Claims (13)
- バッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置であって、
第1スレーブBMS及び第2スレーブBMSを含む複数のスレーブBMSと、
前記複数のスレーブBMSと通信可能に連結されるマスタBMSとを含んでなり、
前記それぞれのスレーブBMSは、前記マスタBMSによって自分に既設定されたウェイクアップ時間が到来した場合、スリープモードからウェイクアップモードに切り換えられ、最も最近前記ウェイクアップモードに切り換えられた時点から前記スリープモードに再切換される時点までと定義されるウェイクアップ期間中に、バッテリーパックに含まれた複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち自分に割り当てられた何れか1つのバッテリーモジュールの温度を測定して、前記ウェイクアップ期間中に測定された温度を示す温度データを前記マスタBMSに伝送し、
前記マスタBMSは、前記第1スレーブBMSから伝送された、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち第1バッテリーモジュールの温度を示す第1温度データに基づいて前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する、バッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 前記マスタBMSは、
前記バッテリーパックが搭載された電気自動車から前記電気自動車の走行状態を知らせる走行データを受信して、前記走行データに基づいて既定のイベントが進行中であるか否かを判定し、前記既定のイベントの進行中に限って、前記第1スレーブBMSから伝送された第1温度データに基づいて前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 前記マスタBMSは、
前記複数のスレーブBMSのうち何れか1つに設定したウェイクアップ時間と相異なるウェイクアップ時間を残りのスレーブBMSのうち少なくとも1つに設定する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 前記マスタBMSは、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度が第1設定温度未満である場合、現在時間と第1設定時間との和と同じ時間を前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間として設定し、

前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち第2バッテリーモジュールの温度を示す第2温度データを前記マスタBMSに伝送する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 前記マスタBMSは、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度が前記第1設定温度以上第2設定温度未満である場合、現在時間と第2設定時間との和と同じ時間を前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間として設定し、
前記第2設定時間は、前記第1設定時間より短い、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 前記複数のスレーブBMSは、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち第3バッテリーモジュールの温度を示す第3温度データを前記マスタBMSに伝送する第3スレーブBMSをさらに含んでなり、

前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度から前記第2バッテリーモジュールの温度を引いた差値を演算し、前記第2温度データ及び前記差値に基づいて前記第3スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 前記マスタBMSは、
前記差値が負の数である場合、現在時間と第3設定時間との和と同じ時間を前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間として設定し、

前記第1温度データに含まれた前記複数の温度値に基づいて、前記ウェイクアップ期間中に現れた前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度の変化パターンを分析し、さらに前記変化パターンに基づいて前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置。 - 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング装置を備えた、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを備えた、電気自動車。
- バッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング方法であって、
第1スレーブBMSが自分に既設定されたウェイクアップ時間が到来した場合、スリープモードからウェイクアップモードに切り換えられる段階と、
前記第1スレーブBMSが最も最近前記ウェイクアップモードに切り換えられた時点から前記スリープモードに再切換される時点までと定義されるウェイクアップ期間中に、バッテリーパックに含まれた複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち第1バッテリーモジュールの温度を測定する段階と、
前記第1スレーブBMSが前記ウェイクアップ期間中に測定された前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度を示す第1温度データをマスタBMSに伝送する段階と、
前記マスタBMSが前記第1温度データに基づいて第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する段階と、
前記第2スレーブBMSが前記マスタBMSによって自分に設定されたウェイクアップ時間が到来した場合、スリープモードからウェイクアップモードに切り換えられる段階と、
前記第2スレーブBMSが最も最近前記ウェイクアップモードに切り換えられた時点から前記スリープモードに再切換される時点までと定義されるウェイクアップ期間中に、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち第2バッテリーモジュールの温度を測定する段階とを含んでなる、バッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング方法。 - 前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する段階は、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度が第1設定温度未満である場合、現在時間と第1設定時間との和と同じ時間を前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間として設定する、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング方法。 - 前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間を設定する段階は、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの温度が前記第1設定温度以上第2設定温度未満である場合、現在時間と第2設定時間との和と同じ時間を前記第2スレーブBMSの次回のウェイクアップ時間として設定し、
前記第2設定時間は前記第1設定時間より短い、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパックのための温度モニタリング方法。
