Claims (6)
- デバイスであって、
光源と、
前記光源から離間され、前記光源と通信する光検出器と、
前記光検出器の出力からパルスオキシメトリデータを計算するようプログラムされる電子プロセッサと、
前記光源及び前記光検出器が配置されるクランプ部材であって、前記クランプ部材が、身体部分に取り付けられるよう構成され、前記身体部分は、前記光源と前記光検出器との間に配置され、前記光源からの光が、前記身体部分を通過して前記光検出器に到達する、クランプ部材と、
前記クランプ部材に圧縮力を加え、前記クランプ部材が、第1の安定状態から第2の安定状態に移行することを可能にする双安定ヒンジとを有し、
前記双安定ヒンジが、前記クランプ部材に前記圧縮力を加える板ばねを含み、前記板ばねは、前記板ばねが第1の方向に弧状である非ロック位置と前記板ばねが反対の第2の方向に弧状であるロック位置との間で移動可能であり、
前記クランプ部材が、前記クランプ部材に加えられる前記圧縮力を介して前記第1の安定状態から前記第2の安定状態に移行することにより、前記身体部分に取り付けられる、デバイス。 - 前記クランプ部材の前記第1の安定状態が、開構成を含み、前記クランプ部材の前記第2の安定状態は、前記光源と前記光検出器との間に最小限の隙間がある閉構成を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記板バネが非ロック位置にあるとき、前記クランプ部材が、第1の安定状態にあり、前記板ばねがロック位置にあるとき、前記クランプ部材は、第2の安定状態にある、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記板バネ部材が非ロック位置にあるとき、前記光検出器が、前記光源から第1の距離にあり、前記板バネがロック位置にあるとき、前記光検出器は、前記光源から前記第1の距離よりも小さい第2の距離にある、請求項1又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の距離がゼロであり、前記第1の距離はゼロより大きい、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスがパルスオキシメータである、請求項1乃至5の任意の一項に記載のデバイス。
