Description
例えば、オリゴマー等の可凝縮不純物は、水蒸気、炭化水素及び空気の混合物から分離凝縮される。
排気ガス洗浄機も、使用される。排気ガス洗浄機では、押出機からの排気ガスを大面積の洗浄液に接触させる。この種の排気ガス(混合ガス)から気体不純物を洗浄液中に溶解し、吸着し又は吸収するガス混合物中の固体成分を濾過しかつ/又は洗浄液中に溶解するため、この種の排気ガス洗浄機が使用される。
装備ポンプに液体リングポンプを使用できる。水力駆動手段を使用するとき、例えば1段又は複数段のルート送風機(内部圧縮室のない回転ピストンポンプ)等の付加的な予備ポンプが通常必要である。即ち、駆動手段の蒸気圧は、真空及びポンプの達成可能な吸引性能に影響を与えるからである(影響は、所定の温度に依存する)。従って、グリコール又は他の液体がポンプに利用される。その場合に駆動中に液体を浄化し又は必要に応じて交換しなければならない。
・排気浄化装置内で排気ガスを電気的に中性化するので、更なる浄化を必要とせず又は最小限の費用で残留物質を除去しかつポンプの前段で有害な固体/液体の排気ガス内容物を容易に濾過できる。
・排気浄化装置の重要な構成要素としてプラズマ処理装置を使用する。
・残滓を殆ど発生させずに排気ガスを電気的に中性化(中和)する方法を提案する。
・プラズマ処理装置を稼働しても、濾過器による差圧上昇は、認められない。
・各導管の温度を調節して、活発なプラズマ生成を阻止する凝縮物、再昇華物、堆積、炭化及び汚染を回避する工程。
・制限された温度領域でかつ制御可能な温度で加熱できる導管形式の供給導管を加熱する工程。
・方法を制御して、恒久的な酸化によりポンプ領域内の爆発性雰囲気を回避する工程。外気、水蒸気、酸素、窒素、二酸化炭素又はアルゴン等の処理ガスを制御して工程に供給することが好ましい。所望の反応を支援する全てのガスを提供することが原則的に考えられる。
・乾燥回転する無洗浄式ポンプの使用。
・ルートポンプ後段の高圧力領域内で水蒸気を良好に分離(凝縮)する水分離。
・小組立体積のスクリューポンプを選択する場合もある。
・既知の解決法では、汚染した構成要素を長期間保守しなければならない出費を要する。汚染物の堆積状態に無関係に、固体分離器、凝縮物分離器又は昇華物分離器等の分離器の有効性が保守周期内に低下する。
・保守周期を延長して、設備の保守と費用を削減できる。
・また、本発明で実施する装置と方法の経済性も著しく改善できる。
・更に、本発明では、真空化装置の寿命と特に真空化装置内に設けられる真空ポンプの寿命も増大しかつ従来の廃棄問題を解消できる。
・従来の残留物質が発生せず、残留物質を廃棄する必要がない。
−可塑化装置(押出機)で加工する固体、即ち粒状樹脂を溶融し、
−単一又は複数の液状又は固体の添加物(例えば、軟化剤、内潤剤、静電防止剤等)を樹脂に添加し、
−可塑化装置の単一又は複数の真空領域を真空化装置に接続して、真空領域内の溶融樹脂と添加剤との混合物を脱気し、
−固体分離装置又は浄化装置内で脱気した排気ガスを電気的に中性化(無毒化、酸化、中和)し、
−凝縮物、再昇華物又は有機堆積物と炭化による汚染を回避できる構造に浄化排気装置を構成する。
押出機1の排気ガスは、プラズマ処理装置2内で処理され、固体分離装置4を通して案内される。
Claims (25)
- 真空化装置により負圧又は真空を生成する工程と、
重合体溶融物を配置する脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)に負圧又は真空を供給する工程と、
真空化装置により脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から除去し又は吸引した排気又は排気と液体成分及び/又は固体成分を含む複数の有害物質を後段の濾過器及び/又は固体分離装置(4;4.1,4.2)内で排気から有害物質を分離する工程とを含み、複数の重合体溶融物を脱気しかつ付随して発生する複数の有害物質を電気的に中性化する方法において、
脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から除去した後かつ濾過器及び/又は固体分離装置(4;4.1,4.2)に供給する前に、複数の有害物質をプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に供給する工程と、
プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)内で複数の有害物質の全て又は一部をプラズマ集合状態に変化させる工程と、
稼動工程の進行間に、互いに並列に接続される複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)の一方のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)から、一方のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)から分離する他方のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に稼動工程を切り替える工程とを含むことを特徴とするプラズマ浄化排気法。 - プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に供給する前又はプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)への供給中に、複数の処理ガスを複数の有害物質に付加的に供給する工程を含む請求項1に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。
- 複数の有害物質に供給する複数の処理物質は、酸素、窒素、二酸化炭素、アルゴン、外気及び/又は水蒸気を含む請求項2に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。
- 熱刺激、レーザービームを含む電磁放射、静電場及び/又は電磁場及び/又は交番電場、誘導刺激かつ/又はマイクロ波によりエネルギを付与して、プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)内の複数の有害物質をプラズマ集合状態に変化させる工程を含む請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。
- 配管装置を介して、脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から除去される複数の有害物質をプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に供給する工程と、
少なくとも150℃に配管装置を加熱して、有害物質の凝縮又は堆積を回避する工程とを含む請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。 - 脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)とプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)との間で、150℃から300℃の温度領域に複数の有害物質を加熱する工程を含む請求項5に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。

- 複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)の一部を互いに直列に駆動しかつ一部を並列に駆動する工程を含む請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。
- 導管(11,11a,11b,12,12a,12b,13)内に設けられる複数の弁(A,A.1,A.2,B,B.1,B.2,C.C.1,C.2,D,D.1,D.2,E,E.1,E.2,F,F.1,F.2)を介して、個々の又は複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)を解放し又は閉鎖する工程を含む請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。
- プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)は、少なくとも20%の複数の有害物質をプラズマ集合状態に変化させる請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気法。
- 負圧又は真空を発生する真空化装置(5,6)と、
真空化装置(5,6)が発生する負圧及び/又は真空により、重合体溶融物を収容する脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)を脱気する導管装置及び/又は配管装置と、
真空化装置(5,6)により脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から除去又は吸引される排気又は気体かつ/又は液体かつ/又は固体の成分形式の複数の有害物質を分離する少なくとも1つの濾過器及び/又は固体分離装置段(4;4.1,4.2)とを備えて、複数の重合体溶融物を脱気しかつ付随して発生する複数の排気を電気的に中性化する装置において、
脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から除去可能な複数の有害物質をプラズマ処理装置内でプラズマ集合状態に変化させる複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)を脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)の後段に接続し、
複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)を互いに並列に接続したことを特徴とするプラズマ浄化排気装置。 - プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)の排気貫流方向前段に処理ガスを供給する接続装置(N1,N2)を設けた請求項11に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 酸素、窒素、二酸化炭素、アルゴン、外気及び/又は水蒸気の形式の複数の処理ガスを供給する配管又は容器を少なくとも1つの接続装置(N1,N2)の前段に接続した請求項12に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 熱刺激の供給、レーザ放射を含む電磁放射、静電場及び/又は電磁場及び/又は交番電場、誘導性刺激かつ/又はマイクロ波により、少なくとも1つのプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)を貫流する複数の有害物質にエネルギを供給し、有害物質をプラズマ集合状態に変化させる請求項11〜13の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から付属のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に通じる複数の導管又は複数の有害物質をプラズマ処理装置に案内する複数の導管に設けて、少なくとも150℃に導管を加熱する熱絶縁装置及び/又は加熱装置を備える請求項11〜14の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)から少なくとも1つのプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に複数の有害物質を複数の導管により搬送し、少なくとも150℃から300℃の温度領域に導管を加熱する加熱装置を導管に設けた請求項15に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)を直列に接続した請求項11〜16の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 少なくとも1つの脱気領域(VD;VD1,VD2)と少なくとも1つのポンプ装置(5,6)との間に導管及び/又は管(11a、11b;12a、12b;13)を接続し、
導管及び/又は管(11a、11b;12a、12b;13)に複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)を直列に接続し、
直列に接続した2つのプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)の間の分岐箇所(41.1,41.2,41.3,41.4)から少なくとも1つの付加的な導管(Z2)を分岐し、
付属の複数の切換弁(L.1からL.4;M.1からM.3)を介して少なくとも1つのポンプ装置(5,6)の入口側及び/又は吸引側に分岐箇所(41.1,41.2,41.3,41.4)を接続した請求項11〜17の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。 - 各プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)の前段に始動装置(23;23.1,23.2,23.3,23.4)を接続した請求項11〜18の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 1つ又は複数の凝縮除去部(3)を複数の導管(11;11a,11b,12;12a,12b;13)内に設けて、脱気領域(VD; VD1, VD2)から真空化装置(5, 6)への溶融物の侵入を阻止する請求項11〜19の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 渦巻ノズル又は波形案内ノズルを介して複数の処理ガスを少なくとも1つ又は複数のプラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に供給する請求項11〜20の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 少なくとも1つの真空ポンプ、少なくとも1つのルーツ送風機及び/又は少なくとも1つのスクリューポンプ(6)を真空化装置(5,6)に設けた請求項11〜21の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 複数の単一切換弁又は並列に接続した複数の二重弁(A.1,A.2からK.1,K.2)として複数の弁(AからL)を構成した請求項11〜22の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- 凝縮除去部の無い脱気中性化装置を構成した請求項11〜23の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
- プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)は、プラズマ処理装置(2;2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4)に供給される複数の有害物質の少なくとも20%をプラズマ集合状態に変化させる請求項11〜24の何れか1項に記載のプラズマ浄化排気装置。
