Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to a dispensing holder, and more particularly to a dispensing holder used for dispensing blood to a blood collection tube.
When collecting a biological sample such as blood, blood collection is often performed using a vacuum blood collection tube holder attached with a blood collection needle and a vacuum blood collection tube. However, blood may not be collected using the holder and the vacuum blood collection tube depending on the examination item or the condition of the blood vessel of the subject. In such a case, after blood is collected by a syringe, it is necessary to dispense the blood into a vacuum blood collection tube or the like. However, when dispensing from a syringe to a vacuum blood collection tube, a needle stick accident or the like easily occurs, which is a serious problem. For this reason, various methods have been studied in order to prevent needlestick accidents during dispensing.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cap having a cap that can be put on a vacuum blood collection tube, a cannula attached in the cap, and a connection part attached to the cap and connecting the cannula and the tip of the syringe barrel. The holder is described.
Further, Patent Document 2 describes a dedicated puncture needle provided with a screw portion and a dispensing holder having a connection portion to which the puncture needle can be screwed. After blood is collected using a dedicated puncture needle, if a puncture needle is connected to the connection part, the cap of the vacuum blood collection tube can be easily punctured.
However, the dispensing holder described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the syringe and the puncture needle have to be separated when connecting the syringe to the dispensing holder. When removing the puncture needle from the injection cylinder, a needle stick accident is likely to occur, and there is a serious problem in terms of safety.
Moreover, the dispensing holder described in Patent Document 2 has a problem that blood must be collected using a dedicated puncture needle. In addition, there is also a problem that a needle prick accident easily occurs when the puncture needle is fixed to the dispensing holder.
An object of the present disclosure is to realize a highly safe dispensing holder without using a special puncture needle.
One aspect of the dispensing holder has an open end and a top plate facing the open end, and a cap portion into which a blood collection tube can be inserted from the open end side, and protrudes from the top plate in a direction opposite to the open end And a needle accommodating portion capable of accommodating the puncture needle so as not to move in the length direction, the needle accommodating portion being spaced apart from each other and configured by two side walls extending in a direction projecting from the top plate portion The top plate has a top plate opening provided at a portion corresponding to the groove, and when the puncture needle is accommodated in the needle housing, the tip of the puncture needle is the top plate opening Into the cap and do not protrude from the open end.
In one aspect of the dispensing holder, the cap may have a side opening provided on the side, and the side opening may be integrated with the top plate opening and the groove to constitute a needle insertion slot.
In one aspect of the dispensing holder, the cap portion and the needle storage portion may be separable.
In one aspect of the dispensing holder, the needle housing portion may have a holding portion that engages with and holds the puncture needle at the end opposite to the cap portion.
In one aspect of the dispensing holder, the needle holder may have a locking mechanism that inhibits the disengagement of the puncture needle once engaged.
In one aspect of the dispensing holder, it may further comprise a leg that allows the groove to be self-standing.
According to the dispensing holder of the present disclosure, excellent safety can be realized without using a special puncture needle.
First Embodiment
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The needle accommodating
The
The upper end portion of the
The length of the
The length of the
Next, the usage method of the dispensing
Next, a blood collection tube is inserted from the
When the
In the present embodiment, the
The
In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the needle receiving slot is longer than the puncture needle, but if the holding portion has a structure in which the needle hub is pushed in and fixed from the rear side, the length of the needle receiving slot is longer than that of the puncture needle. It may be short. In this case, for example, the puncture needle is inserted from above into the needle receiving slot substantially parallel to the needle receiving slot. Thereafter, the puncture needle is moved forward to accommodate the puncture needle in the needle storage unit and to be held in the holding unit. In this configuration, the puncture needle is moved forward, but at that time, since the tip of the needle is accommodated in the housing and guided by the side wall, there is almost no risk of erroneous puncture.
Second Embodiment
In the first embodiment, the dispensing holder in which the cap portion and the needle storage portion are integrated is shown, but the cap portion and the needle storage portion may be separated. As shown in FIG. 4, the dispensing
The
The needle
The
Although the leg part which consists of the
Next, a method of using the dispensing
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the
Similarly to the dispensing
The dispensing
In 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, the example which provides a leg part so that a dispensing holder might stand was shown. By providing the legs, the dispensing holder can be made to stand and be operated more safely. The configuration of the legs may be any configuration as long as the dispensing holder can be made to stand on its own. Also, the legs may not be provided.
Although the puncture needle is described as being connected to the syringe, the puncture needle may be connected to another blood collection device. The puncture needle may also be connected to a syringe or other blood collection device via a tube. The puncture needle may be a puncture needle such as a winged needle other than a general needle. Moreover, it can also be set as a winged needle etc. by changing the structure of a holding | maintenance part. When the puncture needle is a winged needle, the wing portion of the winged needle may be engaged with the holding portion.
The configuration is shown in which the cap portion and the needle storage portion are connected such that the puncture needle is positioned at the radial center of the cap portion when the puncture needle is held and stored in the needle storage portion. The central position of the cap of the blood collection tube can be punctured by positioning the puncture needle at the radial center of the cap portion. However, the puncture needle may not be located at the radial center of the cap.
The position in the longitudinal direction of the puncture needle when the puncture needle is held and stored in the needle housing portion may be a position which does not protrude from the open end of the cap portion. From the viewpoint of preventing a needle stick accident, it is preferable to be positioned as close as possible to the closed end side as long as the cap of the blood collection tube can be punctured.
The diameter of the cap may be matched to the diameter of the blood collection tube used. The cap may be designed according to the diameter of the thickest blood collection tube, and in the case of using a thin blood collection tube, an adapter may be used. As a blood collection tube, a normal vacuum blood collection tube can be used. Although the case of dispensing blood was described in the present embodiment, the dispensing holder of the present disclosure can also be used for dispensing a liquid other than blood.
The dispensing holder of the present disclosure can achieve excellent safety without using a special puncture needle, and is particularly useful as a dispensing holder and the like used particularly for dispensing blood to a blood collection tube.
