Description
Claims (19)
- スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを備えたシステムであって、
前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタは、
該スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを第1のスプレーコンポーネントの第1の流体ポートに結合するように構成された第1のコネクタであって、該第1のコネクタは第1のセルフタップ部を備えた、第1のコネクタと、
該スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを第2のスプレーコンポーネントの第2の流体ポートに結合するように構成された第2のコネクタであって、該第2のコネクタは第2のセルフタップ部を備えた、第2のコネクタとを備え、
前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタが前記第1の流体ポートから前記第2の流体ポートに延びる流路の少なくとも一部を形成する、
システム。 - 前記第1のスプレーコンポーネントがスプレー装置を備え、前記第2のスプレーコンポーネントが流体源を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のスプレーコンポーネントが流体源を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のスプレーコンポーネントがスプレー装置を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のセルフタップ部及び第2のセルフタップ部はそれぞれ、セルフタップねじ山を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のセルフタップ部の前記セルフタップねじ山は、前記第1のセルフタップ部のテーパ部に沿って配置された、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のコネクタまたは前記第2のコネクタは、テーパ状端部を有するシール部を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のセルフタップ部は、外部、内部、またはこれらの組み合わせに配置された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 流体源、スプレー装置、またはそれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを備えた、少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントと、
第1のコネクタ、第2のコネクタ、および、前記第1のコネクタと前記第2のコネクタの間に延びる流体通路を備えたスプレーコンポーネントアダプタであって、前記第1のコネクタは第1のセルフタップ部を備え、前記第2のコネクタは第2のセルフタップ部を備え、前記第1のセルフタップ部又は前記第2のセルフタップ部は、前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを、前記少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントの1つの流体ポートに結合するように構成された、スプレーコンポーネントアダプタと
を備えた、システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントは使い捨て可能である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のセルフタップ部は、前記少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントの第2の材料の第2の硬度よりも高い第1の硬度を有する第1の材料で作られる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントの前記流体ポートは、滑らかな非ねじ山面を備え、
前記第1のセルフタップ部は、前記流体ポートの前記滑らかな非ねじ山面にセルフタップするように構成されたセルフタップねじ山を備えた、
請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントは、前記流体源の1つを備えた、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスプレーコンポーネントは、前記スプレー装置の1つを備えた、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを用いて流体源をスプレー装置に結合するステップを備えた方法であって、
前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタは、第1のコネクタであって、前記第1のコネクタの第1のセルフタップ部を用いて前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを前記流体源に結合するように構成された、第1のコネクタを備え、
前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタは、第2のコネクタであって、前記第2のコネクタの第2のセルフタップ部を用いて前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを前記スプレー装置に結合するように構成された、第2のコネクタを備え、
前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを用いて前記流体源を前記スプレー装置に結合するステップは、前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを通して、前記流体源と前記スプレー装置との間を流体連通させる、方法。 - 前記結合するステップは、前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを前記流体源の流体ポートにセルフタップするステップを備えた、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記結合するステップは、前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを前記スプレー装置の流体ポートにセルフタップするステップを備えた、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記結合するステップは、セルフタップねじ山を介して前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタを流体ポートにセルフタップするステップを備えた、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記結合するステップは、前記第1のセルフタップ部又は第2のセルフタップ部に隣接するシール部を用いて、前記スプレーコンポーネントアダプタをシールするステップを備えた、請求項15に記載の方法。
