Description
a)15〜60重量部の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)、
b)15〜35重量部の少なくとも1種の高溶融強度ポリオレフィン(HMSポリオレフィン)、および
c)30〜60重量部の少なくとも1種の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)
を含み、a)、b)およびc)の割合が合計で100である、ポリマー組成物に基づく。
a)35〜45重量部の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)、
b)15〜25重量部の少なくとも1種の高溶融強度ポリオレフィン(HMSポリオレフィン)、および
c)35〜45重量部の少なくとも1種の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)
を含み、a)、b)およびc)の割合が合計で100である、ポリマー組成物に基づく場合に達成され得る。これらの組成物は、追加的に高い低温可撓性という利点を有する。
・TPV:PP/EPDM混合物、70重量%のEPDM、MFI 3.0g/10分(230℃/2.16kg)、軟化点約165℃、
・HMS PP:構造異性体の変性プロピレンホモポリマー、230℃;2.16kgでMFI=10.0g/10分、200℃の温度で測定され、250mm/sの伸び速度で溶融強度7cN、
・LDPE:低密度ポリエチレン、190℃;2.16kgでMFI=1.9g/10分;200℃の温度で測定され、200mm/sの伸び速度で溶融強度=34cN、
・発泡剤マスターバッチ:Hydrocerol 592(60重量%のポリエチレンおよび40重量%のクエン酸塩)、
・安定剤:UV安定剤(HALS−立体障害性フェノール)、
・顔料:85重量%のポリエチレンおよび15重量%のカーボンブラックでできた黒着色剤。
Claims (9)
- フィルム積層体(1)であって、上側にラッカー層(3)と下側に発泡層(4)とを有する少なくとも1つの緻密な装飾層(2)を含み、前記発泡層(4)の密度が500kg/m3を超え、および前記発泡層が、ポリマー組成物であって、
a)15〜60重量部の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)、
b)15〜35重量部の少なくとも1種の高溶融強度ポリオレフィン(HMSポリオレフィン)、および
c)30〜60重量部の少なくとも1種の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)
を含み、a)、b)およびc)の割合が合計で100である、ポリマー組成物に基づき、
前記熱可塑性加硫物がポリプロピレンおよびエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンエラストマー(EPDM)に基づくことを特徴とする、
フィルム積層体(1)。 - 前記発泡層(4)が、ポリマー組成物であって、
a)35〜45重量部の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性加硫物(TPV)、
b)15〜25重量部の少なくとも1種の高溶融強度ポリオレフィン(HMSポリオレフィン)、および
c)35〜45重量部の少なくとも1種の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)
を含み、a)、b)およびc)の割合が合計で100である、ポリマー組成物に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルム積層体(1)。 - 前記高溶融強度ポリオレフィンが高溶融強度ポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム積層体(1)。
- 前記発泡層(4)が、固体の化学的発泡剤を含むポリマー組成物に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム積層体(1)。
- 前記発泡層(4)が物理的に発泡されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム積層体(1)。
- 前記ラッカー層(3)の厚さが10μm未満であり、前記緻密な装飾層(2)の厚さが0.2〜0.7mmであり、および前記発泡層(4)の厚さが0.5〜2.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム積層体(1)。
- エアバッグカバーの領域または前記エアバッグカバーの引裂シームの領域における、自動車の内装トリムのためのコンポーネントのコーティングのための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム積層体(1)の使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム積層体(1)が設けられた自動車のための内装トリム部品、好ましくはダッシュボード。
- 前記フィルム積層体(1)が、少なくともエアバッグカバーの領域および/またはエアバッグカバーの引裂シームの領域に配置される、請求項8に記載の内装トリム部品。
