Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1回以上折り返されている可撓性基板と、
前記可撓性基板の上に形成されており、複数の第1発光素子を有する第1表示部と、
前記可撓性基板の上に形成されており、複数の第2発光素子を有する第2表示部と、
を備え、
前記第1表示部と、前記第2表示部とは、前記可撓性基板が折り返されることで、互いに対向するように配置されており、
前記第1発光素子および前記第2発光素子は、第1電極、発光層および第2電極を有し、
前記第1発光素子の第1電極は透明膜または半透明膜からなり、
前記第2発光素子の第1電極は反射膜からなり、
前記第1発光素子および前記第2発光素子の第2電極は透明膜または半透明膜からなり、
前記第1発光素子の発光層および前記第2発光素子の発光層は白色光を発光する有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射膜は、マグネシウム(Mg)、銀(Ag)、金(Au)、カルシウム(Ca)、リチウム(Li)、クロム(Cr)およびアルミニウム(Al)のうちのいずれか一種以上の金属またはこれらの合金からなり、
前記透明膜は、ITO(酸化インジウムスズ)、IZO(酸化インジウム亜鉛)、ZnO(酸化亜鉛)およびIn2O3(酸化インジウム)のうちのいずれか一種以上の物質からなる請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記可撓性基板は、前記第1表示部と前記第2表示部との間において折り返されている請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1表示部の周縁に沿って形成されているシーラントをさらに有し、
前記第1表示部と前記第2表示部は前記シーラントによって封止される請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1表示部と前記第2表示部との間に配設され、前記可撓性基板の上に形成されている複数の第3発光素子を有する第3表示部をさらに備える請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第3発光素子は、前記第1発光素子および前記第2発光素子と同じ面に形成されている請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第3発光素子は、第1電極、発光層および第2電極を有し、
前記第3発光素子の前記第1電極および前記第2電極は、透明膜または半透明膜からなる請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第3発光素子の発光層は、白色光を発光する請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第3発光素子の透明膜は、ITO(酸化インジウムスズ)、IZO(酸化インジウム亜鉛)、ZnO(酸化亜鉛)およびIn2O3(酸化インジウム)のうちのいずれか一種以上の物質からなる請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
