Claims (8)
- 燃焼用空気および燃料を混合するための予混合器アセンブリ(20)であって、
燃焼器アセンブリ(14)の先端部(28)に配置された複数の管(32)と、
前記複数の管(32)の1つの管(50)であって、長手軸を有し、非円形横断面を含む入口端部(44)と実質的に円形横断面を含む出口端部(46)と円形横断面部分とを含む管(50)と、
前記管(50)の前記入口端部(44)と前記出口端部(46)との間の前記非円形横断面の位置に配置された燃料噴射平面に配置された少なくとも1つの燃料噴射穴(48)と、
を備え、
前記非円形横断面が、前記入口端部(44)の前記長手軸に対して垂直であり、
前記円形横断面部分が、前記管の全長に渡って実質的に均一であり、
前記管の断面によって画定される前記円形横断面部分が、前記断面で前記長手軸に対して直角であり、
前記非円形横断面が、前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射穴(48)の下流に延在し、前記管の前記円形横断面部分の長手軸に対して垂直である、予混合器アセンブリ(20)。 - 前記管(50)の横断面積は、前記管(50)の全長に亘って一定であり、
前記非円形横断面が、前記燃料噴射平面と前記出口端部(46)との間の位置まで延在する、請求項1に記載の予混合器アセンブリ(20)。 - 前記非円形横断面が、略楕円形、略三角形、略四辺形、略カージオイド形状、および1対の平行な壁によって結合された1対の半円形端部の少なくとも1つを備える幾何形状を含み、前記略カージオイド形状の先端が隅肉部を備え、略三角形および略四辺形幾何形状のコーナーが縁部の交線で隅肉部を備える、請求項1または2に記載の予混合器アセンブリ(20)。
- 前記非円形横断面が、楕円形状または、レーストラック型を備える幾何形状を含み、複数の燃料噴射穴(48)が、同一の非円形横断面に配置され、前記複数の燃料噴射穴(48)が、前記複数の燃料噴射穴(48)からの燃料噴射ジェット(49)が互いに合体することを低減し、または回避する位置に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の予混合器アセンブリ(20)。
- 燃焼用空気および燃料を混合するための予混合器アセンブリ(20)であって、
燃焼器アセンブリ(14)の先端部(28)に配置された複数の管(32)と、
前記複数の管(32)の1つの管(50)であって、入口部分(44)と出口部分(46)と長手軸とを有する、管(50)と、
前記管(50)の第1の長さに沿って延びる前記管(50)の少なくとも1つの非円形部分(52)であって、前記管(50)の前記少なくとも1つの非円形部分(52)が、第1の非円形部分(52)と第2の非円形部分(52)とを備え、前記第1の非円形部分(52)が、前記管(50)の前記入口端部(44)近傍に配置され、第1の幾何形状横断面を含み、前記第2の非円形部分(52)が、第1の幾何形状横断面とは異なる第2の幾何形状横断面を含み、前記第1及び第2の非円形部分(52)が、前記管(50)の前記少なくとも1つの非円形部分(52)において、前記長手軸に対して垂直である、前記第1の非円形部分(52)と、
前記管(50)の前記入口端部(44)と前記出口端部(46)との間の前記第1の非円形横断面の位置に配置された燃料噴射平面に配置された少なくとも1つの燃料噴射穴(48)と、
前記管(50)の第1の長さに沿って延びる前記管(50)の少なくとも1つの略円形部分であって、前記少なくとも1つの略円形部分が、前記管(50)の前記出口端部(46)近傍に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの略円形部分において、前記長手軸に対して垂直な円形横断面を備え、前記円形横断面部分が、前記管の全長に渡って実質的に均一である、前記少なくとも1つの略円形部分と、
を備え、
前記第2の非円形部分(52)が、前記少なくとも1つの燃料噴射穴(48)の下流に延在する、予混合器アセンブリ(20)。 - 前記非円形横断面から前記円形横断面へ断面の幾何形状が次第に移行する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の予混合器アセンブリ(20)。
- 前記第2の非円形部分(52)が、前記燃料噴射平面と前記入口端部(44)との間の位置から前記燃料噴射平面と前記出口端部(46)との間の位置まで延在する、請求項5に記載の予混合器アセンブリ(20)。
- 圧縮機区分(11)と、タービン区分(24)と、燃焼器アセンブリ(14)であって、前記燃焼器アセンブリ(14)が請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の予混合器アセンブリ(20)を備えるガスタービンエンジン(10)。
