Description
Claims (11)
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービーム(4)を用いて凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための装置(1)であって、該装置(1)は、
少なくとも1つの動作状態を使用するために前記装置(1)の少なくとも1人のユーザ(12)を認証するために設置されている認証装置(11)であって、少なくとも一つの検出装置を備える認証装置(11)と、
プロセスチャンバ(10)と、
ユーザインターフェース(13)と、
前記プロセスチャンバ(10)をのぞき込むことを可能とする視認窓と、
前記視認窓又は前記プロセスチャンバ(10)の近傍に位置するハウジング(16)であって、前記少なくとも一つの検出装置(14)が内部に設けられるハウジングと、を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの検出装置(14)は前記装置(1)の潜在的なユーザ(12)が前記視認窓又は前記プロセスチャンバ(10)に近づくとき又は近づいたときに、前記潜在的なユーザ(12)の音響的な特徴又は光学的な特徴を自動的に検出する、装置(1)。 - 前記装置(1)の少なくとも1つの動作状態を使用するために認証されたユーザ(12)の、特定の音響的な特徴又は光学的な特徴を示すユーザデータがメモリされたメモリ装置(17)を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、複数のユーザプロファイルが記録されたメモリ装置(17)を備え、前記複数のユーザプロファイルは前記装置(1)の少なくとも1つの動作状態を使用するために認証されたユーザを記載する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は制御装置(18)を備え、前記制御装置(18)は、前記少なくとも一つの検出装置(14)が生成する検出データに対応する一以上の特徴を、前記メモリ装置(17)にメモリされた一以上のユーザデータと比較し、比較結果を示す比較結果情報を生成し、前記メモリ装置(17)にメモリされた一以上のユーザデータは前記装置(1)の潜在的なユーザ(12)の音響的な特徴又は光学的な特徴である、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- ポジティブな比較結果を示す比較結果情報の場合には、前記制御装置(18)が、認証されたユーザ(12)に、前記装置の一以上の動作を制御することを許可する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- ネガティブな比較結果を示す比較結果情報は、前記制御装置(18)が監視装置へ伝達し、前記監視装置は前記装置(1)の動作又は別の装置の動作を監視する、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの検出装置(14)は、
前記装置(1)の潜在的なユーザ(12)の少なくとも1つの光学的な特徴を検出するために設置されている光学的な検出装置と、
前記装置(1)の潜在的なユーザ(12)の少なくとも1つの音響的な特徴を検出するために設置されている音響的な検出装置と、を含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの検出装置(14)が、前記装置(1)の潜在的なユーザ(12)の顔の特徴の検出を、前記潜在的なユーザ(12)が前記装置(1)へ近づく又は前記装置(1)へ近づいたときに、自動的に実行する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングは前記視認窓の近傍に位置し、前記ユーザインターフェースは前記ハウジングに操作可能に取り付けられる又は前記ハウジング内に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(1)の少なくとも一つの動作状態が、前記装置(1)の初期動作、前記装置(1)の終了動作、又は動作している前記装置(1)の所定の動作状態の開始及び前記所定の動作状態の終了を含み、前記動作状態はデモンストレーションモードあるいはシミュレーションモード、構造モード若しくはプログラミングモードである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービーム(4)を用いて凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための装置(1)を動作させるための方法であって、前記方法は、
少なくとも一つの検出装置を備える認証装置により、前記装置の潜在的ユーザの音響的な特徴又は光学的な特徴を検出し、前記特徴に対応するデータを生成し、
制御装置(18)によって、検出された一以上の特徴を、記録装置(17)に保存された一以上のユーザデータと比較し、前記保存された一以上のユーザデータは前記潜在的ユーザの音響的な特徴又は光学的な特徴であり、
比較結果を示す比較結果情報を生成し、前記比較結果はポジティブな比較結果又はネガティブな比較結果であり、
前記比較結果がポジティブな比較結果である場合、前記潜在的ユーザに前記装置の一以上の操作の制御をする認証を与え、
前記比較結果がネガティブな比較結果である場合、前記比較結果を監視装置に伝達し、
前記装置(1)は請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の装置である、
