前記卵殻膜分離工程では、前記卵殻膜ロットに対応しかつ複数の卵殻膜付き卵殻で構成される原材料ロットであって、64g以上の卵を割卵してなる卵殻膜付き卵殻が85個数%以上95個数%以下含まれる原材料ロットを用いる、卵殻膜ロットの製造方法。
