Description
Claims (12)
- 上顎歯列弓の物理的モデル及び対向する下顎歯列弓の物理的モデルの3D走査イメージデータを組み込んでいる3Dモデルを構築するための、少なくとも部分的にデータ処理ハードウエアにて実行される方法であって、
前記歯列弓の物理的モデルが咬合関係にある間に前記歯列弓の物理的モデルを3次元的にX線走査して、前記歯列弓の物理的モデルの各々を表すデータを含む3Dイメージデータを獲得するステップと、
前記3Dイメージデータを使用して、下顎歯列弓の表現の上方に上顎歯列弓の表現を含む3Dモデルを構築するステップと、
前記上顎歯列弓の表現の表面の第1のメッシュモデル及び前記下顎歯列弓の表現の表面の第2のメッシュモデルを生成するステップと、
前記第1のメッシュモデル及び前記第2のメッシュモデルが交差する接触エリアを決定するステップと、
前記第1のメッシュモデル及び前記第2のメッシュモデルが交差する前記接触エリアの移行ゾーンを識別するステップと、
前記移行ゾーンの情報を使用して前記接触エリアをクリップして、前記第1のメッシュモデル及び前記第2のメッシュモデルを分けて且つ閉じるステップと、
前記閉じられた第1のメッシュモデル及び前記閉じられた第2のメッシュモデルを、表示、送信、又は記憶するステップと、
を包含する、方法。 - 咬合状態となるように位置が調整された上下の顎のメッシュモデルの各々に対して、歯をセグメント化するステップをさらに包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3次元的X線走査がCBCT走査を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触エリアの決定が、
咬合平面に直交して前記メッシュモデルと交差する線のグリッドをシミュレーションするステップと、
前記線と前記第1のメッシュモデル及び前記第2のメッシュモデルとの交差を識別するステップと、
前記接触エリアを、前記線が前記第1のメッシュモデル及び前記第2のメッシュモデルと交差しないところと決定するステップと、
を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 線のグリッドが前記第1のメッシュモデルの頂部又は前記第2のメッシュモデルの底部から発せられる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記閉じられた第1のメッシュモデル及び前記閉じられた第2のメッシュモデルを位置合わせするステップをさらに包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記位置合わせが、
前記閉じられた第1のメッシュモデル及び閉じられた第2のメッシュモデルの間の、それらの間の第1の接触点が見出されるまでの、前記第1のメッシュモデルと前記第2のメッシュモデルが近づく方向への第1の並進移動と、

を包含する、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 上顎歯列弓及び対向する下顎歯列弓の物理的モデルの3D走査イメージデータを組み込んでいる3Dモデルを構築するための、少なくとも部分的にデータ処理ハードウエアにて実行される方法であって、
前記歯列弓の物理的なモデルが咬合配置にある間に、前記歯列弓の物理的なモデルの間に配置された中間物を使用して、前記歯列弓の物理的なモデルを3次元的にX線走査して、前記歯列弓の物理的なモデルの各々を表すデータを含む3Dイメージデータを獲得するステップと、
前記3Dイメージデータを使用して、咬合配置に位置合わせされた上顎歯列弓の表現及び下顎歯列弓の表現を含む3Dモデルを構築するステップと、
前記上顎歯列弓の表現及び前記下顎歯列弓の表現の各々の表面の3Dメッシュモデルを生成するステップと、
前記上顎歯列弓の表現の表面の3Dメッシュモデルと前記下顎歯列弓の表現の表面の3Dメッシュモデルとを位置合わせするステップと、
前記下顎歯列弓の表現に位置合わせされた前記上顎歯列弓の表現を含む前記位置合わせされた3Dモデルを、表示、送信、又は記憶するステップと、
を包含し、
前記位置合わせが、
前記上顎歯列弓の表現及び前記下顎歯列弓の表現の間の、それらの間の第1の接触点が見出されるまでの、上顎歯列弓の前記3Dメッシュモデルと下顎歯列弓の前記3Dメッシュモデルが近づく方向への第1の並進移動と、
他の接触点を見出し且つ接触点の全数を増やすための、前記第1の接触点がを見出された位置からの、前記第1の並進移動の方向と直交する方向への少なくとも一つの追加の並進移動と、
他の接触点を見出し且つ接触点の全数を増やすための、前記第1の接触点を中心とする少なくとも一つの追加の回転移動と、を包含する方法。 - 前記中間物が厚さ1〜5mmのX線に対して透明である組織を備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 咬合状態となるように位置が調整された上下の顎のメッシュモデルの各々に対して、歯をセグメント化するステップをさらに包含する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 3次元的X線走査がCBCT走査を包含する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記上顎歯列弓の表現の表面の第1の3Dメッシュモデル及び前記下顎歯列弓の表現の表面の第2の3Dメッシュモデルを生成するステップと、
前記第1の3Dメッシュモデル及び前記第2の3Dメッシュモデルが交差する接触エリアを決定するステップと、
前記第1の3Dメッシュモデル及び前記第2の3Dメッシュモデルが交差する前記接触エリアの移行ゾーンを識別するステップと、
前記移行ゾーンの情報を使用して前記接触エリアをクリップして、前記第1の3Dメッシュモデル及び前記第2の3Dメッシュモデルを分けて且つ閉じるステップと、
前記閉じられた第1の3Dメッシュモデル及び前記閉じられた第2の3Dメッシュモデルを、表示、送信、又は記憶するステップと、
をさらに包含する、請求項8に記載の方法。
