Description
The present invention relates to a transfer foil for decorative molding, and more specifically, to provide a decorative molded article excellent in jet blackness by being inserted into a molding die and transferred to an injection molded product by in-mold transfer or vacuum forming. The present invention relates to a transfer foil for decorative formation and a transferred molded article.
Various plastic molded articles, for example, injection molded articles are used for many things such as equipment bodies such as daily necessities and household goods, automobile parts, containers of food and various articles, casings of electronic equipment and office supplies etc. It is used. Heretofore, in order to increase the design of these molded articles, a printing film or a transfer film on which a picture layer has been printed is inserted into a mold at the time of injection molding, and painting is performed simultaneously with injection molding. In general, a structure comprising a release layer, an active energy ray curable resin layer, a primer layer, a picture layer, and an adhesive layer is mainly used on a substrate sheet.
As one of the problems in achieving high design, molded articles having excellent jet-blackness are required in order to enhance the sense of quality of molded articles. It is an expression of jet blackness such as so-called "piano black" or "wet feather color of crow".
Although various carbon blacks are used to enhance the jet-blackness, there is a problem that the jet-blackness obtained changes with the difference of the primary particle diameter at the time of the dispersion, etc., and the opacity also changes. The smaller the diameter, the better the jettackiness, but the lower the hiding power, the larger the primary particle diameter, the better the hiding power but the lower the jettackiness.
It was difficult to easily improve jet clarity.
Therefore, there is a need for a transfer foil that is more excellent in jet blackness in order to enhance the jet blackness of the molded product.
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a transfer foil which is more excellent in jet clarity in a transfer foil for giving a design to the surface of various molded products, and a molded product having the transferred film.
Therefore, as a result of intensive investigations to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors sequentially remove the peeling layer, the active energy ray curable resin layer, the primer layer, the black pattern layer, and the adhesive layer on the substrate sheet. In the laminated structure, a picture layer containing carbon nanotubes between the primer layer and the black picture layer, that is, a carbon nanotube-containing layer is inserted or a carbon nanotube-containing primer layer obtained by adding carbon nanotubes to the primer layer It has been found that a transfer foil excellent in jettackiness is obtained, and a molded product using the transfer foil is also excellent in jetlability, and the present invention has been completed.

In addition, a carboxyl-modified epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer in which this epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer is partially modified with a dibasic carboxylic acid anhydride can also be used. The urethane (meth) acrylate-based oligomer can be obtained, for example, by esterifying a polyurethane oligomer obtained by the reaction of a polyether polyol or a polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate with (meth) acrylic acid. As polyester (meth) acrylate type oligomers, for example, by esterifying hydroxyl groups of polyester oligomers having hydroxyl groups at both ends obtained by condensation of polyvalent carboxylic acid and polyvalent alcohol with (meth) acrylic acid, or It can be obtained by esterifying the terminal hydroxyl group of the oligomer obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to a divalent carboxylic acid with (meth) acrylic acid. Among them, acrylic resins, vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymers, cellulose derivatives and fluorocarbon resins are preferable in that they are excellent in adhesion, moldability and hard coatability.
(3) As the filler, particles composed of inorganic substances such as polyethylene wax, silica, alumina, aluminosilicate, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, acrylic beads, organic polymers such as polyethylene, etc. are used. Among these, silica having a tackiness reducing effect and easy to handle is preferable, and colloidal silica is more preferable. The colloidal silica is not particularly limited, and commercially available products using an organic solvent or the like as a dispersion medium can be used. The average primary particle diameter of the colloidal silica is preferably about 6 to 100 nm, and more preferably 10 to 80 nm. If the average primary particle size is less than 6 nm, the surface hardness tends to be insufficient and the abrasion resistance tends to decrease, and if it exceeds 100 nm, the storage stability tends to be insufficient, and the adhesion and transparency also tend to deteriorate. The average primary particle size is a value determined by the dynamic light scattering method. Specific examples of the colloidal silica component include, for example, Snowtex (manufactured by Nissan Chemical Industries, Ltd.), Quatoron (manufactured by Sakai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), Aerosil (manufactured by Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd.), Shildex (Asahi Glass) Co., Ltd., and SYLYSIA 470 (Fuji Silysia Chemical Co., Ltd. product) etc. can be mentioned. Specifically, for example, graphite whiskers, filamentous carbon, graphite fibers, ultrafine carbon tubes, carbon tubes, carbon fibrils, carbon microtubes, carbon nanofibers and the like can be mentioned. It can be used in the form which combined 1 type, or 2 or more types as these forms.
The CNT used in the present invention has a cylindrical shape obtained by winding one surface of graphite, and a single layer CNT having a structure in which the graphite layer is wound in one layer, a multilayer in which two or more layers are wound. Even though CNTs may be mixed, they are preferably multilayer CNTs in terms of cost and coloring effect. In addition, CNTs having an amorphous structure instead of the graphite side wall can also be used. The thickness of the primer layer is about 0.05 to 10 μm, preferably 0.1 to 5 μm.
The fiber diameter of the CNT is preferably 1 to 500 nm, and more preferably 5 to 50 nm, from the viewpoint of easiness of dispersion and hue.
The fiber length of CNTs is preferably 0.1 to 150 μm, and more preferably 1 to 50 μm from the viewpoint of easiness of dispersion and hue.
80 mass% or more is preferable in 100 mass% of CNTs, as for the carbon purity of CNT, 90 mass% or more is more preferable, and 95 mass% or more is more preferable.
CNTs generally exist as secondary particles. The secondary particle shape may be, for example, a state in which CNTs, which are general primary particles, are intricately entangled, or may be an aggregate of CNTs that are easily loosened and made linear. Secondary particles, which are linear CNT aggregates, are preferable because they have better dispersibility than entangled ones.
The CNTs may be those subjected to surface treatment or CNT derivatives having a functional group such as a carboxyl group. Further, the content of CNT in the layer is preferably 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight, and more preferably 1 to 5% by weight. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the jet-black feeling is poor, and if it is more than 10% by weight, the fluidity of the CNT-containing primer forming the CNT-containing primer layer is inferior and the printing condition is deteriorated. The thickness of the CNT-containing primer layer (G) is about 0.05 to 10 μm, preferably 0.1 to 5 μm.

(CNT-containing layer (D))
The CNT-containing layer (D) is obtained by removing the pigment from the black pattern layer described later, and blending the CNTs. The content of CNTs in this case is the same as that of the CNT-containing primer layer (G), and is preferably 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight, and more preferably 1 to 5% by weight in the layer. If the amount is less than 0.1% by weight, the jet blackness is poor, and if it is more than 10% by weight, the flowability of the coating liquid containing a CNT-containing layer is poor and the printing state is deteriorated. The CNT-containing layer (D) can use the same CNT as the CNT-containing primer layer (G), but uses a different binder resin. Also, unlike the primer layer (C) and the CNT-containing primer layer (G), the CNT-containing layer (D) tends to be inferior in adhesion to the active energy ray curable resin layer (B) having hard coat properties, Direct contact with the energy ray-curable resin layer (B) is not preferable. The thickness of the CNT-containing layer (D) is about 0.05 to 10 μm, preferably 0.1 to 5 μm.

(Transfer molding)
Transfer to a molded product is performed by in-mold injection molding, vacuum molding, or the like. An example of in-mold molding is shown. Through the injection molding method, an injection molded article in which the adhesive layer (F) is transferred from the active energy ray curable resin layer (B) to the three-dimensional surface can be manufactured.
As the resin used in the injection molding method, various materials can be applied according to the desired application. Preferably, it is an acrylic resin, a polycarbonate resin, or a cyclic polyolefin resin having excellent optical properties, and more preferably an acrylic resin or a polycarbonate resin.
In addition, when transferring by vacuum molding, the transfer foil is pressed in a convex or concave shape, air is sucked between the transfer foil and the mold to create a near vacuum state, and the transfer foil adheres to the mold to form the intended shape. In recent years, methods such as the TOM method that directly adheres to a molded body have been used.
In the TOM method, (1) preparing a transfer foil, (2) inserting the transfer foil into a vacuum forming stage, (3) preparing a molded article to be adhered, and (4) transferring the transfer foil by heating And the step of transferring the transfer foil to the surface of the molded article by melting and vacuum-forming the adhesive layer, and (5) after cooling, the base material of the transfer foil and the release layer (A And the step of taking out the injection-molded article, and an injection-molded article in which the adhesive layer (F) is transferred from the active energy ray-curable resin layer (B) to the three-dimensional surface can be manufactured.
