Description
The present invention relates to a test control system, method and program for cognitive function test, for example, a test control system for controlling execution and progress management of a cognitive function test to be performed on elderly people at the time of renewal of driver's license of automobile etc. The present invention relates to an examination control method for performing examination execution and progress management using a computer, and a computer program for causing a computer to realize the method.
The population growth and the extension of the life span will significantly increase the elderly population. It can not prevent human cognitive function from deteriorating with aging. For example, in the present situation where it is no exaggeration to say that a car-centered society is the main means of transportation, if the cognitive function declines, the conventional driving will not be maintained, resulting in problems such as an increased possibility of leading to traffic accidents, Under such circumstances, the need for confirmation of the state of cognitive function of elderly people is increasing day by day.
Confirmation of the state of cognitive function is carried out by carrying out a test of cognitive function called neuropsychological test (hereinafter referred to as cognitive function test).
Cognitive function testing is generally designed to be performed on a one-on-one basis between an examiner and a subject in a medical facility. However, if it is carried out at a non-medical institution different from the diagnosis at a medical institution, for example, a cognitive function test carried out for the elderly at the time of driver's license renewal such as automobile etc. Implementation by group is required. Currently, cognitive function tests that can be performed in newly designed groups based on those designed for one-on-one are used.
If multiple people are to be tested together, one inspector is not enough, and an assistant according to the number of people will be needed. The psychological burden is also large because we have to keep an eye on the progress of all the subjects. It is necessary to consider the burden reduction of inspectors using today's computer technology.

An inspection system that receives the handwriting image data of the inspection form transmitted from the online terminal, detects an answer from the received handwriting image, and derives and evaluates the result of the inspection form based on the detected answer is disclosed in
In any of the above-mentioned
The present invention is capable of carrying out inspections and managing the progress of inspections (generally, performing inspection control) so that the progress of a cognitive function test in which a plurality of test persons receive the test proceeds as smoothly as possible The purpose is to In particular, the present invention allows not only the examinations of a plurality of test persons to proceed simultaneously but also the progressing separately, and even in such a case, the examinations of a plurality of test persons are conducted smoothly.
The system for performing the cognitive function test is composed of an
This cognitive function test implementation system is roughly divided into two operation modes. It is a synchronous operation mode and an asynchronous operation mode. Cognitive function tests consist of a series of individual tests (including their preparation, explanation, instructions, etc., which are referred to as categories, as described in more detail below). The synchronous operation mode is to simultaneously start examinations of the same category in all of the plurality of operating terminals. Therefore, cognitive function examinations progress synchronously in all the plurality of terminal devices. On the other hand, in the asynchronous operation mode, the contents of the examination of the plurality of categories and the execution order are the same for all of the plurality of operating terminals, but it is allowed that the start points thereof are different. The progress of the cognitive function test in each terminal may be different depending on the testee.

The page explanation data area is an area for storing data necessary for displaying in the
There are ten categories in the implementation of the test in the asynchronous mode of operation. The categories are test preparation (category 0), advance instruction / explanation (category 1), self-reporting / examination explanation (category 2), orientation (category 3), delayed reproduction (illustration memory) (category 4), intervention task (Category 5), delayed reproduction (free answer) (category 6), delayed reproduction (clue response) (category 7), clock drawing (category 8) and end (category 9) Preparation of examination, various examinations, types of examination).
Items (detailed implementation items in each stage) are numbered and arranged vertically under the term indicating each category. The items are categories of advance instruction / description. Voice check, 2. Prior instructions for inspection, 3. Cautions, 4. Question confirmation, 4. It is an explanation on inspection results etc. Some of the categories in the synchronous operation mode, the categories in the items in the asynchronous operation mode, and some of the items are omitted. Specifically, it will be described later.
The combination of these categories and items is called a page in this embodiment. It is an image that the cognitive function test advances one page at a time. The page is given an identification code. Here, page numbers P1, P2, P3,..., Pi,... Pn,. For example, in the case of the asynchronous operation mode, the

The terminal control program is a program of an operation performed by the terminal device, that is, a program for the terminal device to execute processing, and the details will be described later. Various types of data include display screen data and voice data (in the case of the asynchronous operation mode), and these display screen data and voice data are represented by the URL of the storage location in one embodiment. The storage location is the terminal display screen data storage area (FIG. 6) and the terminal audio data storage area (FIG. 7). Particularly, the

FIG. 9A shows a terminal-by-terminal progress table (terminal-by-terminal inspection information storage means, terminal-by-terminal progress state storage means, progress state display control means) provided in the inspector device 10 (server) in the asynchronous mode. This terminal-specific progress sheet indicates, for each terminal, the progress of the inspection (processing being performed) being performed on that terminal by the stage (category) and item at that time (currently in progress), It is updated each time processing of each item or category is completed. Although the term stage is appropriate in terms of the stage of processing, the term category is appropriate in terms of type and content of examination. Stages and categories represent the same content and are used according to context. Items can also be expressed in terms of steps from the viewpoint of processing progress.
In the synchronous mode, since the progress of all the plurality of terminal devices is the same, as shown in FIG. 9B, the stages (category) of the progress and the items are stored by the management pointer.

The inspector performs initial setting on the initial setting screen (FIG. 16) of the
In the delayed reproduction inspection (question), illustrations showing a plurality of (16 in this case) articles etc. are sequentially presented to the examinee (in this embodiment, four by one, one by one) may be remembered. It is a test that writes a word (word, letter) representing an item etc. represented by a remembered illustration after an appropriate time has elapsed (while performing an intervention task). The initial setting is to prepare a plurality of sets (patterns A to D) in advance by using a plurality of (16) illustrations as one set, and selecting one of them. Here, the double circle pattern A is selected.
The intervention task is to have the examiner perform the work of drawing a hatched number among the
In the clock drawing, the examinee draws the clock face, and the time (time) is represented by the short hand and the long hand in it. The initial setting is to set the time, which is also selected from four types of predetermined time. In FIG. 16, 8:20 is selected.
The setting of the inspection mode (operation mode switching means) is to select either the asynchronous operation mode or the synchronous operation mode. Here, the asynchronous operation mode is selected.
In the asynchronous operation mode, as described above, sound is reproduced from the

After selecting or setting all these items, if the inspector presses the

FIG. 17 shows the progress of the cognitive function test by a plurality of
As for the
In the asynchronous operation mode, when processing of one item of one category is completed, each of the plurality of
The process of FIG. 20 in the
When the "scoring"
In the above embodiment, the progress pointer is updated each time the process of one item (of one page) in one category is completed in each
(S3)。 When the synchronous operation mode is set in the initial setting process (S1 in FIG. 19), the process proceeds to the synchronous process (S3).
As described above, in the synchronous operation mode, the
In this embodiment, the

In the asynchronous mode, the
In the synchronous operation mode, since the examiner gives verbal explanations and instructions, the
FIG. 75 shows the processing procedure of the inspector device 10 (server) in the synchronous operation mode.
