・YCOCG:RGBからYCOCGへの変換が符号復号器の外で実行された。その後、変換YCOCGが、JVTソフトウェアへの入力として使用された。
・R+G+B:R、G、およびB信号を別々に圧縮することによって近似された提案する方法。
・Y+CO+CG:変換Y、CO、およびCG信号を別々に圧縮することによって近似された提案する方法。
・J2k_RGB:JPEG2k圧縮がRGB領域で実行された。JPEG2k色変換はオフにされた。

Claims (4)
- 画像ブロックのためのビデオ信号データを符号化するための装置であって、前記ビデオ信号データの色成分を、それらに残差色変換を適用することなく符号化する符号器を含み、前記符号器は、すべての色成分に対して制限された空間予測器からなる組を使用して、およびすべての色成分に対して同じ輝度符号化アルゴリズムを使用して、前記ビデオ信号データの前記色成分のすべてを符号化し、前記ビデオ信号データのサンプリングが、4:4:4フォーマットに対応し、前記符号器に入力される前記ビデオ信号データの色成分は、YUV、YCrCb、またはYCOCGの色成分である、前記装置。
- 画像ブロックのためのビデオ信号データを符号化するための方法であって、前記ビデオ信号データの色成分を、それらに残差色変換を適用することなく符号化するステップを含み、前記符号化するステップは、すべての色成分に対して制限された空間予測器からなる組を使用して、およびすべての色成分に対して同じ輝度符号化アルゴリズムを使用して、前記ビデオ信号データの前記色成分のすべてを符号化し、前記ビデオ信号データのサンプリングが、4:4:4フォーマットに対応し、前記符号器に入力される前記ビデオ信号データの色成分は、YUV、YCrCb、またはYCOCGの色成分である、前記方法。
