space 105 to the outside. Further, the opening 104 is closed by attaching the mesh 110 to the outside of the peripheral wall 103. And since the joint 100 for indirect drainage and / or the surrounding wall part 103 of this embodiment are cylinders extended in an axial direction, there exists an advantage that it is easy to mount | wear with the mesh body 110. FIG. In particular, since the mesh body 110 is mounted from the outside of the peripheral wall portion 103, the mesh body 110 can be easily detached without disassembling the joint for indirect drainage 100 or the like. Further, the opening 104 is closed by the mesh body 110, whereby the drain space 105 is protected from the outside by the mesh body 110. In particular, since the receiving opening 106a is opened inside the peripheral wall 103 in which the mesh body 110 is disposed on the outer surface, the receiving opening 106a is not exposed to the outside without being protected. That is, the net 110 prevents insects and dust from entering the receiving portion 106. Thereby, the inside of the joint for indirect drainage 110 and the drain pipe 13 can be prevented from being clogged with insects and dust, and the frequency of maintenance of the joint for indirect drainage 110 can also be reduced.
