Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを各々内部に収容し、高さ方向に沿って層状に配列される複数の積層用カートリッジと、を備えるセルカートリッジアセンブリーと、
前記セルカートリッジアセンブリーの少なくとも一側に設けられ、前記バッテリーセルの電気的特性をセンシングするセンシングアセンブリーと、を含み、
前記積層用カートリッジが、
少なくとも一側のコーナー領域に他側よりも突出して形成されたボルト組立用フィンガーを備え、前記ボルト組立用フィンガーが、スロット形態で設けられた組立ガイド部を備え、
前記センシングアセンブリーが、
複数のセンシング部材が設けられた板状構造物形態のセンシングアセンブリー本体と、前記センシングアセンブリー本体と一体で形成され、前記ボルト組立用フィンガーの前記組立ガイド部に挿入可能に設けられる組立用プレートと、を含み、
前記積層用カートリッジが、少なくとも一側に開口部を備え、
前記ボルト組立用フィンガーが、前記開口部を間に置き前記開口部に対して前方へ突出した形態で前記積層用カートリッジの両コーナー領域に一つずつ総二つが備えられることで、
前記セルカートリッジアセンブリーには、少なくとも一側面が凹んで形成された湾入部が備えられており、
前記センシングアセンブリー本体は、板面が垂直に立てられて前記セルカートリッジアセンブリーの湾入部に引き込まれ、
前記組立用プレートは、複数個であり、前記センシングアセンブリー本体を挟んで両側方に突出し、前記センシングアセンブリー本体の高さ方向に沿って所定間隔で離隔して配置され、前記ボルト組立用フィンガーの組立ガイド部に摺動方式で挿入されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ボルト組立用フィンガーは、上下方向へボルトが挿通する第1ボルト挿通孔をさらに備えられ、
前記組立用プレートは、前記第1ボルト挿通孔と連通する第2ボルト挿通孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記積層用カートリッジが、上端部及び下端部のうちいずれか一つに結合突起を備え、残りの一つに前記結合突起に対応する結合溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記積層用カートリッジが、相互上下組立可能に設けられた上部フレーム及び下部フレームを含み、
前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームのうちいずれか一つがフックを備え、残りの一つが前記フックに対応するフック係合孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシング部材が、
前記セルカートリッジアセンブリーから突出した前記バッテリーセルの電極リードと各々接触する複数のバスバーと、前記複数のバスバーの一端と電気的に接続する回路基板と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシング部材が、
前記回路基板と連結され、前記バッテリーセルの電気的特性を測定する外部デバイスが接続するコネクター端子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回路基板が、前記センシングアセンブリー本体の正面中央に設けられ、前記複数のバスバーが、前記回路基板を中心にして分枝構造で前記回路基板の両方に多段に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングアセンブリーが、
前記回路基板と、前記センシングアセンブリーの正面及び背面を貫通するように設けられるサーミスタ装着用端子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルカートリッジアセンブリーが、
各々前記複数の積層用カートリッジの最上端及び最下端を覆う上部エンドプレート及び下部エンドプレートと、機械的剛性を有するストラップ形態で設けられ、一端が前記上部エンドプレートの上端面に結合し、他端が下部エンドプレートの下端面に結合するバンドプレートと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
