Description
本出願は、2017年1月17日に日本国に出願された特願2017−006131号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の開示内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲に引用されるものとする。
Claims (5)
- 基準電圧信号と撮像信号を時分割に多重して生成した撮像出力を伝送する撮像装置において、
前記撮像信号をサンプルホールドする第1のサンプルホールド回路と、
前記基準電圧信号をサンプルホールドする第2のサンプルホールド回路と、
前記第1のサンプルホールド回路から入力される前記撮像信号と前記第2のサンプルホールド回路から入力される前記基準電圧信号との一方を切換え選択して前記撮像出力として出力する出力選択部と、
前記出力選択部の切換え選択のタイミングを制御するタイミング制御部と、
を備え、
前記タイミング制御部は、1画素の前記撮像信号の伝送に要する1画素伝送期間において前記基準電圧信号を伝送すると共に、複数画素の前記撮像信号の伝送毎に前記基準電圧信号を1回伝送するように、前記切換え選択のタイミングを決定する
ことを特徴とする撮像装置。 - 前記撮像信号の生成に用いる電源電圧を利用して前記基準電圧信号を生成する基準電圧生成部
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 画素を構成する光電変換素子が複数配列されて構成され、複数の前記光電変換素子により得られた画素信号を共通の信号線を介して時分割に転送する単位画素がマトリクス状に配置された受光部と、
走査信号を発生して前記単位画素に含まれる各画素から画素信号を読み出して前記第1のサンプルホールド回路に撮像信号として供給する垂直及び水平走査部と
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記垂直及び水平走査部によって読み出された前記画素信号に含まれるノイズを除去して前記撮像信号を得るノイズ除去部
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の撮像装置。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像装置を有する内視鏡と、
前記撮像装置から出力された前記撮像出力を伝送する伝送ケーブルと、
前記伝送ケーブルを介して伝送された前記撮像出力に含まれる前記基準電圧信号と前記撮像信号とに基づいて、前記撮像信号に含まれる同相ノイズを除去する信号処理部と、
前記信号処理部によってノイズが除去された撮像信号に対する信号処理によって観察画像を生成するプロセッサと
を具備したことを特徴とする内視鏡システム。
