Description
The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride resin composition. More specifically, a hard vinyl chloride resin composition that can be suitably used as a material for building members such as joints, hard plates, pipes, electrical components, industrial parts, automotive materials, toys, medical-related products, and food-related products. Related to things.
Conventionally, a hard vinyl chloride resin composition in which a small amount of a plasticizer is blended with a vinyl chloride resin is inexpensive, so it is a building member, an electrical component, an industrial part, an automotive material, a toy, a medical product, And used in a wide range of fields such as food-related products. However, in the hard vinyl chloride resin composition, the thermal decomposition temperature is close to the processing temperature that is commonly used, and the fluidity is not high. was there.
Therefore, a technique using a copolymer of a vinyl chloride monomer and another monomer such as vinyl acetate and a technique of blending another resin such as a (meth) acrylic polymer (for example, Patent Document 1) have been proposed. However, the technique using a copolymer is not fully satisfactory in that the mechanical strength of a molded product is lowered. In addition, the technique of blending other resins is not fully satisfactory in that appearance defects easily occur due to compatibility and miscibility between the vinyl chloride resin and other resins.
