Claims (6)
- 超音波ドップラエコー信号から胎児心拍数を決定する処理装置であって、
前記超音波ドップラエコー信号は少なくとも2つのチャンネルを有し、該少なくとも2つのチャンネルは、第1深度又は第1深度範囲に関して得られる第1チャンネル及び該第1深度又は第1深度範囲とは異なる第2深度又は第2深度範囲に関して得られる第2チャンネルを含み、
当該処理装置における処理ユニットは第1処理部及び第2処理部を含み、
前記第1処理部は前記超音波ドップラエコー信号の第1チャンネルから第1心拍数を決定し、
前記第2処理部は前記超音波ドップラエコー信号の第2チャンネルから第2心拍数を決定し、
前記処理ユニットは、更に、
決定されるべき前記胎児心拍数に関する及び/又は決定されるべき前記胎児心拍数以外の心拍数に関する外部情報を受信する入力部と、
前記外部情報に基づいて、決定された前記第1心拍数及び決定された前記第2心拍数のうちの一方を前記決定されるべき胎児心拍数として選択する選択部と、
を有する、処理装置。 - 第1チャンネル選択情報を用いると共に前記超音波ドップラエコー信号を発生させるために使用された超音波信号の搬送波周波数に基づく第1入力周波数を復調周波数として使用して前記超音波ドップラエコー信号を復調することにより第1復調信号を供給する第1復調ユニットと、
第2チャンネル選択情報を用いると共に前記超音波ドップラエコー信号を発生させるために使用された前記超音波信号の搬送波周波数に基づく第2入力周波数を復調周波数として使用して前記超音波ドップラエコー信号を復調することにより第2復調信号を供給する第2復調ユニットと、
を有し、
当該処理装置はチャンネルモード及び位相シフトモードのうちの一方において選択的に動作し、
前記チャンネルモードにおいて、
前記第1チャンネル選択情報は前記第1チャンネルを示し、前記第2チャンネル選択情報は前記第2チャンネルを示し、前記第1及び第2入力周波数は同一であり、
前記位相シフトモードにおいて、
前記第1チャンネル選択情報及び前記第2チャンネル選択情報は同一のチャンネルを示し、前記第1及び第2入力周波数の間には90度の位相のシフトが存在し、
前記第1復調ユニット及び前記第2復調ユニットは、各々、基準復調ユニット及び位相シフト復調ユニットとして機能し、これにより、当該処理装置の比較ユニットは前記第1及び第2復調信号を時間的関係に関する情報を得るために比較し、
当該処理装置は前記選択部の選択に従って前記チャンネルモードから前記位相シフトモードに切り換わり、これにより、前記第1及び第2チャンネル選択情報により示されるチャンネルが前記胎児心拍数として選択された前記決定された心拍数を供給するチャンネルとなる、
請求項1に記載の処理装置。 - 胎児心拍数を決定するシステムであって、
超音波信号を送信すると共に超音波ドップラエコー信号を検出する超音波ドップラ装置と、
検出された前記超音波ドップラエコー信号を受信するために前記超音波ドップラ装置に結合される請求項1に記載の処理装置と、
決定されるべき胎児心拍数及び/又は決定されるべき胎児心拍数以外の心拍数である追加の心拍数を、前記検出された超音波ドップラエコー信号からは独立に決定する追加の心拍数決定装置と、
を有し、
前記処理装置における入力部が前記追加の心拍数決定装置から前記外部情報を受信する、
システム。 - 前記追加の心拍数決定装置が、
母体心臓運動を測定する加速度計ユニット、
母体心電的活動を測定する心電計ユニット、
拍動する母体酸素飽和度を示す光吸収度を測定する光センサ、
母体血圧を測定する血圧センサ、及び
前記決定されるべき胎児心拍数以外の心拍数を決定する追加の超音波ドップラユニット、
のうちの1以上を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 超音波ドップラエコー信号から胎児心拍数を決定する方法であって、
前記超音波ドップラエコー信号は少なくとも2つのチャンネルを有し、該少なくとも2つのチャンネルは、第1深度又は第1深度範囲に関して得られる第1チャンネル及び該第1深度又は第1深度範囲とは異なる第2深度又は第2深度範囲に関して得られる第2チャンネルを含み、
当該方法は、処理装置によって実行される以下のステップ:
前記超音波ドップラエコー信号の第1チャンネルから第1心拍数を決定すると共に前記超音波ドップラエコー信号の第2チャンネルから第2心拍数を決定するチャンネル心拍数決定ステップと、
決定されるべき前記胎児心拍数に関する及び/又は決定されるべき前記胎児心拍数以外の心拍数に関する外部情報を受信する入力ステップと、
前記外部情報に基づいて、前記決定された第1心拍数及び前記決定された第2心拍数のうちの一方を前記決定されるべき胎児心拍数として選択する選択ステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 超音波ドップラエコー信号から胎児心拍数を決定するためのプログラムであって、請求項1に記載の処理装置に該処理装置上で実行された場合に請求項5に記載の方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコード手段を有する、プログラム。
