As mentioned above, in the ground improvement work using the high-pressure jet agitation method etc., it is necessary to temporarily store slime and sludge fluid spouted out of the ground, and excavating the ground surface forms a mud pit, Alternatively, this problem has been addressed by installing a box-shaped sludge tank on the ground surface. In this regard, when performing large-scale ground improvement work, it is possible to secure a sufficient space for forming a mud pit or installing a mud tank, which causes a problem in mud disposal. There is no.

However, if it is necessary to carry out ground improvement work without removing existing structures in a residential area where housing is dense, install various devices for carrying out ground improvement work in a narrow site. There must be. For this reason, although the apparatus suitable for the ground improvement construction of the narrow area is proposed, the fact that it is not considered at all about a mud pit or a mud tank is. And, in the ground improvement work in a narrow area, when excavating the ground surface to form a mud pit, slime and mud water spouting out from the ground may splash or overflow, which may cause trouble to nearby houses. There is. In addition, it is not possible to install a large sludge tank in such a narrow area.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described circumstances, and provides a mud tank capable of reliably receiving and storing sludge which is spouted from the ground by ground improvement work even in a narrow area. The purpose is

The sludge tank of the present invention has the following features in order to achieve the above-mentioned object. That is, the sludge tank according to the present invention is a device for temporarily storing sludge (slime, sludge water, etc.) ejected from the ground along with the ground improvement work, and the drilling provided on the ground to be improved A cylindrical main body portion covering the upper portion of the upper surface, an upper surface closing member closing the upper surface of the main body portion, a rod insertion opening provided in the upper surface closing member, a sludge hose insertion opening provided in the upper surface closing member, and a main body A lower surface closing member covering the periphery of the drilling and closing the gap between the drilling and the main body portion in the lower open surface of the portion, and an opening portion of the lower surface closing member closely attached to and integrally provided with the main body portion And a cylindrical guide pipe, the lower part of which is inserted into the ground .

Further, in the mud tank having the above-described configuration, the upper surface closing member is provided toward the lower inside of the main body portion, and the main body portion is a second storage directly above the first storage portion on the drainage hose insertion opening side and the drilling. It is preferable to provide the partition plate which makes a 1st storage part and a 2nd storage part a communication state in the lower part of a main part while dividing into a part.

Further, in the sludge tank having the above-described configuration, there is provided a pressure adjusting device for keeping constant the internal pressure of the improvement target ground communicated with the main body by not raising the internal pressure of the sealed main body to a predetermined value or more. It is preferable to have. The pressure adjusting device may be, for example, a pressure adjusting pipe communicating the inside of the main body with the outside, a pressure gauge for measuring the internal pressure of the main body, and an open state when the internal pressure of the main body exceeds a predetermined value. Therefore, it can be comprised by the pressure control valve which prevents the rise of the internal pressure of a main-body part.

Further, in the mud tank having the above-described configuration , it is preferable that an openable lid be attached to the upper surface closing member, the rod insertion opening be provided in the openable lid, and the lower surface closing member have flexibility and elasticity. It is preferable to form by a member.

According to the mud tank of the present invention, when ground improvement work is carried out, a device for temporarily storing slime and mud water spouted out of the ground only by covering the boring part with a cylindrical mud tank. It can be provided. Since this sludge is created according to the pore diameter and the amount of sludge ejected from the ground, it is not possible to construct a large-scale sludge pit or to install a large-sized sludge tank. Even a construction site can be installed.

In addition, since the mud tank of the present invention is a simple device such as a cylinder as a whole, when the ground improvement work is carried out without removing the existing building in a residential area where the houses are dense, etc. There is no need to secure a large space for installing the mud tank, and it is possible to reliably prevent the scattering of the sludge by using simple equipment.

Further, by providing the pressure adjusting device, the internal pressure of the main body does not rise to a predetermined value or more, so the sludge tank does not come off from the drilling portion or the accumulated sludge does not scatter.

Furthermore, it is possible not only to manually perform installation and removal but also to reuse at other construction sites without requiring a large-scale machine such as a crane, so that construction costs can be reduced. .

<Top closing member>
The upper surface closing member 30 is a member for closing the upper surface of the main body portion 20 to prevent splashed mud, and the lower surface is opened and the upper surface is closed, and the upper surface is covered. ing. Further, a fastening member 160 is provided between the upper surface closing member 30 and the main body portion 20. Then, the upper surface closing member 30 can be covered on the upper surface of the main body portion 20, and the both can be integrally fixed by the fixing member 160. Further, the upper surface closing member 30 can be removed from the main body 20 by releasing the fastening by the fastening member 160. With such a configuration, the inside of the main body 20 can be easily cleaned. The main body portion 20 and the upper surface closing member 30 may be provided as an integral member.

The main body portion 20 is closed by the upper surface closing member 30, and the upper surface closing member 30 is provided with a mud hose insertion opening 32, an open / close lid 90, and a pressure adjusting pipe 100. Further, below the pressure control pipe 100, a shielding member 110 is attached for preventing mud from entering the pressure control pipe 100.

The pressure adjusting tube 100 is a tubular member provided vertically through the upper surface closing member 30. The pressure gauge 120 is attached to the upper end (outside of the main body 20), and the pressure gauge 120 is installed in the tube. A pressure control valve 130 is provided which receives and opens / closes an open / close instruction signal from the controller. In the present embodiment, the pressure control pipe 100, the pressure gauge 120, and the pressure control valve 130 function as a pressure control device.

Then, when it is detected by the pressure gauge 120 that the pressure in the main body unit 20 has become equal to or higher than the predetermined value, the pressure gauge 120 transmits an open / close instruction signal (open signal of the pressure regulation valve 130) to the pressure regulation valve 130, The pressure adjustment valve 130 is opened, and the pressure in the main body 20 is prevented from becoming equal to or more than a predetermined value. Further, when the pressure gauge 120 detects that the pressure in the main body unit 20 has become less than a predetermined value, the pressure gauge 120 transmits an open / close instruction signal (close signal of the pressure regulator valve 130) to the pressure regulator valve 130 The adjustment valve 130 is closed.

<開閉蓋>
<Opening lid>
The opening / closing lid 90 is provided with a rod insertion opening 31 at a substantially central portion, and can be opened on both sides with the side on which the rod insertion opening 31 is provided as an opening edge. That is, the open / close lid 90 is formed of a square plate-like member as a whole and divided into two at a substantially central portion, the substantially central portion being an open edge, and attaching a hinge 33 between both side portions and the upper surface closing member 30 Both side portions are used as a pivoting support edge. The open / close lid 90 can be opened and closed with the pivotal support edge as the pivotal center.

<Rod insertion opening>
The rod insertion opening 31 is an opening provided in the open / close lid 90, and is formed by providing a semicircular notch at substantially the center of each of the two open / close lids 90. By providing the rod insertion opening 31 in the open / close lid 90, the rod 50 can be easily inserted into the upper surface closing member 30. Further, it is preferable that the packing 150 be interposed between the rod insertion opening 31 and the rod 50 to close the gap between the rod insertion opening 31 and the rod 50. The packing 150 can be a member such as a flexible and elastic sponge.

<Lower surface closing member>
The lower surface closing member 40 is a member for covering the periphery of the drilling 10 and closing the gap between the drilling 10 and the main body 20 in the lower open surface of the main body 20. That is, the lower surface closing member 40 of the present embodiment has a donut shape, and the opening of the central portion faces the drilling 10 and closes the periphery thereof, thereby storing the sludge in the mud tank 200. It can be done.

The opening of the lower surface closing member 40 is provided with a cylindrical guide pipe 140 whose upper portion projects into the main body portion 20 and which inserts the lower portion into the ground. By means of this guide pipe 140, the mud tank 200 can be reliably fixed to the ground. In addition, since the upper portion of the guide pipe 140 protrudes into the main body portion 20, slime and sludge do not spill out to the outside of the sludge tank 200, and slime and sludge are reliably discharged to the inside of the sludge tank 200. It can be introduced.

The lower surface closing member 40 is preferably formed of, for example, a flexible and elastic member such as a sponge. That is, the ground surface on which the mud tank 200 is installed is not necessarily smooth, and usually has some unevenness. Therefore, the lower surface of the main body portion 20 can be brought into close contact with the ground surface around the drilling 10 by forming the lower surface closing member 40 by a member having flexibility and elasticity.

<Installation of a mud tank>
In order to install the mud tank 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, an installation hole (not shown) substantially similar to the outer diameter of the main body 20 is provided at the insertion position of the rod 50 used in the ground improvement work. The depth of the installation hole is such that the upper portion of the sludge tank 200 protrudes to the ground surface. And holding the holding part 80, the sludge tank 200 is moved and the sludge tank 200 is installed in an installation hole. At this time, the guide pipe 140 is inserted into the ground at the insertion position of the rod 50. After the mud tank 200 is installed, the open / close lid 90 is opened and the rod 50 is installed, and then the open / close lid 90 is closed to cover the periphery of the rod 50. In this state, while inserting the rod 50 into the ground, the improvement material or the like is injected to perform ground improvement.

When ground improvement is carried out, slime and sludge will be spouted from the drilling 10, and this slime and sludge will be stored in the second reservoir 70 and the first reservoir 60 communicated with the second reservoir 70. Are discharged using a sludge hose (not shown). Although not shown, a suction device is connected in communication with the sludge hose. Further, since the pressure adjusting pipe 100 is provided on the upper surface closing member 30, there is no risk that the pressure in the main body 20 will rise. When the ground improvement at the current construction position is completed, the mud tank 200 can be moved to the next construction position, and ground improvement of the entire improvement target ground can be performed by repeating the above-described procedure.
