Description

- 単回使用送達デバイスであって、
内部チャンバを画定する手動で変形可能な液体容器であって、前記容器が、遠位端と、本体と、近位端と、前記遠位端にある出口とを有し、前記本体が、複数の押し潰し可能な漏斗状の同心円状に配置された側壁を備え、前記側壁の直径が、前記容器の遠位端から近位端にかけて減少する、容器と、
前記容器の遠位端にある出口から突出するチップであって、前記チップが、前記容器の内部チャンバと流体連通する、チップと、
1つ以上の気泡を前記チャンバから除去するための押し潰し可能なプライマー要素であって、前記プライマー要素が、前記変形可能な液体容器に取り付けられ、かつ前記容器と流体連通する空洞を有し、前記空洞の体積が、前記容器の内部チャンバ内の気泡の体積と一致するかまたはこれを上回り、前記プライマー要素が、前記容器の近位端に配置されたサムプレス部を備える、プライマー要素と、
を備える、単回使用送達デバイスであり、
前記容器、前記チップ、および前記プライマー要素が、前記送達デバイス内のデッドスペースを最小限にするように押し潰し可能である、単回使用送達デバイス。 - 前記プライマー要素が、前記容器の本体内に組み込まれる、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記プライマー要素が、前記容器の本体内に成形される、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記プライマー要素が、押し潰し可能なボタンの形態にある、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記ボタンが、前記プライマーが手動で押圧される前には凸状である、請求項4に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記ボタンが、前記プライマーが手動で押圧された後には凹状である、請求項4に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記プライマー要素が、流体連通状態にある、一連の2つ以上の隣接する押し潰し可能なボタンの形態にある、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記チップが、血管アクセスデバイスに着脱自在に係合可能である、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記血管アクセスデバイスが、シリンジ、延長セット、静脈内セット、活栓、管類、耐圧延長チューブ、または無針コネクタである、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
- 前記チャンバ内に予め選択された量の流体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。

プライマー要素を押圧することによって前記チャンバから空気を圧出するために、前記容器の一部分を押し潰すための押し潰し可能なプライマー要素であって、前記プライマー要素が、前記容器に取り付けられ、かつ前記容器と流体連通する空洞を有し、前記空洞の体積が、前記容器の内部チャンバ内の気泡の体積と一致するかまたはこれを上回り、前記プライマー要素が、前記容器の近位端に配置されたサムプレス部を備える、プライマー要素と、
前記チップと前記容器との間に配置される一方向弁であって、前記一方向弁が、前記容器の内部チャンバと流体連通し、前記一方向弁が、前記内部チャンバからの空気または流体の排出を可能にするが、前記容器が手動で変形されて解放される場合、空気または流体が前記内部チャンバの内側へ吸い込まれるのを阻止する、一方向弁と、
を備える、単回使用送達デバイス。 - 前記一方向弁が、前記通路内の溶液の逆流を阻止する、請求項12に記載の単回使用送達デバイス。
