Claims (8)
- 伸縮プローブ・アセンブリを含む電気外科用システムのアタッチメントであって、
前記伸縮プローブ・アセンブリは、
内側通路、遠位端および近位端を有する軸部材、
内側通路を有する管、
前記管の前記内側通路の中の電極、
前記軸部材に可動連結されたスペーサ、および
前記プローブ・アセンブリを電気外科用ハンドピースに連結するコレットを含み、
前記軸部材は、
前記軸部材の前記遠位端にあるネック部、
グリップ部、および
前記軸部材の前記近位端に向かって延び、前記スペーサを前記軸部材に可動連結させるための軸止め部材および位置合わせ機能部を有する細長い部分を含み、
前記管は、前記軸部材の中に固定された近位端、および前記軸部材の前記遠位端から延びる遠位端を有し、
前記スペーサは、
前記軸部材の前記細長い部分を摺動可能に受け入れる内側通路を有し、前記内側通路が、前記スペーサの前記内側通路を前記軸部材の前記細長い部分の前記位置合わせ機能部と係合するための内側位置合わせ機能部を持つ本体、
スペーサ止め部材、および
自身と前記電気外科用ハンドピースとを位置合わせするための外側位置合わせ機能部を含み、
前記コレットは、前記スペーサ止め部材に係合するための内側隆起、および前記電気外科用ハンドピース上のねじ山と係合する内側ねじ山を有し、
前記軸部材の前記細長い部分が、前記スペーサ内で、前記電極の遠位端の一部分が前記管の外に延びる第1の位置と、前記電極の前記遠位端が前記管の外に延びない第2の部分との間で可動である、電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。 - 前記管の遠位端に当接する耐熱管をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。
- 前記耐熱管と前記細長い管の前記遠位端との間の前記当接部を覆う硬化部材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。
- 前記軸止め部材が、前記軸部材の前記細長い部分の近位端から延びる複数の歯を備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。
- 前記軸部材の前記位置合わせ機能部が前記軸部材の前記細長い部分に平坦面を含み、前記スペーサの前記内側位置合わせ機能部が前記スペーサの内側に平坦面を含む、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。
- 前記スペーサの前記外側位置合わせ機能部が、前記スペーサの外周に間隔を置いて配置された1対の異なる幅の隆起を含む、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。
- 前記管が、
絶縁管と
前記絶縁管の遠位端に隣接する耐熱先端部と、
前記絶縁管と前記耐熱先端部の間の接合部を覆う硬化要素と、
前記絶縁管、前記耐熱先端部、および前記硬化要素の一部分を覆う収縮ラップとを備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。 - 前記グリップ部が、
複数のへこみを有するカラー
を備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科用システムのアタッチメント。
