Description
The present invention relates to a pressure vessel, and more particularly to the structure of a pressure vessel door.
In hospitals and the like, it is necessary to sterilize objects to be sterilized such as therapeutic bandages, scalpels, forceps, and surgical clothes. In order to sterilize such an object to be sterilized, a sterilizer that uses a sterilizing agent such as steam, ethylene oxide gas, or vaporized hydrogen peroxide in a pressure vessel that accommodates the object to be sterilized is often used. .
The pressure vessel constituting the sterilization apparatus is provided with an openable / closable door. By opening and closing the door, an operator accommodates an object to be sterilized.
As an example of such a pressure vessel door structure, as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, there is a structure that slides up and down.
When the pressure vessel door is configured to slide, if excessive force is applied between the door and the member that slidably supports the door, chips are generated between the door and the supporting member. Or problems such as paint peeling off.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to generate chips and remove paint between the door and a member supporting the door in a pressure vessel employing a sliding door. The object is to provide a pressure vessel that can be prevented.
According to the pressure vessel of the present invention, an opening is formed on one end side, and a main body is disposed so as to be inclined such that the one end side is positioned below the other end side, and the main body is vertically oriented with respect to the opening. In a pressure vessel comprising a door that opens and closes, at least four guide rollers are provided on both side surfaces along the sliding direction of the door, and are arranged to face both side surfaces of the door, and each of the guides Two guide portions into which the rollers enter are provided on both the left and right sides of the door , and the guide rollers are disposed at least at the four corners of the door, and guide rollers at two lower portions of the guide rollers at the four corners of the door. The first urging means for urging in the direction of the opening is provided in the lower two guide rollers of the guide rollers at the four corners of the door, and the upper two guides of the guide rollers at the four corners of the door. Laura Second urging means for urging in a direction away from the mouth portion is provided in the upper two guide rollers among the guide rollers at the four corners of the door, and a cylinder for sliding the door in the vertical direction is provided. The door is provided with a fixing portion to which a tip of the rod of the cylinder is fixed .
By adopting this configuration, the force applied between the guide roller and the guide portion is not always applied to the guide portion in the same direction by the first and second urging means with respect to the guide portion. Can be kept neutral. For this reason, generation | occurrence | production of the chip by the contact between a door and a guide part, peeling of a coating, etc. can be prevented. Moreover, smoother opening and closing can be performed.
Also, even if the opening side is tilted downward to discharge the drain in the main body, when the door is slid, generation of chips or paint due to contact between the door and the guide part Peeling can be prevented, and smoother opening and closing can be performed.
Each of the guide rollers is attached to a rotating board that rotates about a rotating shaft extending in a direction parallel to the sliding direction, and the first urging means opens the rotating board to the opening. The second urging means may be a spring that urges the rotating substrate in a direction away from the opening.
According to the pressure vessel of the present invention, it is possible to prevent generation of chips and peeling of paint between a sliding door and a member supporting the door, and to smoothly open and close the door.
Hereinafter, a steam sterilization apparatus, which is an embodiment of a device employing the pressure vessel of the present invention, will be described.
FIG. 1 shows an external front view of the steam sterilizer, and FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the internal configuration of the steam sterilizer. 3 is a plan view of the vicinity of the door and the main body opening from above, FIG. 4 is a perspective view seen from above the door, FIG. 5 is a perspective view seen from below the door, and FIG. The bottom view seen from the bottom is shown.
The steam sterilizer 30 (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as a sterilizer) is provided with a main body 32 as a pressure vessel and a door 36 that slides and opens an opening 31 formed on the front surface of the main body 32.
In the sterilizer 30 of the present embodiment, the sliding direction of the door 36 is the vertical direction. The opening 31 of the main body 32 can be opened and closed by moving the door 36 in the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, the opening 31 is closed when the door 36 is located above, and the opening 31 is open when the door 36 is located below.
The main body 32 of the sterilizer 30 is arranged so that the opening 31 faces the front side of the apparatus.
The main body 32 is supported and fixed by a plurality of frames 37.
Moreover, since the mechanism which discharges | emits an internal drain is provided in the lower part by the side of the opening part 31, the main body 32 needs to collect drain on the opening part 31 side. For this reason, the main body 32 is inclined and arranged so that the opening side (one end side) is positioned below the back side (see FIG. 7).
On the front side of the door 36, there is provided a fixing portion 42 to which the tip portion of the rod 40a of the cylinder 40 which is a door opening / closing means is fixed.
When the cylinder 40 extends and contracts the rod 40a in the vertical direction, the door 36 can be slid in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, an example in which the door 36 is slid by driving the cylinder 40 has been described. However, the door 36 may be slid using a motor and a chain, or may be slid manually.
On both left and right sides of the door 36, guide portions 44 extending in the vertical direction are provided. The guide portion 44 is formed with a U-shaped storage portion 46 that opens to the opposite sides (inner sides). A guide roller, which will be described later, is stored in the storage portion 46.
A flange portion 22 is provided around the opening 31 of the main body 32. Claw flange portions 24 extending in the vertical direction are provided on the left and right sides of the flange portion 22.
The left and right claw flange portions 24 are L-shaped members that are bent inward when viewed in plan. A door 36 is accommodated inside the claw flange portion 24.
The guide portion 44 is provided on the front side of the claw flange portion 24.
Guide rollers 50 are respectively provided at the four corners of the door 36. Each guide roller 50 includes a rotation shaft 51 and a roller 52 that freely rotates around the rotation shaft. The rotation shaft 51 faces in the lateral direction (horizontal direction), and the roller 52 is arranged so as to face outward from the door 36. The roller 52 rotates freely around the axis of the rotation shaft 51 while contacting the inner wall of the storage portion 46 of the guide portion 44.
Note that the number of guide rollers 50 is not limited to four as in the present embodiment, and six or eight may be provided as long as the door can be balanced. When six or eight guide rollers are provided, at least four corner guide rollers need to be provided with a first urging means and a second urging means described later. There is no need to provide the biasing means.
Each guide roller 50 is attached to the rotating substrates 56 and 76.
Hereinafter, the rotating substrates 56 and 76 and the urging means will be described. First, the left and right rotating substrates 56 and the urging means on the upper portion of the door 36 will be described.
The rotation board 56 includes a front portion 56a having a surface parallel to the front surface of the door, and a side surface portion 56b having a surface parallel to the door side surface (a surface orthogonal to the front portion 56a). Yes. A horizontal surface 56c is provided at the upper and lower portions of the front portion 56a.
The rotation shaft 51 of the guide roller 50 is attached to the side surface portion 56b.
Further, the horizontal planes 56c provided at the two upper and lower portions are arranged so as to sandwich the attachment portion 58 protruding forward from the front surface of the door 36 in the vertical direction.
A rotation pin 60 passes through the mounting portion 58 in front of the door 36 and the horizontal surface 56c of the rotation substrate 56 along the vertical direction.
With the rotation pin 60, the rotation substrate 56 can rotate about the axis of the rotation pin 60 extending in the vertical direction with respect to the attachment portion 58 of the door 36. As the rotation substrate 56 rotates about the vertical direction as an axis, the guide roller 50 moves around the rotation pin 60 in the direction toward the opening of the main body 32 or away from the opening. It can move within the storage section 46.
The rotating substrate 56 is biased in a direction away from the opening 31 by a spring 62. That is, the spring 62 corresponds to the second urging means in the claims.
The spring 62 is disposed around a bolt 64 provided so as to penetrate from the front surface portion 56 a of the rotating substrate 56 to the front surface of the door 36, and a nut 65 and a front surface portion 56 a provided at the front end portion of the bolt 64. Is held between. By rotating the nut 65, the compression of the spring 62 can be changed, and the urging force of the rotating substrate 56, that is, the urging force of the guide roller 50 can be changed.
Next, the two left and right rotating substrates 76 below the door 36 and the urging means will be described.
The rotation board 76 includes a front portion 76a having a surface parallel to the door front surface, and a side surface portion 76b having a surface parallel to the door side surface (a surface orthogonal to the front surface portion 76a). Yes. A horizontal surface 76c is provided at the upper and lower portions of the front portion 76a.
The rotation shaft 51 of the guide roller 50 is attached to the side surface portion 76b.
Further, the horizontal planes 76c provided at the two upper and lower portions are arranged so as to sandwich the mounting portion 58 protruding forward from the front surface of the door 36 in the vertical direction.
A rotation pin 80 passes through the mounting portion 58 on the front surface of the door 36 and the horizontal surface 76c of the rotation substrate 76 along the vertical direction.
With the rotation pin 80, the rotation substrate 76 can rotate about the axis of the rotation pin 80 extending in the vertical direction with respect to the attachment portion 58 of the door 36. As the rotating substrate 76 rotates about the vertical direction as an axis, the guide roller 50 moves around the rotating pin 80 in the direction toward the opening of the main body 32 or away from the opening. It can move within the storage section 46.
The rotating substrate 76 is biased toward the opening 31 by a spring 82. That is, the spring 82 corresponds to the first urging means in the claims.
The spring 82 is disposed around a bolt 84 that penetrates from the front surface of the door 36 to the back side (door side) of the front portion 76 a of the rotating substrate 76, and a nut provided at the tip of the bolt 84. 85 and the front portion 76a. By rotating the nut 85, the compression of the spring 82 can be changed, and the urging force of the rotating substrate 76, that is, the urging force of the guide roller 50 can be changed.
As described above, the guide roller 50 located at the upper part of the door 36 is biased in a direction away from the opening 31, and the guide roller 50 located at the lower part of the door 36 is attached to the opening 31 side. It is energized.
Therefore, the balance can be maintained without the guide roller 50 being biased to either the opening side or the side away from the opening in the storage portion 46 of the guide portion 44.
In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the main body 32 is disposed so that the opening 31 side is inclined downward, so that the guide roller 50 on the upper portion of the door 36 is separated from the opening 31. It is preferable that the guide roller 50 below the door 36 is biased toward the opening 31. That is, the main body 32 is provided with the opening 31 side inclined downward, so that the door 36 is also inclined, and the door 36 receives a force toward the opening 31 side with the upper part as a fulcrum. In the lower part, a force acting in a direction away from the opening 31 is applied.
On the other hand, the spring 62 (second biasing means) presses the upper part of the door 36 in the direction away from the opening 31, and the spring 82 (first biasing means) pushes the lower part of the door 36 to the opening 31. Press to the side.
In this way, even when the door 36 is inclined, by adopting the configuration as in the present embodiment, friction between the door and the guide portion is reduced, and generation of chips and paint peeling are prevented. it can.
The door 36 may be provided with a lateral correction roller 89 that rolls in contact with the inner end surface of the claw flange portion 24. The lateral direction correction rollers 89 are provided at the four corners of the door 36, and are arranged so that the rotation shaft faces the sliding direction (vertical direction in the present embodiment).
By providing the lateral direction correction roller 89, the door 36 can be prevented from rattling or shaking in the lateral direction, and a smooth opening / closing operation can be performed.
In the embodiment described above, the door of the pressure vessel is slid in the vertical direction, but the present invention can also be applied to a pressure vessel in which the door is slid in the horizontal direction.
The pressure vessel of the present invention is not limited to a steam sterilizer using steam as a sterilant, and may be an ethylene oxide gas sterilizer using ethylene oxide gas as a sterilant.
