前記第1チャンバーに、第1内気吸込み口を備えた内気吸込み筒部、及び第1外気吸込み口を備えた外気吸込み筒部を突設するとともに、この外気吸込み筒部に複数の遮音風向板を斜設し、前記外気吸込み筒部の終端部か、前記第1チャンバーの部屋に繋がる第2外気吸込み口か、の何れか一方の下側に遮音壁板を設ける構成とした環境制御機。
