Description

The present invention relates to a faucet device, and more particularly to a faucet device that can be used by pulling out a water discharge head from a base.

BACKGROUND Conventionally, a faucet device is known in which the position and the inclination of a water discharge head can be adjusted by the operation of a user or the like. Also, a pull-out comprising a tubular base fixed to the installation surface such as a counter or a wash basin, and a water discharge head which is inserted into the pipe of the base and connected to a hose connected to a water supply and is removable from the tubular body Type faucets are also known. In such a pullout type faucet device, various measures are taken with regard to the improvement of the water discharge direction of the water faucet device and the degree of freedom of the water discharge angle.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a tubular base erected on a counter as an installation surface, a hose inserted into a pipe of the base, and a water discharge head connected to the hose and removable from the upper end of the base There is disclosed a hose-storing faucet provided with a joint portion which can be bent by human power at an intermediate position of a base. According to this hose storage type faucet, the selection range of the position and the angle of the water discharge head in the state of being attached to the tubular body becomes wide.

Patent Document 2 includes a mounting base fixed to a wash basin or the like as a mounting surface, a multi-joint support arm fixed to the mounting base, and a water discharge head fixed to the tip of the support arm. A water discharge device is disclosed. According to this water discharge device, the degree of freedom in adjusting the position of the water discharge head is improved.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 01-79664

However, the conventional water faucet apparatus described above has the following problems.

In the technique described in Patent Document 1, since the hose connected to the spouting head is inserted into the pipe of the base, when the base is bent more than a certain degree, the hose inserted into the pipe of the base is also bent significantly. , A large load is placed on the hoses passing through the bent portion. In addition, when the hose is pulled out or stored, the friction resistance of the hose passing through the bent portion is large, and the hose is difficult to pull out or stored, which is inconvenient.

By the way, the whole L-shaped water faucet apparatus which has the standing pipe part extended from an installation surface and the spout part formed substantially orthogonally with respect to this standing pipe part is known. This L-shaped faucet device has good design because of its linear appearance. However, it has been difficult to realize a pullout type configuration in which the spout portion can be drawn out in such a generally L-shaped water faucet device.

For example, the spout portion is divided in the middle to form a tip side spout portion and a vertical pipe side spout portion, a tip side spout portion is a water discharge head, and a vertical pipe portion and a vertical pipe side spout portion are attached to a base for attaching the water discharge head Can be considered. However, in this configuration, since there is a bent portion which is bent substantially at right angles between the upright pipe portion and the upright pipe side spout portion, the load on the hose through which the bent portion is inserted is large as described above, It is hard to feel.

Further, for example, the spout side erect pipe portion and the base end side erect pipe portion are divided in the middle of the erect pipe portion, the spout portion and the spout side erect pipe portion are used as a water discharge head, and the proximal end upright pipe portion is used as a water discharge head. A configuration may be considered as a base for attachment. However, in this configuration, since the spout portion and the spout side vertical pipe portion which are bent substantially at right angles become the spouting head, it is necessary to bend and use the hose connected to the spouting head when using the spouting head. It will occur and the usability will be worse.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in a faucet device having a bent portion for realizing an excellent appearance design, a pullout type water discharge head structure is realized without losing the appearance design, and further, The purpose is to improve the operability of the spouting head after pullout.

One of the aspects of the present invention is a base having a vertical pipe shape attached to the installation surface, a hose inserted into the pipe of the base, and a water discharge that is detachable from the upper end of the base and discharges water from the hose A head, the water discharge head is mounted on the base via a connecting member so as to be mounted on the upper end of the base, connected to the hose via the connecting member, and at least by the connecting member The base is configured to be rotatable about a first rotation axis orthogonal to the axis of the hose inserted into the pipe of the base, and the base forms an outlet opening above the installation surface and with respect to the installation surface A hose insertion hole through which the hose is inserted in the vertical direction, and the connection member includes a mounting portion mounted on the base, and a rotary shaft constituting portion that constitutes the first rotary shaft together with the water discharge head; Yes , In a state in which the water discharge head is mounted on the base, the entrance opening together to accommodate the mounting portion to the inside of the base, the flange-shaped portion disposed between said mounting portion and the rotary shaft structure part And the water discharge head is configured to be rotatable about a second rotation axis which is an axis of the hose inserted into the pipe of the base by the connection member, and the water discharge head is mounted to the base In the state, the rotation by the first rotation shaft and the rotation by the second rotation shaft are possible, and in a state where the water discharge head is mounted on the base, the second rotation shaft is the base The water discharge part which can be in a state of an entire L-shape having an angle between the base and the water discharge head of about 90 ° with respect to rotation by the first rotation shaft by the base and the water discharge head. The Is a water faucet device which is characterized in that formed.

In the water faucet device thus configured, since the spouting head is rotatably connected around the first rotation axis by the connection member, the spouting head can be easily arranged even after the spouting head is pulled out, and the faucet The operability of the device can be improved.

Further, according to another selective aspect of the present invention, the water discharge head is configured to be rotatable about a second rotation axis which is an axis of the hose inserted into the pipe of the base by the connection member. The first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft constituted by the connecting member can be used in a state where the water discharge head is mounted on the base, and in a state where the water discharge head is mounted on the base, The second rotary shaft is coaxial with the base.

In the water faucet device thus configured, even in the state where the water discharge head is attached to the base, the connection member is rotated about the second rotation axis to swing the water discharge head in a horizontal plane substantially parallel to the counter. Alternatively, the connection member may be rotated around the first rotation axis to swing the water discharge head in a vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the counter.

Further, one of the selective aspects of the present invention is a water discharge head connection portion formed on the connection member and connected to the water discharge head, and a hose connection portion formed on the connection member and connected to the hose . a water discharge head cover for covering a front Symbol water discharge head connecting portion, and a housing recess for housing the formed on the base portion the hose connections, a water faucet device, characterized in that it comprises a.

In the water faucet device thus configured, the water discharge head connection portion of the connection member is covered by the water discharge head cover, and the hose connection portion is accommodated in the housing recess of the water faucet body. When mounted on the main body, the connection member can be hidden inside the faucet device. Thereby, the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft realized by the connecting member can be integrated into one joint and can be made less noticeable, thus impairing the appearance design of the water faucet device I have not.

In addition, the faucet apparatus mentioned above includes various aspects, such as being implemented in the state integrated in another apparatus or system, implemented with another method.

According to the present invention, in a faucet device having a bent portion for achieving excellent appearance design, a pullout type water discharge head structure is realized without impairing the appearance design, and furthermore, a water discharge head after pullout. Operability can also be improved.

FIG. 12 is a diagram for explaining a water flow path in the water discharge head 30. FIG.

The faucet device 100 of the present embodiment is a separate type faucet device in which the water discharger 10 and the water faucet main body 50 are separately provided, and the water discharger 10 and the water faucet are provided on the counter C near the sink as the installation surface. The main body 50 is respectively fixed. The water discharger 10 and the faucet main body 50 are not limited to separate bodies but may be integrated.

The faucet main body 50 is a so-called single lever faucet, and includes a water supply hose H1 connected to the water supply pipe P1, a hot water supply hose H2 connected to the hot water supply pipe P2, and a water discharge hose H3 connected to the water discharge unit 10. It is connected from under the counter C respectively. The faucet main body 50 incorporates a mixing valve for mixing the supplied hot water and water, receives water supply from the water supply pipe P1 via the water supply hose H1, and supplies hot water from the hot water supply pipe P2 via the hot water supply hose H2. Then, the mixed water obtained by mixing the hot and cold water by the mixing valve is supplied to the water discharger 10 through the water discharge hose H3.

The faucet main body 50 has the operation lever 51 as an operation part for adjusting the mixing amount and flow rate of the water supply and / or hot water supply from the water supply pipe P1 and the hot water supply pipe P2. For example, the faucet main body 50 as a single lever faucet adjusts the water spouting temperature by adjusting the mixing amount of hot and cold water by the rotation operation in the left and right direction of the operation lever 51 and rotates the operation lever 51 in the front and rear direction It is possible to adjust the amount of water discharge. Thereby, the user of the faucet device 100 can control the spouting amount and spouting temperature of hot and cold water spouted from the spouting portion 10 by the operation of the operation lever 51.

The water discharger 10 is mounted on the water discharger main body 20 in a state where the water discharger main body 20 as a base of an upright pipe shape whose base end side is fixed to the counter C is mounted on the tip end side of the water discharger main body 20. It has a spouting head 30 shaped like a square rod, and a connecting member 40 connecting the spouting head 30 and the spouting portion main body 20 when the spouting head 30 is mounted on the spouting portion main body 20.

The water discharger main body 20 includes a base 21 and a cylindrical cover 22 that covers the outer side of the base 21. The base 21 includes an attachment portion 211 provided at the lower portion of the base 21, a hose insertion hole 212 provided penetrating the base end and the tip of the base 21, and an opening on the base end side of the hose insertion hole 212. A hose inlet / outlet 213 and a second hose inlet / outlet 214 of an opening on the tip side of the hose insertion hole 212 are provided.

The mounting portion 211 is provided with a flange portion 2111 wider than the mounting hole C1 provided in the counter C, and a tubular male screw portion 2112 provided on the base end side than the flange portion 2111 and having substantially the same diameter as the mounting hole C1. Have. The external thread portion 2112 has a thread groove formed on the outer peripheral surface, and the external thread portion 2112 is inserted into the mounting hole C1 from the upper surface side of the counter C to bring the lower surface of the flange portion 2111 into contact with the upper surface of the counter C From the lower side of the counter C, a member having an internal thread structure such as a nut is screwed in from the lower side of the counter 2112 via a triangular packing, a washer or the like. As a result, the mounting portion 211 is fixed to the counter C, and thus the base 21 is fixed to the counter C. Thus, with the base 21 fixed to the counter C, the first hose inlet / outlet 213 opens below the counter C, and the second hose inlet / outlet 214 opens above the counter C.

In the hose insertion hole 212, a water discharge hose H3 extending from the faucet main body 50 passing under the counter C is inserted from the first hose inlet / outlet 213 side, and the water discharge hose H3 can be attached to and detached from the second hose inlet / outlet 214 Is connected to the connecting member 40 attached to the For this reason, the side extending toward the water faucet body 50 of the water discharge hose H3 enters and exits from the first hose inlet / outlet 213, and the portion extending from the second hose inlet / outlet 214 toward the connection member 40 and the connection member 40 of the water discharge hose H3 coming and going. The diameter of the hose insertion hole 212 is generally formed thicker than the water discharge hose H3, and the water discharge hose H3 inserted into the hose insertion hole 212 is in the hose insertion hole 212 according to the degree of withdrawal of the water discharge head 30. Can be moved back and forth along the insertion direction.

The connecting member 40 is integrated with a mounting portion 42 detachably mounted to the second hose inlet / outlet 214 and a rotary shaft forming portion 34 of the water discharging head 30 to be described later, and between the water discharging head 30 and the connecting member 40. And a rotation shaft component 43 that constitutes a rotation shaft (a first rotation shaft R1 described later).

The mounting portion 42 is a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the substantially cylindrical second hose inlet / outlet 214 of the base 21, and the connecting member 40 is inserted by inserting the mounting portion 42 into the second hose inlet / outlet 214. When mounted on the water discharger main body 20, as shown in FIG. 7, the mounting portion 42 is accommodated in the hose insertion hole 212 in the vicinity of the second hose inlet / outlet 214 as the accommodation recess and loosely fitted rotatably around its cylindrical axis. Be done. That is, the hose insertion hole 212 in the vicinity of the second hose inlet / outlet 214 constitutes a housing recess, and the cylindrical axis of the second hose inlet / outlet 214 (or the mounting portion 42) constitutes the second rotation axis R2. The second rotation axis R2 substantially coincides with the axis of the water discharge hose H3 inserted into the hose insertion hole 212.

In the mounting portion 42, one end of a water discharge hose H3 is connected to an opening 421 which is opened in the direction in which the second rotation shaft R2 extends in the direction opposite to the side where the rotation shaft configuration portion 43 is provided. The mounting portion 42 having the opening 421 constitutes a hose connection portion in the present embodiment.

Specifically, with respect to the opening 421 of the mounting portion 42, a triangular packing H31 as a sealing material is attached to the tip of the water discharge hose H3 and pressed toward the inside of the opening 421, and the circumferential surface of the water discharge hose H3 is The locking tool 412 is loosely fitted from the window portion 411 formed on the outer surface of the mounting portion 42 with respect to the engaging portion H32 formed along. The locking member 412 is locked to the edge of the window 411 and also locked to the engaging portion H32, and functions as a retainer for the water discharging hose H3 from the opening 421. Thus, the water discharge hose H3 is rotatably connected to the mounting portion 42 around the hose axis X1.

Therefore, when the water discharge head 30 is attached to the water discharge part main body 20 and rotated in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 6 or when the water discharge head 30 is pulled out from the water discharge part main body 20 and used, the water discharge hose H3 is twisted. A difficult structure is realized. In addition, since the water discharge hose H3 can be connected to the mounting portion 42 simply by loosely fitting the locking member 412 to the engagement portion H32 from the window 411, attachment and removal of the water discharge hose H3 to the connection member 40 is easy. Thus, assembling workability and disassembly and maintenance of the water faucet apparatus 100 are improved.

The mounting portion 42 is provided with a plurality of substantially hemispherical concave portions 413 on the outer wall thereof at regular intervals along the circumferential direction.

On the other hand, the hose insertion hole 212 of the base body 21 is provided with a plurality of substantially hemispherical projections 215 on its inner wall, at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of a predetermined distance from the second hose inlet / outlet 214. In the example shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the protrusions 215 are provided at positions symmetrical to the cylindrical axis of the hose insertion hole 212. The protrusions 215 are provided at positions where the distance from the second hose inlet / outlet 214 substantially coincides with the recess 413 when the mounting portion 42 is mounted to the base 21 in a predetermined mounting state. That is, when the mounting portion 42 is mounted on the base 21 and rotated around the second rotation axis R2, the concave portion 413 and the protrusion 215 face each other at any rotational position.

The protrusion 215 is provided so as to be able to extend and retract from the inner side surface of the hose insertion hole 212, and is biased in a direction to protrude toward the hose insertion hole 212.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, a truncated hemispherical hole 216 whose diameter decreases from the outer surface of the base 21 toward the hose insertion hole 212 is formed so as to penetrate to the hose insertion hole 212 side. A ball bearing 217 as a sphere having a diameter larger than the inlet 216a of the hole 216 and a diameter smaller than the opening 216b on the hose insertion hole 212 side is fitted into the hole 216 from the outside of the base 21, and the ball from the opening 216b A part of the bearing 217 is protruded to the hose insertion hole 212 side, and the ball bearing 217 is pressed from the outer surface side of the base 21 toward the base 21 by an annular plate spring 218 as an elastic member. As a result, a part of the ball bearing 217 protruding into the hose insertion hole 212 becomes a protrusion 215 which can be withdrawn from the inner side surface of the hose insertion hole 212.

As described above, by providing the protrusion 215 and the recess 413, when the mounting portion 42 is rotated around the second rotation axis R2 in the hose insertion hole 212, the protrusion 215 and the recess 413 face each other. Within the rotation range, the protrusion 215 is repeatedly fitted and not fitted to the recess 413 along the rotation direction to generate a click feeling, and within the rotation range in which the protrusion 215 and the recess 413 do not face each other. Since there is no recess 413 in the contact symmetrical surface 215, the non-fitting state continues and a click feeling does not occur. Therefore, for example, by forming a click feeling in a predetermined rotation range and not generating a click feeling in a non-predetermined rotation range, a predetermined rotation range and a non-predetermined rotation range are used depending on the presence or absence of the click feeling. Can be identified.

The rotary shaft forming portion 43 is a one end closed cylindrical portion integrally formed with the upper end of the mounting portion 42, and the cylindrical axis thereof is in a direction substantially orthogonal to the second rotational axis R2 of the mounting portion 42. . The cylindrical shaft of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 and the cylindrical shaft of the rotary shaft forming portion 34 described later constitute a first rotary shaft R1 in the present embodiment.

In the connecting portion 431 connecting the rotary shaft forming portion 43 and the mounting portion 42, a communication hole 432 communicating between the internal space of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 and the internal space of the mounting portion 42 is formed. Hot and cold water supplied from the water discharge hose H3 to the mounting portion 42 is supplied into the cylinder of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 through the communication hole 432.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 10, the water discharge head 30 communicates with the cover 31 as a water discharge head cover that covers the outside of the water discharge head 30, and the proximal end 30b of the water discharge head 30 to the distal end 30a. It has a water flow passage forming portion 32 provided with the water channel WP2, a water discharge port 33 provided at the distal end portion 30a of the water discharge head 30, and a rotary shaft forming portion 34 provided at the base end portion 30b of the water discharge head 30. The cover part 31 is a rectangular box shape which opens the lower surface, and is provided so as to cover the water flow passage forming part 32 and the rotary shaft forming part 34 as the water discharge head connecting part in this embodiment. Hereinafter, description will be made using the directions (front, rear, upper, lower, left, and right) shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 9, the rotary shaft forming portion 34 is provided in a recess 351 in which a part of the rear end of the water passage forming portion 32 is hollowed out. In this embodiment, the recess 351, the upper wall portion of the water passage forming portion 32 (hereinafter referred to as Uehisashi unit 353.) And right side wall portions rear left under while leaving (hereinafter referred to as Yokohisashi 352) It is provided in a recessed manner. In the concave portion 351, the rotary shaft forming portion 34 is a cylindrical portion provided so that the cylindrical axis is oriented in the left-right direction and protrudes from the lateral weir 352 toward the left. The in-cylinder space of the rotary shaft forming portion 34 is in communication with the water passage WP2 in the water passage forming portion 32 through the inside of the lateral weir portion 352.

The rotating shaft forming portion 34 has an outer diameter that substantially matches the inner diameter of the rotating shaft forming portion 43. When the rotary shaft component 34 is inserted into the opening 433 of the rotary shaft component 43 while interposing a water-tight sealing material such as an O-ring, the rotary shaft component 34 and the rotary shaft component 43 unite to form a rotary shaft. The component 34 is rotatable inside the rotary shaft component 34 about the axis of the first rotation axis R1.

Thus, in the state where the water discharger body 30 has the water discharger head 30 mounted on the water discharger body 20, the entire L-shaped state in which the angle between the water discharger body 20 and the water discharger head 30 is approximately 90 °; It is possible to realize an appropriate angle condition between the angle 20 and the entire I-shaped condition where the angle between the water discharge head 30 is approximately 180 degrees. Further, in the state where the water discharger head 30 is removed from the water discharger main body 20, the water discharger 10 has a state in which the angle between the water discharger main body 20 and the hose H3 is approximately 90 °, and between the water discharger main body 20 and the hose H3. It is possible to realize an appropriate angle state between approximately 180 degrees.

The rotating shaft forming portion 34 and the rotating shaft forming portion 43 are fixed in a combined state using a fixing tool. Specifically, a groove 354 is formed from the upper surface to the front surface of the recess 352 along the closed surface 434 side of the cylinder of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 when incorporated into the rotary shaft forming portion 34. A fixing plate 36 as a fixing tool is engaged with the groove 354 so that a hole 361 formed substantially at the center of the fixing plate 36 and a hole 436 formed in the closed surface 434 of the cylinder of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 In alignment, the screw 37 as a fixing tool is fixed to the hole 436 through the hole 361. Thereby, it is fixable in the state which united rotary shaft composition part 34 and rotary shaft composition part 43. As shown in FIG. Further, in order to fix the combined state of the rotary shaft forming portion 34 and the rotary shaft forming portion 43 using the fixing plate 36 and the screw 37, the first rotary shaft R1 and the water passage WP3 formed therein (see FIG. 12). Can be realized with a structure that is easy to assemble and maintain.

Grooves 435 and 435 are formed on the side surface of the rotary shaft in the direction along the cylindrical axis at regular intervals on the side surface of the rotary shaft. The decorative plate 38 is fixed to the cylindrical side surface of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 by engaging the claws 381 and 381 at the end of the decorative plate 38 in the grooves 435 and 435. In the present embodiment, the decorative plate 38 is attached so as to cover the cylindrical side surface portion of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 which is not covered by the collar portion 35. Therefore, a design having a sense of unity can be realized in the entire faucet device 100 by providing the surface of the decorative plate 38 with a design having a unity with the cover 22 and the cover 31.

As shown in FIG. 11, the water discharge head 30 has an angle range (about 90 degrees to about in FIG. 11) with respect to the mounting portion 42 (not shown in FIG. 11) with the first rotation axis R1 as an axis. It is rotatable at 180 °). In this angle range, the rotation shaft forming portion 43 and the communication hole 432 and the water flow hole 341 of the rotation shaft forming portion 34 which are united with each other are configured to overlap each other. Therefore, regardless of the angle between the spouting head 30 and the mounting portion 42 of the connecting member 40, the spouting hose H3 and the water passage WP3 of the rotary shaft forming portion 43 are always in communication.

As described above, the mixed water supplied from the faucet main body 50 to the connection member 40 via the water discharge hose H3 is vertical through the water passage WP1 in the connection member 40 as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. It flows upward to the inside of the rotary shaft forming portion 34, 43, and from the water flow path WP3 formed inside the rotary shaft forming portion 34, 43 through the water flow path WP2 in the water discharging head 30, the tip portion of the water discharging head 30 It reaches 30 a and is discharged from the water discharge port 33.

In the water discharger main body 20 described above, the rotary shaft configuration portion 43 is provided so as to be located outside the second hose inlet / outlet 214 in a state where the mounting portion 42 is attached to the second hose inlet / outlet 214. That is, the first and the rotary shaft arrangement 34 which constitutes the rotation axis R 1 rotary shaft arrangement 43 to a position outside the water discharger body 20, and the second rotation axis R2 and the axis coalesce with each other the rotation of the water discharge head 30 relative to the water discharger body 20 can be used while wearing the water discharge head 3 0 water discharger body 20. Of course, rotation of the water discharge head 30 with respect to the water discharge part main body 20 centering on the first rotation axis R1 can also be used. That is, in a state where the water discharge head 30 is attached to the water discharge portion main body 20, the water discharge head 30 rotates the connection member 40 around the second rotation axis R2 and swings and rotates in a horizontal plane substantially parallel to the counter C. Alternatively, the connection member 40 can be rotated around the first rotation axis R1 to swing and rotate within a vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the counter C.
